I stayed at Juliann's Southwind condo at Seven Springs with 12 people (grandparents, parents, and 18-20 year old children) for a ski weekend in January 2025. The garage has lots of room for 8-10 people to get into ski gear and head out to the slopes. The garage space heater got us all warmed up as soon as we came in from the slopes and hung up our snow gear too! The kitchen had plenty of cookware for us to heat up a Clem's barbecue dinner each night. We had plenty of room at the dining table. Three bathrooms were plenty for our group. We used all 4 bedrooms and the fold out chairs in the basement area. The hot tub was used each night and the view of the trees covered in snow was picture perfect. Overall, an excellent condo for a big family group to enjoy Seven Springs Skiing! I would stay her again!

The house was so charming and well decorated. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Had everything we needed for our stay with little extras like coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo,conditioner, body wash. Loved that it was pet friendly was nice to bring our fur baby. We had a great weekend.

Great place for our family get together. We really enjoyed the pool and the wrap around porch. I was pleasantly surprised with the loaded kitchen tools that were there. It was a big help since we were preparing daily meals for our family of 11. There is not a central a/c but the individual window units were used and met our needs. It is about 25 minutes from Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, close to Laurel Cavern, Kentuck Knob, Fort Necessity and other historical markers. Giant Eagle is about 15 minutes away. It is an older home ( over 100 years old), that is charming and filled with much history and relics. Hosts live close by and are extremely proactive and helpful. We used every space of the home and was comfortable and still had space to spare. Great get together.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at James Airbnb, and it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and the charming ambiance of the property. The lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere made it a perfect getaway for our family and was extremely kid Friendly. We traveled with 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room for everyone. The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy for us to prepare family meals, and the cozy living area was a great spot for us to unwind together after a day of exploring. The thoughtful touches throughout the space, from extra blankets to games for the kids and stocked snacks made this very convienent for our family. Plenty of local restaurants near by and a ton of activities for everyone. We will be booking another Stay, Highly recommend !!!

Good clean setup.

The rental was exactly what we wanted for our family weekend: A big house with a pool. The pool was clean and warm and the jacuzzi under the porch was clean and nice (the one out by the pool doesn't work.) The house is big and clean. It's not fancy but did the job for us. The exterior is a little shabby, but that wasn't important to us. We would rent this property again.

My 3rd stay at Betty's place and the first time during winter weather. The electric fireplace was wonderful! Kept the room warm & toasty with the ambience of a true, glowing fireplace. Betty salted the sidewalk the night that it snowed so that it was not icy. Another great stay!

Cowboy Castle is a super interesting place, with plenty of room to spread out. It was the perfect spot for us and our family to stay for our nephew’s wedding in Uniontown. We loved the beautiful view of the hill, the comfortable beds, and quiet seclusion made available by nice big bedrooms on two of the upper floors! Plenty of natural light!

Kid friendly and very convenient to both Laurel Highlands and Pittsburgh. We have four kids and stayed here with our friends, who have three kids, and there was enough space for everyone! Affordable and clean too. We look forward to coming back again in future should we have the opportunity!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean, and unique home. We had fun looking at all the vintage knick knacks and media, and our kid enjoyed the toys and watching VHS tapes. Highly recommend!

Miriam's place was the perfect location for our family's weekend getaway - right next to the GAP bike trail and driving distance to Ohiopyle State Park. Her place was exactly as described, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and her instructions were clear. We had no issues with check in or with the stay at all. Our family enjoyed the TV set-up, the fully stocked kitchen, and the board games when we were relaxing after our days of hiking and biking. The Dollar General across the street was really convenient for snacks and toiletries. Loved seeing the sun rising over the mountains in the morning and the bright stars at night.

Great place for our family holiday with 5 adults. Would definitionally stay again!

Incredible place! Plenty of space for larger groups. Very convenient location as well. Joyce is a fantastic host who is very communicative and very helpful! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay - Amenities as listed and comfy atmosphere. Head on over to falls city pub for great food and an excellent beer menu. Shopping nearby is limited in the winter season, so try and come prepared with food, but regardless it was an awesome house!

Great place to stay if you're looking to check out Seven Springs! Robin was extremely responsive and helpful as a host. The home was comfortable and very well-appointed in terms of kitchen appliances, etc. Would stay here again if/when we do another ski trip to the area.

My daughter and her husband live in Baltimore and just had a baby this past December. This weekend was an opportunity to meet halfway between Ohio and their home -- and for my parents, aunt, sister, and nephew to meet the newest member of our family. The home was a great place for this to happen -- lots of seating areas, room for people to move around, make meals, play cards, and sleep when necessary. The outside was private and quiet, and we were able to visit without interruptions. Those of who could, went skiing -- and the mudroom/extra room off of the kitchen was a great space for equipment and ski clothing storage. All-in-all, I would highly recommend the place!

What a great opportunity to stay in a beautiful and unique home! There are few homes like this any more and it was a wonderful opportunity for my family to spend a few days in such a lovely place. Elizabeth and Karen were both very welcoming and communicated clearly and were responsive to questions. Dunn Movin is a rare gem and we'd absolutely stay there again!

Misty is awesome… Very responsive and friendly. The house was just what we needed and the inside was recently remodeled. If you see negative comments about the age of the house I would encourage you to look past them. Yes, the house is old, and so are most in the area. But with old houses comes unique character that in my opinion should be appreciated. Everything worked. We had no issues whatsoever with check in, communications, etc. - we genuinely enjoyed our stay. As a recommendation for the area we stumbled on the Beck Ring-land tavern / Scenery Hill Brewery off of 40 which was such a gem I don’t even know where to start. They had great apps but we looked for a better option for food and stumbled over to the Century Inn across the street for a meal at the bar that exceeded our expectations. Chatting with the owner and locals about the Inn’s history didn’t hurt, either. And if you’re feeling lucky, it’s a 20 minute drive to Lady Luck casino at Nemacolin which is always a good time.

Tamika responded and addressed all of my questions very quickly. We loved the location and the house. It's so quiet at night so we slept great. We saw 2 turkeys and multiple deer during our stay. Do yourself a favor and grab a few peperoni rolls at the Penncraft Market at the end of the street. I would recommend staying here. If I end upI working in the are again, we will be back.

The place was well positioned to get to all the things to do in Ohiopyle! Great location that is quiet and peaceful and a perfect getaway to see Falling Water or go white water rafting. Tidy and welcoming, loved the jukebox too!

Great location for a small family reunion! It had everything we needed to have quality family time. We enjoyed how everything was labeled and the games available to play! We also used the huge tv for a movie night. We had a total of 8 people stay and a dog and it was wonderful. Only wish we all had queen beds (other than the bunk bed room!) but that’s just personal preference. Dean was super helpful and friendly and nice!
