This is our second visit to Jon's listing. We enjoy the location and easy access to the Kentucky Horse Park. The apartment is lovely and very spacious and was accommodating for 5 people. I highly recommend this property.

Sometimes you book a place and it is a huge disappointment from what you see online. Melanie’s place is the exact OPPOSITE of that. I loved it from the second we pulled up. This apartment is so cozy, clean, and comfortable, and Melanie was a responsive and gracious host. The neighborhood is historically beautiful as well and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend in this perfect, intimate space, we were so busy on our short trip. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to town!

We had the best weekend! Great location but felt away from the business of Lexington! Wish we would have been able to stay longer than the weekend.

The accommodation was just a few minute walk from all sorts of nightlife. McCarthy’s bar, the Rooftop, and Greenery were some of our favorites. Really appreciated the heads up that it is very loud until about 3am. Keep that in mind that’s it’s above a very popular bar when booking this. The room was clean and exactly as described. Highly recommend if you and a few friends need somewhere near the heart of downtown.

Tarp is an amazing host and the space is like staying in a modern art museum. If we find ourselves looking to stay in down town Lexington we will be back!

James was a wonderful host and we loved staying at his airbnb apartment! Everything was super comfortable and spacious and we will 100% book again if coming back to Lexington!

Our stay at Nora’s abode was easy and so comfortable! The home was very clean, Nora was responsive with our questions, and we loved being able to walk to cute coffee shops and around the beautiful neighborhood. 10/10 recommend.

Breck and Linda’s place was exactly as described and more. We were so very pleased with the amount of space, the well stocked kitchen, and the walkability! As hosts, Breck and Linda communicated clearly and timely. This would be a great place for 2 couples, a family, or a group of friends. Thank you for helping make our snowy Lexington weekend so enjoyable!

We absolutely loved staying at Amy’s place. The location is wonderful because you are near so many restaurants and fun places. The house is very comfortable and very clean. My husband, my four boys, and myself felt right at home. Amy is also extremely friendly and responsive. We look forward to hopefully staying at her place sometime in the near future.

Super nice little place. Very clean and well kept. Allie was very responsive when we had questions. Quiet neighborhood but still very close to food and such. Would highly recommend!

We had a group of 3 couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the top floor (2 flights of stairs) and one was on the ground floor. The den, kitchen and half bath are one flight up. Everyone’s beds/baths were clean and comfortable. I contacted Robert several times prior to our stay to ask questions about the accommodations so that we could pack accordingly and Robert was always very prompt and super friendly. Our check-in was very easy and we had zero issues getting in. As has been mentioned in several reviews, this condo fronts a busy street. The two bedrooms that face that street can be rather loud but Robert has provided sound machines to mitigate the noise and it helped tremendously. The front two rooms are a bit bright from the street lights at night so you may bring a sleep mask. It helped a lot. We made use of the deck when it was warm enough to sit outside and loved having it. We also appreciated having a washer and dryer. We’ll be back!!!

Place was wonderful. Last minute needed to bring my dogs and host was awesome. Very cute place close to everything we needed. Great communication, very clean.

Great place and super clean! Highly recommend. We were attending the bball game (KY v. AR) and we were just a few city blocks away. The bed was super comfy and the floors and baseboards were so clean and they had games available and snacks. Hosts communicated with us so promptly. Check out was a BREEZE. Highly recommend this place!

We had such a great stay! The location was excellent, beds were comfy, everything was clean, and it was nice and quiet.

Very comfortable place - no frills but cool vintage-modern decor. Quiet neighborhood - coffee / food / drinks an easy walk. Helpful host, and good value in an airbnb market generally overpriced. Recommend.

If we could give Natalie 10 stars, we would! We felt so at home the second we walked in. Natalie was kind enough to give us multiple recommendations on places to eat. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, yet close to major roads/highways. We definitely will be back when we visit Lexington again!

Great place and conveniently located!

Overall a great place to stay. Very cool space, bigger than the pictures show. Walking distance to lots of places.

2nd time staying here -- this time for the NCAA Tournament. Just a terrific location near a game arcade plus Rupp Arena and right next to a solid list of drink/food options. The only concern a group could have with this place -- one bedroom is 2 single beds. Another bedroom is closest to the walkway below near a pizzeria and brewery. So at night, if you're trying to go to sleep, you can potentially hear all of that below. But if you ask me, that's a small price to pay for a helluva entertaining area and awesome lodgings!

This place was perfect for our weekend anniversary getaway! The location was absolutely perfect for anything you want to do downtown, and an easy drive or Uber for things a little further out. The space was everything we needed!

I wish I could give Leasha more than 5 stars. Her place is absolutely fantastic. The drink bar (coffee and teas) contained everything that we needed. The beds, bedding and pillows were top notch and extremely comfortable. I don't think there was anything overlooked in the entire unit. We would definitely stay here again. There are lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance (which was important because there was a drenching rainstorm followed by a snowstorm while we were here). Thank you so much for all your communications and recommendations about staying in Lexington, Leasha. We really hope to return someday for another concert at the Lexington Opera House.

The Oaks was a perfect spot for our family of four. We visited the Creation Museum, the Ark and the Kentucky Horse Park and were conveniently located to all. We loved walking around Georgetown and the convenience to shops and restaurants. Shanita was a fantastic host! Because we read the directions wrong, and it was a rainy night, we had a hard time finding the Oaks. But Shanita jumped on the phone with me until we were unlocking the unit! She was fantastic!! A great spot!

Sadly we didn’t spend as much time at the penthouse as we had hoped. What time we were there, we thoroughly enjoyed everything the place had to offer….classy, comfy decor and furniture, spotless throughout, well equipped, unique access, and fabulous location if you’re visiting UK. With that, you are in the middle of the going-ons of a lively UK. So expect some street noise at night. It was no issue for us-we were tucked away in our cozy bed. One of our favorite Airbnb “homes!”

Brandon was great to work with and very communicative. Place was nice and as described. Can't beat the location!
