The place was really beautiful with an amazing surrounding and very peaceful. The location was in a very private area so you could really enjoy it and also the villa was perfect since you also had a fireplace near the window which overlooked into the forested area. There are a lot of great restaurants in the area and also small stores so that you always had access to anything you might need. The host was extremely responsive and communicated with me until he knew that everything was to our liking. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick getaway from the noisy city or also for nature lovers out there.

We had a great holiday. Very nice and clean apartments just like in the pictures. We got all the help that we needed and they answered very quickly for any of our questions. ☀️ Everything was great and we would definitely go back again. There is bakery, restaurants and food markets nearby and Albi mall is also walkable distance.

Sehr schöne Villa, mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist wunderschön und leicht zu finden, dennoch etwas steil oben (unterhalb der Villa Stellplätze). Die Villa war sehr Sauber und ordentlich gehalten und die Elektrogeräte haben alle einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Betten waren gemütlich und angenehm zum Schlafen. Ohne schlechtes gewissen, weiter zu empfehlen.

Le logement proposé est situé dans le petit village de Topojan accessible par une route en terre qui monte sur environ 3 km. c'est un village très sympathique au calme et au frais, idéal pour faire des randonnées ou des visites dans les villages voisins comme Shishtavec. Ce n'est pas loin de la frontière avec le Kosovo. Le logement bénéficie d'une grande chambre avec 2 grands lits et d'un salon à l'étage inférieur. C'est très joliment décoré dans un style traditionnel albanais. Il y a 2 salles de bains ( 1 par étage). Il est possible de préparer ses repas et son petit déjeuner dans une cuisine partagée avec d'autres touristes. Le logement se trouve à côté de la maison des propriétaires et notre charmante hôtesse ( la maman d'Ardita) peut également préparer petit déjeuner et repas sur demande ( la cuisine est excellente). Ardita parle français et a toujours été très réactive à nos questions. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement plein de charme et y retournerons volontiers .

Die Lage war sehr ruhig mit einem schönen Ausblick auf die Natur. Es gab Privatsphäre und man konnte sich gut entspannen. Die Terrasse sowie der Garten und der Pool waren wunderschön. Leider war es nicht sauber in der Unterkunft. Die Badezimmer waren verdreckt und nicht gereinigt. Es befanden sich teilweise noch benutzte Handtücher in den Bädern sowie Abfall sowohl im Innen- als auch Außenbereich. Während unseres Aufenthalts war ein unangenehmer Geruch sowohl innen als auch draußen auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Wir entschieden uns nicht in der Unterkunft zu übernachten, sondern nutzen bis in den Abend nur den Außenbereich für unser geplantes Fest.

Kurban bayramı tarihlerinde konakladık, ilk günden son güne kadar her anlamda çok memnun kaldık. Temizliği, sessizliği, havuzu, barbekü alanı, çardakları vs. Arabamız olduğu için hiç zorlanmadık, güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Ev sahibi Zlatko çok iyi bir ev sahibi, her şeyi tas tamam hazırlamıştı bu yüzden çıkana kadar arama gereği bile duymadık 😊

Absolutely WONDERFUL stay!! We wish we would have booked a longer stay as this location was perfect for our family! Located so close to all the nature and in the mountain but so close to Peja! The beds and pillows were wonderful and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything and more! You need to book this stay when visiting Kosovo! The internet speed was amazing and the service is great with being surrounded by mountains!!! The home stays warm in the winter with the fireplace. We really appreciate all the parking available and that the entire home is gated. Perfect for families. Pristina, Kosovo is only 1.5 hours away and is a very busy city, Peja is perfect for exploring nature a smaller city to explore. We loved it! Definitely would love to return in the summer when the trees are green and the kids can enjoy the pool on the property!

房子很大，很干净，有独立的院子，车可以停在院子里面，唯一不好的就是卧室没有空调，睡觉会很热，我们只好睡沙发

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Es hat alles gepasst, es war wunderschön, vor allem die Aussicht oben auf der Terrasse. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wellnessbereich (Jacuzzi) herrlich. Ankommen und genießen! Vielen lieben Dank dafür. Bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder. Bis dahin eine gute Zeit für das ganze Team. Herzliche Grüße
