Ben was such a pleasure to work with!! We decided take a last minute trip from MD to KY to see our daughter who is a student at UKY and needed a place to stay. I messaged and he got back to me so quickly. We made the reservation and when we arrived we had an easy check in. The place was fantastic and location was great. I especially loved that all linens and towels were included! We also made use of the washer and dryer on Saturday evening so I could pack up clean clothes and not have to worry about it when we got home on Sunday. The back little patio looked so cute, wish we could've enjoyed it but the weather didn't cooperate. Ben was also super helpful with suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to dine. All in all, we loved the place and Ben was great to work with!!

Martha was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Initially finding the space was a bit difficult but once we figured it out and got settled in it was a great location. We had 2 couples and the furniture in the living area was not as comfortable as we prefer. Another large chair or sofa would be preferred. We would definitely visit this space again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Ben's place. It was roomy, had easy parking, and was easy to find.

we've stayed at Ben's townhouses multiple times when in lexington and they have become a staple of our visit. walking distance to almost everything or a short drive away. off street parking adds an extra peace of mind and a nice quiet area so sit and relax out back is fantastic. clean and spacious, and if anything is needed ben is quick to take care of you. highly recommend his listing's and he will always be our first choice!

We came for Keeneland and Bourbon tours and this house is extremely close to both. We have stayed downtown Lexington before but it is difficult to sleep with all the sirens going off all night. This location is very quiet yet still close to everything. Communication was seamless! Therese was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The home was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.

The location was great. It was close to restaurants, distillery district and in a nice neighborhood. It is unique little place with character. Very responsive to a couple of little issues but it was all ironed out. The house has a lot of character as it was built in 1914 and some of the traits of a historical building do still exist as the steepness of the stairs and the width is a little on skinny side. So just to note for anyone that has mobility concerns the bathroom is on the first floor and bedrooms are on the second floor. I probably won’t have thought twice about except I am still recovering from hip surgery. No one’s fault, just an observation. One other note, the yard for the 4 legged family members is not attached to the house and is a small garden. It is a great little place for them To get out and stretch their legs and relieve themselves but is not a fenced yard to run. Not negative just a note

Very nice townhome in a great location for our needs. It was very clean and comfortable for four of us. She left us great snacks and beverages, coffee, etc. And there were many amenities we did not have to use but were there is necessary. We found some great board games and played Scrabble one night. Thanks for a great experience, Laura. Will definitely stay again if in Lexington.

There was an issue with originally having access to the house. But issue was quickly fixed. The sidewalk had not been shoveled. It was snow and ice covered. We had to borrow a snow shovel from the neighbor. Other than that, it was a good experience.

This immaculate townhouse is in a great location, central to most anything you'd want to do in the Lexington area. Everything was clean, well laid out, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and offered clear instructions about how to access the home, where to dine & shop in the area, and how to contact them should the need arise (it never did!). We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommended it to anyone visiting the area.

Location and layout were perfect for a week in Lexington. Lots to do within walking distance including some excellent restaurants and bars. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Thanks Courtney and Amber for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Awesome experience for my first Air BNB! Jess is super nice, helpful, accommodating, and always available! Check-In was easy. The house is very nice and I was impressed at how clean it was upon arrival! We had everything we needed there and enjoyed being so close to movie theaters and restaurants that we love. It's in a cozy little location....super clean and nice neighborhood. We felt safe as well. I would definitely recommend Jess and his properties to anyone! Thank you Jess! We appreciate you!

So convenient to KY Horse Park! The house was well stocked with cleaning products, tp, and linens. This was so appreciated! The bathrooms were spacious and beds were comfy. The middle bed mattress was hard, but was ok for our 16 year old. I appreciated having a vacuum to use and the fenced yard for the dogs. The neighbors were friendly. The hosts were VERY accommodating and friendly and understood that we are horse people traveling with our family pets. I would stay here again! Thank you!!!

This place was beautiful and Valerie could’ve have been a better host. It was perfect for what we needed and in a great location. The bathrooms had soap and toothbrushes and the kitchen had some snacks. We also arrived to a hand written note which is so thoughtful and really started the weekend off well. Would definitely recommend and stay here anytime I’m back in Lexington.
