Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. the place was nice perfect for a couple right next to 5 points so a lot to do within walking distance the only thing is the room can get a little warm at times so i would bring a fan but other then that small detail it was a perfect stay i would recommend this place to anyone

Ashley’s place is centrally located nearby Luxe shopping districts and fine dining ,situated just 2 minutes from I 295. Her place is thoughtfully decorated with all the comforts of home. Safety is the community’s main priority with a gated entrance and plentiful parking 🅿️.

This place was just what I needed! It’s beach front, nothing between you and the dunes. You’re close to everything you want at the beach. It was surprisingly very quiet at night. Usually when I stay beachfront you hear a lot of people and traffic, but not here. Maybe it was due to the condo community being gated. It was easy to relax and fall asleep. Everything was really clean, which is really important to me, and there was a lot of extras, like beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, an extra blanket, and all the things you need to cook, if you want to. I really appreciated the space and the communication. I’ll be back again.

Actually this was our first Airbnb. We typically stay at high end hotels. However, we thought we would give this a try since so close to where our daughter attends school. Stay was in a like new unit above garage. Host lives in home on property. Very friendly and responsive. Property is stunning with huge weeping willows. One concern was that unit was hot. Unit sits above the garage and has skylights that lets sun in. We turned a/c down a few times but it seemed to revert back to higher temps. Beds were too stiff and uncomfortable for us. Therefore, we had problems sleeping through the night both nights we stayed there. However, with hat said, we would definitely stay there again! The beauty of the property, location to our daughter, and great host makes it a must stay.

From the time we arrived, the host was very responsive and was concerned about our needs. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, the beds were super comfy, and it was very peaceful. I miscalculated the dates we needed to stay, and the host was super gracious to let us stay another night. We will definitely stay there again!

We stayed for 2 months, and it was by far the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The house was relatively new and very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including a coffee bar, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality, fenced in backyard with patio and outdoor furniture. The house is located in a newer community with a Community Center with pool, playground, pickleball; it was quiet, and we felt very safe during our daily walks. Located approximately 10 min. from Historic St. Augustine and 20 min. from the beach. Michaela was very responsive and would check in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

The kids were very excited when they got to the house and saw the game room. We got plenty of space to spread out. The water pressure was amazing

The area is not far to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, and clear access to highways. The grill was easy to use and the beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but the host was very responsive and flexible.

Lovely & so spacious! Clean & so comfy! We loved the patio tOo & enjoyed the home very much! Hosts were kind & responsive, even made sure the light was on outside since we came in at night. My friends even enjoyed their book selection. Would stay again! Def recommend :)

Kristi's place was just what we needed. Location was close to the beach, just a short drive, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean, the kitchen was stocked w/ all of the essentials which made cooking breakfasts and dinners easy. At one point we had ran out of trash bags (family of 5...lol) so she had one delivered to our door. Kristi was very responsive to any questions we had. One thing I will mention is that the master bedroom does have an extra firm mattress, in case you have any back issues or that isn't your jam. There was another full size bed that was not as firm in the 2nd bedroom and a softer twin in the 3rd. Thank you Kristi for a great stay, we will definitely keep you in mind for future visits.

The host is very responsive and welcoming. The neighborhood and amenities is beautiful. The place felt like home. I was extremely comfortable.

Anita’s house was perfect for our Family! The house was clean and spacious enough to accommodate us. She had toys & books for our toddler and also bought an inflatable tub for her to use since the house doesn’t have one. Also had a goodie bag of play things for my kiddo and a bottle of wine waiting for me after a long road trip. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The washer didn’t work during our stay but she compensated us with an extra day at no charge! ❤️ We will definitely come back to visit soon

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Jacksonville, FL. The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful backyard and a park nearby for leisurely strolls. The cleanliness of the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms was impressive, and I appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with all the necessary silverware, pots, and pans. The host clearly pays attention to detail and ensures guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. I would love to return for another visit in the future. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect spot! Ginny reached out multiple times in advance and even once we checked in - offering local recommendations and making sure check in went smoothly. So close to the beach and the home is perfectly as described and pictured. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo is perfection. Everything seems brand new. It looks exactly like the pictures, immaculately clean, 2 jacuzzi tubs, a clean kitchen plus a kitchenette for the second bedroom and 2 washer/dryers! The walk to the private Omni beach access is only a half mile and is lovely. It’s a ground floor so we were able to walk our pup outside easily. The tennis courts are nearby providing more paths to walk & the courts are not noisy, the condo must have good sound blocking because we never heard them. We were there in February so we didn’t go in the pool but it was lovely to sit by in the Florida sunshine. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The living room TV is enormous and provided all of our channels and streaming apps. The security gate was ready when we arrived and the check in was easy. The code was provided and the door lock worked easily for our self check in. We loved staying at the property as we love to bike . The trails are right there

Great time staying here, close to beaches, restaurants and anything you can want to do. Pleasure working with host and would recommend to any staying in the area.

We loved our stay here! Very convenient for a day at the beach, a day trip to St Augustine or checking out the golf in the area. Extremely clean, quiet, peaceful and a great getaway.

Kristi’s beachfront condo is perfect. Private walkway over a small dune to the white sandy beach. Chairs, towel’s and boogie boards on the balcony. Sunrises from the balcony - amazing. Spotted many Dolphins and 1 whale. The bed is super comfortable and plenty of places to sit. Very quiet inside. So many restaurant options close by. The perfect beach getaway!

This is a beautiful property with wonderful views of the ocean and of a great lawn. perfect for dogs to run. This property is a perfect example of how dogs and humans can coexist and enjoy time together on the beach and throughout the resort. Throughout the resort, the dogs were well behaved and people cleaned up after their dogs, which was wonderful to see it really is a dog and human paradise! The condo itself was well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need for a stress free vacation.

Beautiful condo with comfortable furniture and a very nice screened in porch to sit in. Close to downtown Amelia Island and the beaches.
