My family enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was easy to find, place was clean, nice size, good floor plan for a family with four bedrooms and a big back yard for entertaining. Lensey was a great host and we would recommend this house for sure!

This Airbnb is our go to when we come to Arkansas. It’s very complete, comfortable and cozy. Raphael has been the best host. This is my family’s favorite airbnb rental! We have stayed in over 10 airbnb’s as a family. The location is centrally located to stores as well as the University of Central Arkansas. The Airbnb has everything your family desires from games to clean, comfortable surroundings. Please don’t tell too many people. It’s our GoTo Arkansas airbnb😊

Sunset Ridge was truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! We celebrated my birthday weekend & we couldn’t have asked for a more “homey” Airbnb to stay at! Everything was incredibly clean & you had everything you could’ve possibly needed without having to go to the store! The views out of the front and back doors were stunning at sunrise and sunset- we had a blast getting to sit outside and just enjoy the views! Thank you Morgan for sharing your airbnb with us- I would LOVE to come stay again! 🫶🏻

This place is adorable! It has everything we needed for a quick stay in Conway. It’s in a family neighborhood in a cul-de-sac so it is peaceful and quiet, and it is within walking distance to UCA and to the Tucker Creek walking trail—both of which we visited. Groceries are a mile away. The apartment is laid out well and it feels homey and cozy. Fun decorating style. Cathy was great—excellent communication and very welcoming. I will definitely be back!”

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment!! I was visiting my Marine boyfriend for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The host was very helpful and responsive, and helped us with all our needs and everything we had hoped to do at the apartment. Would def recommend!!

A great place for a quiet get away. The hosts were very proactive with communicating and the house has everything you could ask for in a stay. Great please whether you’re staying for a weekend or a whole week. We will definitely be back if we are in the area.

Kayle's place was exactly as pictured and described. We all were very comfortable for the weekend. The only hiccup was the wifi would go in and out and being that the tv's only worked on wifi, we weren't able to use them as much as we would have liked. It was fine for me and my husband but the kids were going crazy without internet access. lol Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend it.

I always chose to stay at Kayles when I'm in the area. Such a beautiful area. Lots of yard space for the kids and the dog to roam. Quite and peaceful place to stay. She is always so welcoming and thinks of everything you may need during your stay. She is an all around fantastic host!

Wonderful host! The place was very clean and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. There was even a rack with games and coloring books. It was such a peaceful stay and I was happy to step outside from time to time and watch the wildlife over the river. I was very happy to see an otter playing on the river bank. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is a beautiful place to stay with an amazing and responsive host. 5 stars all around!
