Easy to find and exactly as described, house was pristine and clean, and was in a very quiet area of the neighbourhood.

What a great find, walking distance to Wells harbour. Peaceful and quiet place, immaculate converted boathouse, couldn't recommend it enough for a dog and family friendly stay in stunning Wells.

The house was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We loved what the owners had done to the property. The attention to detail was great. Both the interior and exterior spaces were very well designed and the workmanship and quality of fittings etc. were exceptional. If we lived nearer we would be asking for details of all of your contractors! 😊 Bedding and towels were of good quality. Felt rather like staying in a boutique hotel.

Wendy was a super friendly, helpful and responsive host from the moment I enquired about booking until the moment we checked out. Her place was exactly what you want from an Airbnb, a real home from home. It’s cosy and comfortable and stylish throughout and feels very spacious considering it’s a maisonette. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a two night stay to visit friends nearby. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area and we’d recommend to anyone else. Extremely accommodating and thoughtful, truly one of the best airbnbs iv been to. Great price range, free parking, simple instructions. The place has covered all bases. Guidebooks and help, simple and idiot proofed. Entry and staying was seamless. Very impressed Paul, 100% id recommend. Positive vibes, clear labels, good water pressure in the shower and homely place. I was visiting family and truly I will come and stay again if Paul will have me!

Was a beautiful location, peaceful and good environment and was lovely a clean. Was so nice to have a guest area to see and interact with animals. Good amount of things to entertain children and even had games for adults to do. Host was friendly and responsive, also had a good book filled with information about the area.

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, the lodge was well equipped, clean and spacious. The men enjoyed the fishing from the decking. The lodge had everything we could need, in a quiet location.

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!

We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Andy & Fiona’s cottage in Sculthorpe. The cottage was well equipped and the location was really convenient for exploring North Norfolk. Andy and Fiona were fab hosts and super responsive on all comms. We would not hesitate to recommend.

We had an amazing time at the Cottage! The bed was super comfy, and the whole place is incredibly peaceful – perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The surroundings are beautiful, and Angela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

An amazing use of the space. The guest suite was warm, comfy and spotlessly clean. Lovely linen and towels and everything we needed was supplied. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the private patio and the location was ideal. A quiet little cul-de-sac but within easy driving distance of the seaside hotspot that is Hunstanton. We only stayed one night but wished we could have stayed for much longer. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return.

We had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful place with a stunning outdoor forest directly accessible through the large garden. A tastefully decorated house with interesting artefacts and ceramics. A great place for reading books, cooking and having fires outside in the fire pit. Super quiet and peaceful and a perfect place for rest and recuperation. Also a good location from which to explore forests and sights of Norfolk.

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

Lavender Cottage is small but perfectly formed. The photos don’t do it justice. The cottage is very well organised with the kitchen/lounge/dining area having everything we needed - dishwasher, microwave and a very good oven. The cottage shares the large garden with the hosts (and the garden is secure for dogs as well as being beautiful !) with a small private paved area to sit out if wished. The hosts asked us to unload and then park just up the road which wasn’t a problem for us. Syderstone is small with no shop/pub etc but only a short drive to the coast and larger villages and towns. Fantastic dog friendly beaches, pubs and the friendly folk continues to have us returning to Norfolk time and time again. Thank you Gwyn and Sarah for a great visit!

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish, Zoe was a brilliant and friendly host, with great communication and she made our stay a breeze. The bungalow is modern, clean, nicely located and perfect for a family of 4. We only stayed for one night, but with more time on our side we would have loved to have stayed for much longer. Thank you so much for a making our stay perfect.

We had a lovely stay at the Hobbit. The hut is lovely, cozy, well looked after and clean. Amy is very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our experience at the Hobbit and will definitely be back in the future. Recommended
