Absolutely beautiful location! The cabin was beautiful and cozy and we Absolutely loved the hot tub, we didn't want to leave! Dympna and her husband was so kind, they left snack and a birthday card for my husband. And so close to the forest park. Will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone we know❤️ Fantastic place!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin! Love the location, everything is within 10 minute drive whether that’s a pub or a cafe or a take away. The cabin itself was stunning with everything you need inside and the views were to die for! Michael was also sooooo quick and efficient at communicating. The hot tub was a 10/10 touch. Will definitely be back 🙌🏼

It was really perfect experience for us. Totally is private and quite… And bed was amazing, I can say it was the best bed I ever sleep, it was really comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in this cosy pod! The views over the lake were beautiful, even on a misty morning. We were delighted to book the pod with the private hot tub - it took a while to heat up (2.5 hours or so!) and next time we would make sure to bring some extra logs to keep it going for longer. We would highly recommend this location for a romantic, quiet stay or a small group trip with plenty of activities nearby! Thanks Richard for having us, we will be back!

Stayed in the Oak Lodge for 2 nights. Everywhere was spotless and exactly as described in the discription. Robyn was very helpful with any queries and catered to our needs efficently. The wifi did not work and our mobile network was very poor which was a little dissappinting in the evenings when we wanted to watch tv but this is highlighted in the description as a bad area for internet which can be put of everyones control. We brought our jack russel oscar who felt right at home espicially at night in front of the fire. The jauzzi was fabulous after a long hike earlier in the day. I would definitely return in the future.

The Meadows was easy to find and the Pod was at the far end of the site. Easy check in and soon had a cuppa on the go, met other site users who were friendly and helpful. Good facilities on site and great fog walks, recommend The Glen. Had a lovely stay and Helena called regularly to find out how everything was. Pod was cosy almost too warm in bed!! Will come back in future 🙂

We had the best stay here. Very peaceful, lots of blankets so we could sit outside and BBQ even in the cold. Lots of space for our dog, and a nice walk around the lake really close for him too. Absolutely loved it here, thank you for having us! Jay, Laura and Riley 🐾

Lovely stay. Peaceful. Perfect for who is looking a place to relax and be in peace for a while. The TV with netflix is a good extra to watch a movie with partner. The cabin has everything we need for a good and relaxing stay

We had a lovely stay in the Shepherds hut at Meadows campsite. It is in a great location, really peaceful and close to nature. Helena met us on arrival and was really friendly and gave helpful suggestions for places to visit which we appreciated. The hut is well equipped, with a proper bed and made for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The campsite is small but has good facilities like a washing machine which we very much appreciated. I’d recommend this place and the area to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay in Heron Lodge. The pictures do not do justice to the log cabins which are surprisingly spacious and well equipped, cleverly laid out so that none are looking onto each other so privacy is ensured. Comfortable beds and well appointed shower rooms. Being able to bring the dog was a big plus for us. The cabin had a lovely aspect from all windows. We opted to eat in and the kitchenette was well equipped for our needs. For breakfast we decided to eat at the lodge both mornings and the breakfasts were first class. Staff are all lovely and so helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the lovely gardens were buzzing with bees and swallows nesting in the eves were a joy to watch. We took a stroll down to the boats - so picturesque and very tranquil. The location is super for local activities - we drove to Enniskillen and took a trip by boat to Devinish Island, had a lovely walk at Castle Caulfield and visited the Marble Arch Caves and geo park. We had hoped to make use of the hot tubs but at £25 pp per day it was just too expensive to justify it so the swimming togs went home unused. My boys rarely ask ‘when can we come back?’ but they are very keen to revisit the lodge so I hope that we can visit again soon. Thank you for a truly lovely stay! 🦢 🎣 🏠
