快適に過ごせました。 内装は非常に清潔でストレスは感じませんでした。 ただし、小さな蟻が室内にいたのが気になったため、ゴミの管理には気を遣うようにしました。フロア共用の生ゴミのゴミ箱は小さかったですが、短期滞在では特に問題になりませんでした。 入り口のキー入力後の扉の開け方に少しコツが要りました。 夜間帯はアルカディアの飲食店からBGMが漏れ聞こえており、少し煩わしく感じますが、ある程度防音されているため、それが原因で眠れないといったように強く気になることはありませんでした。 動画のサブスクリプションの利用も快適に利用でき、子供は映画を視聴して楽しんでいました。 Jさんも素早くレスポンスがあり、トイレットペーパーの不足の問題にもすぐに対処してもらえました。

Superb location, its middle of Arkadia, so many eatery and night time can see many doggies there. Very chill place to stay. My family loves it.

Best place so far during my stay

Will be back to stay here again if back to kl for holiday. Easy to drive around kl and genting thanks to nearby highway. Although parking can be challenging initially but the rest is tip top. Thanks Derek and Maricel for the proactive response.

Place was easy to find and instructions were clear and cut . Clean home and bathroom too . All basics things provided . Owner was responsive and kind . Recommended 😊

if you think the place is small from the pictures, yes it's small compared to a regular 2 bedroom apartment. but besides that it has a great vibe to the unit. feels very comfortable. we were in the unit almost the whole day and we felt everything was beyond reach and the TV with Netflix and YouTube accessible kept us entertained although the TV was slightly testing your patience. bathrooms were clean, kitchen facilities were good, we baked a cake! beds were clean and comfortable. overall a good stay for 4 pax and will return definitely.

I stay only 1 night for birthday party so worth it for me. The great location of airbnb. The environment and view very nice. Suitable for big family and have family gathering. The airbnb superb clean and provide more facility.

My family had a wonderful stay here, with plenty of space for outdoor activities. We enjoyed spending time playing in the river.

Only downside is insufficient water pressure in the house. Overall we had a pleasant stay, house was big and spacious for 20pax of family/friends.

Amazing place to stay! owner did her best in describing the place, gave us fruit from their orchard and place is the same as advertised. such a beautiful place. family and i bonded really well through it and managed to experience the authentic kampung life. totally recommend for people to stay

Great place. Has few restaurants and convenience stores at ground floor. Swimming pool is great. Quiet environment. House tidy and clean. Can fit 8- 10pax easily. Worth for money

Pros: very responsive host, great view from the window. Nice tv (however sound could be better). Awesome gym and swimming pool. Lots of areas for different kind of activities. Really quiet apartment, however during Chinese New Year it was really noisy outside. Cons: Very small fridge, almost nothing could be stored there. Worst WiFi and Internet connection. No hand towels. It's not allowed to sit on the floor where swimming pool is located after 10 pm. Noise from firecrackers in the middle of every night is very annoying. This apartment is really far away from the city center.

Its worth the price. The host was very responsive, the check in was simple but need to be received by a person, the room is fine, nothing especial about the amenities.

The place is worth the money and good for 3 people. Host very responsive and helpful. Super good Wi-Fi (200+ mpbs). Everything was in well working condition. Small balcony so you can get outside for a but. I will definitely come back.

J’ai passé un superbe séjour. L’appartement était très bien équipé et super bien placé. J’y ai logé environ 6 mois dans le cadre de mon échange universitaire à Asia Pacific University, je ne pouvais pas rêver mieux comme logement ! De plus, l’hôte a été très conciliant, et Zana (sa maman) qui m’a accueillie, a été aux petits soins et très chaleureuse. Ce sont des gens de confiance, l’appartement était plus grand que ce que je pensais. Je recommande a 100%
