The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

Vi boede 6 mennesker i boligen og var meget tilfredse, vi brugte boligen som base i uge - hvorfra vi kørte til Venedig, Pisa, Firenze, San Marino, Bologna, Modena m.v Boligen er stor og har masser af plads, 2 gode badeværelser, og en godt og funktionel køkken. Boligen ligger tæt på en landsby hvor man kan køre til restauranter og et stort supermarked på cirka 4 min. Vi blev taget godt imod, da vi ankom af Francescas forældre, som bor i den anden halvdel af huset. De gav os info om huset og lokaltområdets restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. De 4 soveværelser er store og sengene er gode. En bil er en nødvendighed i denne bolig. Vi anbefaler bestemt denne bolig hvis du vil opleve det autentiske Italien og gerne vil have en base imens du udforsker flere af Italiens seværdigheder.

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! We absolutely loved Claudio’s house! It was such a warm and cosy home. It was so spacious and everything was well cleaned and maintained. The area is so peaceful and quiet, and had everything we needed close by. Also very central for day trips to places like Venice and Modena. Claudio is a fantastic host, very warm and inviting and so helpful. We will never forget our enjoyable stay here. Thanks again for having us in your beautiful home 🥰

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati molto bene. L' appartamento aveva tutto il necessario e corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione. Inoltre, era ben pulito ed ordinato. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Maria Cristina è stata sempre disponibile e veloce a rispondere sia prima del nostro arrivo che durante il nostro soggiorno. Fortemente consigliato.

L’alloggio di Roberta e Stefano è situato in un bellissimo palazzo d’epoca nel centro di Ferrara. Appena ristrutturato, l’appartamento è arredato con gusto e con pezzi unici che lo rendono a prova di rivista. La posizione è perfetta per girare comodamente la città e i suoi principiali punti di interesse. Completa il tutto la gentilezza, la cura al dettaglio e la disponibilità degli host. Davvero super consigliato!

Enrico è una persona squisita, disponibile e attenta ad ogni dettaglio. Ottimo il check-in con possibilità di entrare nella ZTL per scaricare i bagagli (stessa cosa vale per il check-out). La casa, in ottima posizione per visitare a piedi tutta la città, è gradevolissima, pulita e non manca di nulla. Il terrazzo è una delizia. Le biciclette a disposizione permettono a chi non ha molto tempo di girare piacevolmente ogni angolo di Ferrara. Un'ottima esperienza che ci sentiamo di consigliare e, se torneremo a Ferrara, ripeteremo senz'altro.

Tutto perfetto, ordinato e pulito. Siamo stati con due bambini di cui un bimbo di 9 mesi e si sono sentiti come a casa. Il più grande di 6 anni, non voleva andare via. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

Teresa is the best! She is very helpful in every possible situation. When it comes to the apartment - very clean, perfect for 2 people, location is better than we expected, very close to nice restaurants. However, there are some noises coming from the bar nearby, if you like quiet places, maybe it is not for you. When it comes to me, bar was fun, they have amazing drinks - highly recommend :)

L'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato pratico e comodo. Sicuramente, se si è di passaggio è un'ottima scelta. Le camere molto spaziose, ordinate . La cucina dotata di tutto. Giuseppe l'host è stato molto gentile e professionale, sempre disponibile ad ogni nostre richieste. Per quanto riguarda la distanza è comunque relativa perché nonostante sia distante dal centro mezz'ora a piedi è facilmente raggiungibile grazie alle zone pedonali disponibili.

We had originally planned to stay in Bologna to explore the region, but could not find anything as nice as this apartment, so we changed our base to Ferrara. We are so glad we did! The apartment is lovely, perhaps more spacious than the photos would suggest, with some amazing views across the rooftops of Ferrara and towards the castle. Despite being a short walk from central Ferrara, it is in a quiet and peaceful area, enhanced by the vicarious enjoyment of the greenery of neighbouring gardens! This comfortable and well equipped apartment made an ideal base for us to also easily travel by train to other places like Bologna and Ravenna. Ferrara itself is a delight, with plenty of great restaurants and things to do. While still having a vibrant atmosphere, Ferrara also has a slightly slower pace than Bologna, which suited us much better. Vincenzo is a wonderful and welcoming host, with lots of local recommendations and advice. Many thanks!

The perfect apartment for a magical city. We were so happy with our stay. Sofia was very helpful and responsive and the apartment is beautiful and perfectly located. We couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home for Christmas. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Ferrara. Grazie, Sofia!

Sono stata ospite questo weekend e mi sono trovata benissimo, è stato come essere a casa, pulizia e ordine impeccabili oltre alla facilità di arrivo. Teresa è stata un’ host fantastica e mi ha fornito indicazioni chiare su come arrivare all’appartamento e per il check in, tornerò sicuramente.

L'alloggio di Emma dista 20 min a piedi dal centro di Ferrara e nessuna difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio libero nella zona come da lei indicato, la struttura è di facile accesso.

Casa veramente comoda e ben organizzata, vicino al centro e con ampio parcheggio davanti a casa.

Soggiorno impeccabile. Mi sentivo a casa. Peccato che essendo sulla strada di notte è un po' rumoroso l'ambiente, ma ci tornerò sicuramente. Consiglio al 100%
