Claire’s home is cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to make you feel at home. The garden is absolutely amazing, a little corner of paradise. We also enjoyed the little bar and shop that is only 3 minutes walk from the house. The closest beach is only 8 minutes drive, Lagos 25 minuets, etc. We recommend parking the car down the street as it’s not so easy to drive in and out if you don’t have experience with driving on narrow streets that go up and down :p.

Fijne plek met een waanzinnig mooi strand in de buurt. Huis is fijn met veel plekjes om het huis om altijd in de zon of schaduw te kunnen zitten. Ook fijn dat de ruimte om het huis is afgeschermd met begroeiing en een hek ( ivm kleine kids). huis voelde heel schoon en met zorg ingericht. fijn aankomen met lichtjes aan en wat te drinken in de koelkast, ruim genoeg handdoeken en overal fijne geur en zeep etc. Heerlijk vertoeven in de hangmat en op de veranda. maar het adembenemende strand zo dichtbij het huis was echt het allerbeste.

Casa May is an idyllic place . The house is set in a beautiful garden which merges into the surrounding bush. Set about a kilometre from the main road , it epitomises peace and quiet.

Wunderschönes Haus! Sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Silves mitten in der Natur. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

What a wonderful location and a beautiful stay! The view from the gazebo was magnificent, the interior of the villa was beautiful and well decorated, and the pool was definitely everyone's favorite feature! The walk to town was not far, and the views alone the way alongside the cliffs were breathtaking. The home and surrounding area provides something for every taste and age, and the beauty of the area is what makes Portugal so amazing. This place has a special magic you must see for yourself!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus! Sehr ruhig gelegen zwischen den Orangenbäuen, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, einfach schön. Der Whirlpool gleich nebenan ein sehr schönes Extra, gerade an etwas abkühlenden Herbsttagen. Die Kommunikation mit Ana absolut reibungslos, unkompliziert und spontan, vielen Dank!

Richard and Jules are great hosts who respond quickly to our messages. They provide lots of info on the house and area. The house is easy to find, just minutes from the N125, with convenient keybox check-in. Located by a not too busy access road of a neary hamlet. The living and kitchen area are beautifully designed and well-equipped, with Wi-Fi, a large smart TV, pellet heater, big fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, small dishwasher, and essentials like Nespresso pods, tea, and soap. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our five-night stay. The bed, though only 140 cm wide, is comfortable, and there’s bedroom AC. The bathroom is tiny but stylish, with a small water heater that reheats quickly. The outdoor area is private and well-kept, with fruit trees and seating for a relaxing ambiance. While the bistro set is charming, a larger dining set would be a welcome addition. The jacuzzi was great. We did have some trouble with the parasol’s stability, even in calm weather.

This home is a beautiful farm house in the area - you feel right at home when you arrive and it makes you want to move in. The property is so peaceful, calming and great for kids and outdoor meals. The location is wonderful and right in the middle of all of the beaches in the area. The hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative (the best communication I've encountered with an airbnb) - always there to respond to you if you have questions and help with anything that comes up. The house is also incredibly well equipped for multiple guests and a longer stay - the photos don't reveal just how many dishes, pots and pans, and other supplies the home has. As well, the windows have screens which is a HUGE plus that many airbnbs in the area do not have. If you are there in cooler or wetter weather, the house does get a little bit damp if you are sensitive to that but that is pretty common for most places in the area and the hosts have put things in place to help with it.

Un logement vraiment très agréable ! La piscine était parfait pour nos enfants. Il y avait même quelques jeux pour eux Merci pour les bouteilles à l’arrivée c’était vraiment un geste très touchant ! Le paysage est très beau ! Bref rien a redire c’est vraiment un bon pied à terre pour aller visiter les villes alentours et plages en restant à l’écart de la ville pour se reposer le soir La maison est fraîche pour l’été et il y a un chauffage pour l’hiver Un grand merci encore pour ce logement

We had a great time! The place is absolutely stunning, located in a quiet very green countryside with amazing views. There's a lot of green spaces around, which is great if you are coming with a dog. It's private but at the same time feels safe and comfortable as the owners live nextdoor and they were there for us whenever we needed anything or had questions. It's a great base if you want to visit the beautiful beaches along the coast of Algarve, and it lies very close to a cozy little town of Loule that's great for eating out or shopping (it has a colourful local market).The owners were super friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was very clean, had everything we needed including AC heating - so it was nice and warm during the colder days (we visited in Nov/December). I wholeheartedly recommend it!!

