Beautiful views, 15 minutes from the town, loved how close we were to Skyline Dr!

Great place to stay for a couple of days. House was clean and had everything we needed. Space outside was great for kids. Everything was as described and host was responsive. A bit secluded from town but it’s nice and private. Stores/ restaurants about 10 minutes away.

Almost Heaven... Blue Mountain Cabin is such a blessing 🙏🏻 My husband & I and our 2 dogs loved our visit It was so beautiful peaceful and relaxing You can tell Sandra puts her heart into making her guests feel right at home and every thoughtful little detail is filled with tlc...she even left the light on for us💖 I'm not only giving her 5 stars but also 5 pineapples for her genuine warm & kind hospitality 🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍 & our happy pups are giving her 5 paws 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Felt like the perfect getaway for us! It's a very private location but incredibly close to Culpeper that has awesome food and Sperryville which is more into the mountains to get those views. The hosts were very helpful and kind to us every step of the way and even gave us tips for kayaking in the lake. Such a lovely time and you can tell they go the extra mile with hosting by providing every possible thing you may need. HIGHLY recommend and will come back again too :)

We absolutely loved our stay! We will stay every time we come to the area. I was able to run in the morning on the dirt roads, they had such cute animals, and the hosts Anna and Pino were so helpful friendly and welcoming!

Close to downtown and a nearby park. Nice home.

The stay was wonderful. There is plenty of room for family and friends with multiple areas for seating and entertaining. The supply closet is well stocked with towels, linens, and paper supplies. Also, there are games, puzzles, books, and movies available in addition to the combination billiard/ping pong table to provide indoor entertainment. For outdoors, there is a gas grill, hot tub, fire pit, and cozy swing. A great place for gathering with friends and family.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house on the river. The views from the balconies and living room on the second floor are amazing. We really liked that you have the option of both a gas fire pit and a wood burning one. The kids loved kayaking up and down the river. Viktar was very responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues that needed to be tended to, and gave good recommendations for scenic places to hike. Also, the rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a scenic and peaceful spot to vacation by the river.
