It was very cold when we arrived, but the heaters quickly heated up the place. We liked being close to downtown Nevada City which had many charming stores and restaurants. We all liked our beds and they were comfortable. I'd say the full size bed was the most comfortable. You did have to wait awhile for the hot water to kick in. There were plenty of towels. Thank you so much.

we will return! Constant communication and Racj=hel went out of her way to have us check in early as we arrived sooner than we anticipated. The house is perfect! We have a small dog, there were dog covers, a fenced yard (with pooper scooper), a sweet fireplace, a footed bathtub, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels and great sheets. We really loved this place and it would be great for 2 couples and/or a family. Great for dog people.

Gurdev is a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. This is the second time we have rented Gurdev's home for our family Holiday gathering. Accommodations are comfortable, always clean and the addition of the bed in the loft area is an added plus and valid use of this space. Should the need arise again in the future, Gurdev's home would be on top of our list of rentals in the Antelope/Sacramento area.

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. Liked the house. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom layout is a little unusual. Both bathrooms are adjoining to each other so you need to make sure the door between them is locked. Great responsive host.

As it was our first time staying in an air bnb we were very happy and felt so welcome the area was quiet and peaceful, the home was super comfortable. Me and my family loved it, Zach was super helpful and insightful, ensuring a comfortable and easy stay for a family/pet friendly home! Everything necessary was provided for us. We look forward to coming back in the near future!

We only stayed one night at Joanne’s place, but we would have happily stayed longer if we could. The home is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and more. Check-in was a breeze thanks to Joanne’s clear and detailed instructions. The space was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d absolutely stay here again.

The kids and I had a lovely time. They had so many toys, books, games and outdoor fun! Great location, especially with young children. Didn’t really need much and felt at home. Definitely would stay again!

What a cool little spot right in the heart of downtown Grass Valley! This was the perfect place for home base on my visit.

Another great stay at Bo's place. I keep coming back because it's a great spot (walkable), comfortable, and is such a great value. Basically for the cost of one night in a mid-range hotel in a big city, I can take a trip to Oroville and get two nights and lots of space (living room, kitchen, bedroom), which is so perfect when I travel with my son. This is a perfect airbnb for taking in what Oroville has to offer - the wildflowers, the downtown area along the Feather River, or the hiking trails by Lake Oroville. Highly recommend!

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

This is a fantastic location, immaculate and well-appointed accommodations, and John and Kelly are amazing hosts. We had one small issue and they went so far above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy that it was a bit mind boggling. We'll be booking this property again for sure the next time we're in Nevada City.

My family and I had a WONDERFUL, much needed, relaxing weekend at this beautiful apartment townhome. Katrina and Ted were super friendly and responsive. We felt so well taking care of they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their communication was excellent and made the trip seamless for us. I would HIGHLY recommend this place and I look forward to staying with them again

Great condo for our family of 4. Very clean and cozy. Owner put lots of thoughts in the house appliances and decoration. 5 min walk to library, grocery store, pizza, movie and restaurants.

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

Ivy’s place was perfect and Ivy herself was a great host and communicator. The place was easily walkable to nice coffee shops and restaurants. Additionally the place was clean and minimalist, like we like it! It made packing up very easy. 10/10!

The place was nice, decorated nicely and felt homey. Although our TV didn’t want to connect to the WiFi, I’m sure that’s just a problem with the network provider and not Misha. There were 5 of us staying there so we kept ourselves busy with conversation instead of television like the old days lol. We all felt comfortable and had our own space. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

For Marysville, and for the Bok Kai festival, this is a pretty good place to stay. Yes, it's a little janky of a neighborhood, there are people yelling at night on the street, a car alarm repeatedly goes off, and you hear sirens because you're situated next to a hospital. BUT the place itself had everything we needed, which wasn't much tbh, didn't feel haunted, tap water tasted okay, didn't hear neighbors, and I really appreciated the private parking spot. It's just a few blocks away from the temple, very walkable. Ear plugs and single pane windows didn't help me, a light sleeper, very much, but tbf Bok Kai weekend is a series of almost nonstop firework bombs so I can't complain too much.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!
