Gerald was kind, flexible and attentive. The apartment was conveniently located. And we appreciated that it had two bathrooms. We felt very safe and at home. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Ima’s place. From the first day, the apartment was clean and neat with the listed amenities provided. Ima was always very responsive and helpful whenever we needed help. The internet wasn’t very good the first few days but she made great effort by changing the internet service provider. The internet wasn’t very better after the installation of a new service. Overall We liked the place and we will definitely stay there again whenever we are in Abuja. The environment was neat and peaceful. The security guard was helpful as well.

The accomodation is situated close to city center in a calm neighbourhood. No noise, protected by barrier, with private parking. Restaurants, fastfood and supermarket in a walking distance. The host reacted very fast, he was helpful and kind to us. It is an apartment with a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, each with double bed. Each bedroom has its own toilet and shower. There is A/C in bedrooms and living room too. If the government stop providing electricity, it has different electric support so you can continue with watching TV, lights etc. Just elevator and A/C stop working. But for this case there is a fan. There is hot water provided. The furniture works, looks good. Only kitchen is older, but I believe that with time they will work on it. We came early because our flight was changed. The host tried to provide alternative accomodation which we didn't use and waited for our own. But we really appreciate it. I can recommend it and we will be back next time.

It was a nice and comfortable place. However, beware: the apartment is literally two bedrooms without a living room. There is a study nook in one of the rooms though, and the house manager was always responsive.

Jenmore's place was a home away from home. I got great value for money. The apartment was clean, spacious and centrally located. Jenmore was very responsive and check-in was easy. There was an Inverter for electricity in case of a power outage. I look forward to staying in her place again. I highly recommend her place without reservations.

My host was amiable, helpful, and super responsive. I enjoyed my stay except for a few unpleasant bugs flying into my face, waking me up. It was immediately addressed. My commute to central was a bit of a stretch, but adding on an onsite vehicle and driver made it less stressful. Wifi was on full blast, making it easy to work and watch YouTube and Netflix. I will stay again.

Francisca was amazing and so sweet and Mr timothy was very helpful. There was issues with the power cause of the national grid but Francisca did everything to make sure it wasn’t a big problem and to feel as close to home for me and my boyfriend as humanly possible and would recommend anyone stay in her home🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🥰🥰🥰

Our stay was amazing! The house is beautiful, spacious and was super clean. Well cared for and maintained. I could tell the management puts thought into the people staying. The kitchen was stocked and user friendly. Toilet paper, shower gel, toothpaste, towels, and water were provided. Stanley was super responsive within a small time of us messaging. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay or to put family and friends there. My biggest things when staying somewhere in Nigeria are: Mattresses -many places have brick hard mattresses that are impossible to sleep on. The mattresses at this house were SUPER comfortable! Electricity – the house has an inverter! So when lights go off, there’s still electricity. The inverter doesn’t cover air conditioning and the hot water heater. The generator covers those and works for 7 hours on, 5 hours off. Safety and sound – was quiet and felt safe in the neighborhood within the gate. Cleanliness – very clean Service – Great timely response!

Farid was good host. He responded very well and quickly. I would definitely be staying their again on my next trip to Abuja. The place was extremely clean and I loved the cold air conditioning. Thanks.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, the host and house keeper were both very friendly and responsive when the need arises. The part is at a great location if you’re looking for some quiet and relaxing I highly recommend this place.
