This is our third time staying in Loo Yee's place. It does felt like coming home for us. The apartment is always clean and spotless with everything we required there...nothing extra to wish for. Loo Yee is a great host and to us she is more than our host, more like a friend...she always very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment is so handy to everything...grocery shopping, kopitiam, great restaurants, etc...and walking 5 mins from my dentist.

the best place to stay. reasonable price. there are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The house is very private.

Fantastic apartment in the middle of a great plaza with plenty of great restaurants, cafes and shops. And to top it all off Quinnie (and her dad) are great people. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much.

A lovely & well presented good sized loft. We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring KL.

Janice was very thoughtful as she put on lights for us as she knew we were arriving late. Had some issues/queries which Janice addressed immediately as she was really responsive to any problems. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great place to stay. Room was nice and clean. View from the window was also very beautiful. All amenities were nice and working. Only downside thing was my communication with the host a day before check in as I wanted to make sure of check in and preparation of the room before my flight but the response was very delayed. After that on the check in day after landing the communication was all good. Host also provided us a parking space ( we paid extra ). Over all the place is really nice.

We did not get to meet Colin as he was out of town. But he managed to have a caretaker to get us the keys. The duplex was really a gem in structure. A pleasant open area that is very spacious. A good view over the swimming pool and a large surrounding area of the city. The 3 A/C's were all working very well. Overall, it was very comfortable staying there. If only it has a washing machine and some small things well taken care of, it would be perfect. The wifi worked very well except that the data plan was limited. The building complex includes a Tesco supermarket and some shops and eateries downstairs, but they were not up to our expectations. There are quite a few bars and clubs on top of the Tesco, which seemingly make it a major entertainment centre in Kuala Lumpur. Some bars offer three nice draft beers for the price of one, but I suspect whether they dilute it with cheaper beers. Anyhow, the noise from the clubs was not noticeable in the room. Even though the Tesco complex does not provide a full dining experience, the complex is not far (RM7 by taxi) from the Mid Valley Mall, which is humongous with all kinds of eating options.

The kind staff provided support and responded quickly. The room was quiet and close to the station, making it a very nice stay .

The place is cozy, clean and huge! The location is great, easy access to the restaurants and shopping mall such as Mid Valley. Suitable for groups to stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The hosts are good in communication, quick responses, and gave simple and clear instructions! Just one thing that we think may need to improve is the light at the living room area is a bit dim. Overall, we have a wonderful gathering and stay at this place!

really like the duplex layout of the unit. felt like home. with large airy living room and huge windows, something that i love. beddings linen are great and clean. services were good. might consider coming back to the same unit in future

Had a great time on the room, spacious and the view of the city from the room and pool is great.

cute and homey loft, with great amenities (cafés & eateries, pool, gym) within walking distance. if you are 165cm & taller, you've probably got to watch your head when getting to the bed upstairs though. otherwise, it feels right at home.

Sam was accommodating, and his spacious apartment was a great base to explore PJ!

Would be better if the bedroom lighting is brighter with mirrors Need upgrade of kitchenwares like cooking pot and pan Overall the stay is satisfying and comfortable.

Marlin’s place was like a home away from home. Very well furnished and comfortable with a beautiful sunset waterfront view. Marlin was very helpful with answering and questions I had and I highly recommend this apartment!

Great location with easy access, as it's directly connected to the train station. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early since we arrived in KL super early. Highly recommended!

The place was cozy and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish.

We booked for 2 weeks and then extended for another 2 weeks. The place is big enough to comfortably live for longer period of time and feels like home. The building complex has a gym, tennis court and a very big pool. There are shops and restaurants also within the complex and a Grab ride to the city is very cheap. The apartment is on 39th floor and has amazing views from the bedroom window and also has a small balcony. You can prepare all meals in the very functional kitchen. All in all, extremely nice and absolutely value for money.

Have a really great stay there as the owner are very responsive and fast reply in replying every each of my questions. He also provide a clear instructions on how to find the designated parking area and the check in process, by giving a clear image. Not only that but me and my friends are impressed on how clean and well maintained the house is, along with the niceful deco. We come in group of five woman, and it is by far a safe area for us. Would definitely stay there again 📝
