Anna was a great host! The house was quiet and comfortable. Our stay was so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel for two weeks.

Adorable tiny home (Definitely TINY 😉). Perfect for a couple or individual traveler. Quiet surroundings with a private back patio and fenced yard. Very clean and well appointed tiny kitchen, with everything necessary to prepare a meal for two. Clean and comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower and more than enough towels and washcloths. Cozy little dining table in the living/sleep area. Ample storage in the two corner closets. TV and wifi worked just fine (we were pleasantly surprised by this in such a remote area!) Only one minor improvement would have made this a perfect stay, which is perhaps a couch/bed with a slightly thicker mattress for comfort. In all, a very pleasant and cozy place to stay. We were very happy to find this little gem!

We really enjoyed staying at Victor's place- the surroundings are quiet and beautiful countryside while still being close enough to Santa Fe. The place was beautiful and I really appreciated the minimalistic decor that made the space feel clean and open! Lastly, the delicious bottle of wine and chips and salsa were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated after a long stressful drive on i40!!! We would gladly stay here again!

We loved staying at Maxx’s beautiful home and property. We had all that we needed for a quiet holiday with our dogs. The area was so peaceful, quiet and was the perfect getaway we’d love to come back to!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was a lot bigger than it looks in the photos. Very clean and comfortable - had a beautiful view from the balcony. 10/10 would recommend

Such a unique place to stay! The views outside of the rv were beautiful. So peaceful and quiet. Tons of space we had for the two of us. Donna was very helpful by sending instructions and pictures where to go. We fell in love with the two dogs on property. They had a huge DVD selection that was pretty awesome. Only downside is we couldn’t figure out the heater situation, it was to late to call Donna. Other than that it was a perfect stay! Would love to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Raven. Talia is a gracious, accommodating host. She personally checked us in, and gave us a lot of good information about off the beaten path things to do and places to eat. Talia did an excellent job accommodating my allergies. There were no pet or scent allergens (which is extremely hard to find). The setting is beautiful, serene and peaceful. The place is lovely, with lots of clever artistic touches. It is exactly as pictured and described in communications with the host. Actually even lovelier than pictured. The private hut tub was wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The portable electric hot plate worked fine for heating meals. The floor to ceiling windows let in a lot of light, ventilation and views. There was absolutely no noise, inconvenience or lack of privacy from shared building with the hosts. We look forward to staying at Blue Raven whenever we visit Santa Fe.

BEAUTIFUL place in the New Mexican desert! You are surrounded by mountains and there isn't a single place in this property that doesn't have a gorgeous view, day or night. We loved sending the kids off their own little villa and my mother was right at home in La Biblioteca! Lynn left personal touches and amazing notes on nearby attractions, stores and restaurants. You're close enough to Los Alamos or Espaniola but far enough away that you can see the stars at night! the The neighbor's dog was FANTASTIC and probably one of my favorite things! Very friendly and difficult to leave behind. I would absolutely recommend staying at Toscaya, in any of the villas, but we will always book all three with our big family!