My husband and I visited the cottage with our friends and we've had the most magical time. The cottage itself is beautiful, clean and perfect for two couples. The surrounding area is peaceful and relaxing. The large terrace area offers a great entertainment space as well as plenty of shade for those that need it! Plus all day sun for those that like to roast! We will absolutely be visiting again as I've never felt so relaxed on a holiday before. Thank you so much for hosting us at this incredible cottage 🥰

Joanna was a wonderful host, was there to greet me and show me round. She could not have been more helpful and went to great lengths to ensure I was comfortable. The house was great but it was the outside space that made it special.

Experiência bastante agradável. O espaço é exatamente como apresentado, para quem procura tranquilidade e sossego é bastante recomendável. Levámos 3 crianças pequenas e o espaço exterior foi muito bom para eles andarem à vontade. A casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias e bastante próxima das praias e de Aljezur. O Jorge foi bastante prestável desde que efetuamos a reserva até à saida!

Stefano ist ein so lieber und respektvoller Gastgeber, wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist in sehr gutem Zustand und ist sehr sauber und auch die Waschmaschine ist super praktisch. Neben der gemütlichen Wohnung in der wir uns sehr schnell sehr wohl gefühlt haben, gibt es noch den gigantischen und wunderschönen Garten, den wir frei nutzen durften. Ein guter Ort um die Ruhe genießen zu können und die Seele baumeln zu lassen, ohne unbedingt einen Ausflug machen zu müssen (was mit einem Auto allerdings problemlos möglich ist). Ein weiteres Highlight waren die freundlichen Hühner, von denen Stefano uns Eier schenkte. Wenn wir Fragen hatten oder einen Wunsch, hat Stefano sehr schnell geantwortet und getan was er konnte, um unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Gleichzeitig hatten wir viel Privatsphäre. Wer eine ruhige, naturnahe Umgebung sucht und sich einen der freundlichsten Gastgeber wünscht, den ich erleben durfte; der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben!

Mildred, Emay and Alex were very friendly and helpful! Even checking out in the middle of the night was no problem. We were always able to ask questions and have nice conversations. At the same time, we still had a feeling of privacy, even though we lived on the same property. The accommodation is superbly equipped! There's enough of everything - and a bit more :) Our children enjoyed the Lego box and some toys. Small practical details delighted me: insect screens on every important window or the hook for the towel right next to the shower ;) The garden is absolutely amazing: large, natural and beautifully green. The children and we loved it. However, a car is a must. You can get to the beach or the Ria Formosa within 20-25 minutes by car. We climbed up and around the neighbouring Cabeça hill as a short hike and climb tour. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at the “Lua” house. It's a super beautiful place in a wonderful setting. The starry sky is fantastic. Vanessa and Luis are very friendly and helpful hosts.

Petite maison magnifique et très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Endroit très calme et très agréable, idéal pour se reposer. Joana et Jorge sont des hôtes très chaleureux, disponibles mais également discrets. Bien que cela n’a pas été un problème pour nous, le chemin d’accès pour se rendre au site est un peu cahoteux. Les petites voitures n’apprécieront pas! Si nous avions à séjourner de nouveau dans le secteur, nous reviendrions sans hésiter.

Sandra and Fausto were excellent hosts. The cottage was exactly like the pictures, very charming with lots of space both inside and out. We especially loved the great hot showers after a day on the beach! The cottage is very quiet with great sunsets on the terrace. The beach umbrella came in very handy! There are several good grill restaurants close by on the main road. It is under 2 kilometres from Olhão which has several excellent supermarkets and only 25 minutes by car from the airport. And close to some fantastic beaches. This part of the Algarve is so much better than on the other side of Faro. A great 10 days in a lovely place with super hosts.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Jeden Tag wurden wir mit frischem Feuerholz versorgt. Die ruhige Lage war perfekt für uns.
