We found the home quite spacious and comfortable. We had grandchildren with us and the hosts had port-a-cribs and toys to make the stay more enjoyable. Host was very responsive to my daughter-in-law when she inquired about crib etc. for the children. Lovely eclectic antiques in a gorgeous old home. Lots of character for a lovely stay.

Fantastic stay overall. The host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We made an oversight during our booking in that we didn't notify in advance that we were bringing a pet, but once we explained the issue and discussed it with the host, she was very accommodating and allowed us to pay the pet deposit and stay. She has two small puppers who tagged along with us on several walks around the property (highly recommend walking up Bruce's Mountain for a spectacular view!). Would happily return for another stay in the future.

Great weekend stay at Supen’s house. The house looked like the pics, except that the view was even better! Appreciated Supen always being responsive.

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We absolutely LOVED the cabin and didn't want to leave. It was beautiful, a great mix of rustic and modern. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. We enjoyed having the hot tub and the fire pit. The beds were comfy. It was a peaceful and a fantastic trip. We plan to stay again in the future.

Beautiful location. The cottages are a shared space with there being a smaller one behind the rock cottage. Wasn’t really expecting that but they left the next day so we were able to enjoy our stay with some more privacy. Hot tub was fantastic, bathroom spacious, kitchen accommodating. The walk around the meadows seeing all the animals was great. Would recommend.

What a beautiful cabin! The photos do not do it justice! We had a lovely relaxing weekend, walking the Appalachian Trail and visiting a vineyard. The cabin is in a lovely location, very peaceful and yet close to main highway to DC. We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch listening to the birds and relaxing in front of the cosy fire. Everything you need has been thought of and provided - just perfect. We wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you Kyle.

We stayed here for our annual New Year’s Eve gathering with friends and it was great! We especially appreciated that every bedroom has a large bed. The basement is fun and comfortable, and was perfect for hanging out after our baby went to sleep upstairs. The property is surrounded by beautiful woods and was private and picturesque. Robert was such a considerate and responsive host.

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication effortless. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The stay was wonderful. There is plenty of room for family and friends with multiple areas for seating and entertaining. The supply closet is well stocked with towels, linens, and paper supplies. Also, there are games, puzzles, books, and movies available in addition to the combination billiard/ping pong table to provide indoor entertainment. For outdoors, there is a gas grill, hot tub, fire pit, and cozy swing. A great place for gathering with friends and family.

Gary and Jacque were very attentive from booking to end. One of them was always checking in with me if there’s anything we needed. The property was a great fit to have my big family all under one roof. The kids were never bored with the entertainment room and games they set up in the lower level. The kitchen was amazing and plenty of space for us to move around. Wish we had more time to explore the area.

Have just spent the best two nights at The Nest. A perfect retreat to refresh, rest and revitalize. The location is beautiful, serene and private. The interior is cosy and just so inviting. The photos do not do this apartment justice. Beautifully decorated from top to toe with everything you could possibly need for the happy few days that await you. Incredibly comfortable bed, super shower and TV. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout (including many snacks!) which it became fun to find. And for me, to be able to open windows to smell the fresh mountain air and listen to the many birds on property was priceless. Meeting Kay (the host), her husband Joe, and their band of dogs was a real pleasure. Such great people who leave you to yourself but always available for questions. It was so difficult to leave I’ve already booked a return visit which says it all. 10 stars all round!

We stayed at Natascha and Luc’s place over spring break. We chose to rent it based on the fact that it is in to Middleburg and near winery, which what we were looking forward to enjoying. The house itself is old, but is renovated and beautifully decorated, equipped with all essential items, such linens and soap and shampoo, appliances. There are many fireplaces throughout the house and fire pits in the backyard. But we didn’t have enough time to enjoy them. Hope to do it next time. The house located just a short 8 min drive from downtown Middleburg, easy to go grab coffee or go to the grocery store. They are a lot of art, galleries, antique stores, and delicious restaurants. We love oyster bar. There is also a creek on the property leading to the river. My children enjoyed the 15 min hike in the wood. We treated the house like our own. Tidied up, cleaned kitchen and took out trash. Because it was a home away from home. Communications/questions are easy with hosts.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at Finnway Farm's beautiful horse farm! The house was elegantly decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Each morning, we were greeted by the breathtaking sight of deer grazing in the field, a truly peaceful and serene moment. The horses in the pastures added to the charm of the property, making it feel like a magical escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This farm was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable getaway – I can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful time in this great house! The house was big with everything you could ask for. Our daughter was getting married at Rock Hill farm which is only 3.5 miles away and the house provided us a quiet, peaceful place to come home to after a busy day and evening. There were sheep grazing beside the house! We didn’t get a chance to tryout the spa and pool, but maybe next time. We highly recommend!!!

Loved staying here! Place is clean and accommodated out big group easily and comfortably. There is plenty of kitchenware to be able to stay in and cook a meal. Beds were comfortable and all rooms felt clean!

Will's place is amazing in the beautiful village of Paris,. the place makes you feel like home and you just need to enjoy the backyard. The location is close to a lot to do around. Thank you Will for being such an amazing host.

Vicki’s home and property were a beautiful place to spend a birthday weekend with my best friends and three dogs. It was very quiet and peaceful but still very well located near wineries, restaurants, and other great outdoor attractions. I would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you have kids or dogs. The house felt even bigger in person and there are many spaces for your group to spread out and enjoy. It’s a great retreat and so close to DC! Vicki was also a wonderful host and very quick to be responsive to my questions.

Just like the previous time we stayed it was pleasant and peaceful.

We absolutely loved our stay! We will stay every time we come to the area. I was able to run in the morning on the dirt roads, they had such cute animals, and the hosts Anna and Pino were so helpful friendly and welcoming!

Hard to describe the gorgeous and meticulously renovated 1880’s farmhome which Brad and Erin offer. It truly was perfect! Our family of 9 gathered to celebrate birthdays and Thanksgiving. We ranged in age from 2 months to 76. Every space in their home was sparkling clean (looked like a new home). The best stocked home we have ever rented, lovely and comfortable furnishings, so many extras in the kithen, bathrooms, bedrooms and for the little ones! The gathering places are perfect…fabulous dining table for our meals! We cooked many meals and lacked for nothing in supplies and kitchen tools. We all slept well in their high end and comfortable bedding, and the property provided hours of fun to be outdoors! The sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous and could be seen from the front porch aligned with rockers and windows to the mountains in the family room. We hired a photographer to take family pictures and they are fabulous. The best home we have ever rented! We will return! Thank you!!
