The owners were quick and polite and the place was clean everything was comfortable and it was a great experience

We stayed for 2 months, and it was by far the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The house was relatively new and very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including a coffee bar, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality, fenced in backyard with patio and outdoor furniture. The house is located in a newer community with a Community Center with pool, playground, pickleball; it was quiet, and we felt very safe during our daily walks. Located approximately 10 min. from Historic St. Augustine and 20 min. from the beach. Michaela was very responsive and would check in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Great host and property! The house was equipped with new appliances and had sufficient supplies including laundry and dish detergent pods. The house had sufficient utensils, pots, and dinnerware for our family of 9 and everything was clean and well organized. Jonathan was very responsive to issues reported and able to coordinate the needed assistance on the priority maintenance issues. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our stay.

Cozy place, clean and quiet. A carport with an outlet, convenient for an EV. I’ll be staying there again the next time I visit my grandkids, who live close by.

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Zac's property. The house smelled great, was very clean, and was exactly as described. Zac was a great host; he was very responsive and attentive to any of our needs. We brought 2 dogs and he had food and water bowls available. The fenced in yard was wonderful for the dogs to be able to play outside. There are lots of beach accessories and the beach is just 3 blocks away! There are several good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and the neighborhood was great for taking the dogs on walks. The beach is also dog friendly so we were able to take them most everywhere with us.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Nikki was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth, and the little touches really made it feel like home. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area. I would definitely book again!

We took a quick trip to Jacksonville! This home was absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough space for our family. There were restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. This home is a 10 out of 10!!! Justin responded in a timely manner when a minor incident occurred. We are so grateful to have secured such a wonderful stay.

This house was exceptionally clean & we had everything we needed. Really nice backyard area where we enjoyed meals because the weather was nice.

So happy I found this Airbnb! The location was perfect. Neighborhood was walkable and close to everything you needed. Ryan providing bikes was also a huge bonus to get around the area. The space was very welcoming and your own private retreat. Communication was great and the check in process was easy. We will definitely rebook this space next time we visit Jax!

The host was very responsive and proactive. This by far was the best home I've booked on Airbnb for my family and myself. It was the perfect location. A short drive between downtown Saint Augustine and Jacksonville. Very quite very neat and clean Also up-to-date appliances! Overall extremely satisfied with my stay will book again in the future. Highly recommend this charming cottage for your St. Mary’s stay! We visited my sister in Kingsland for the weekend and loved having a space where she could stay with us. The home is dog-friendly, and while they provided waste bags, we brought our own—so thoughtful! The kitchen has both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. We didn’t use the washer and dryer, but they’re a great perk for longer stays. The outdoor seating area was cute, and the included bikes were a nice touch. I don’t understand reviews saying it was too small for two people—we had three adults and a dog, and it was perfect! Two private bedrooms with three beds, a living room with a couch and chair, a full kitchen, and a bathroom—it felt just right. The location is fantastic—walkable to shops and restaurants. We explored the stores, had dinner at The Firefly, coffee and pastries at The Kraken, then grabbed snacks from Farm to Family and enjoyed a movie back at the Airbnb. We’d absolutely stay again!

Quiet and peaceful home. Beautifully & simply decorated. Kitchen is stocked with plates, pots, pans, utensils; very convenient and accessible. Beds were very relaxing and there are easy to use TVs in each room. Overall very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone visiting Jacksonville. 15 minutes from the jaguar stadium. It is in a school zone so there may be light traffic on early morning weekdays. But that’s minuscule and manageable.

Josh was a fantastic host and loved staying at his Airbnb again! Love the location as it’s close to all the great restaurants and shops of Avondale and Boone Park is right down the street, which was nice for walking the dogs.

Clean place that had everything that we needed. It is about 5 min walk to the beach, bikes were a great touch. Caroline was very responsive and offered great recommendations for places to eat and places to go. It was our first time in Jacsonville and It looks like the area is up and coming, lots of new construction, condos and housing, this propery was in a bit older area, but still felt safe and propery owners were nice. It was close to Atlantic beach, which had good restaurants and St Augustine, which we also visited. Overall a good stay. Thank you Caroline.

I booked David’s AirBNB on the same day of arrival. He was very responsive and easy with work with in spite of the short notice.

Perfectly located between JAX Airport and Ponte Vedra, which was a key for our stay. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating to our need to extend our stay a couple of days. The neighborhood was peaceful and calm. We enjoyed our stay.
