Ryad magnifiquement rénové avec de très belles suites et une vue époustouflante sur la médina. Quel plaisir de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse ! Hôte très accueillant avec des bons plans et des contacts locaux. Ryad très bien situé pour découvrir la médina merci à Youssef

Très bon accueil de Hicham Hicham a été très arrangeant du début à la fin (même quand nous avions oublié les clés à l’intérieur du logement…) Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter la médina. Hicham a su nous proposer des excursions sur Fes et aux alentours Nous avions un taxi privé pour visiter rabat, volutibis et meknes La prochaine fois que nous viendrons au Maroc, nous éviterons la période du ramadan car les journées sont écourtées (fermetures de magasins, lieux à visiter, taxis…) Un conseil à donner sur une semaine de vacances : choisissez des logements différents dans plusieurs villes pour optimiser les visites.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux en famille dans le Riad de Karim, au cœur de la magnifique ville de Fès. Le cadre est authentique et raffiné, un véritable havre de paix après une journée à explorer la médina. Un immense merci à Khalid, dont la gentillesse et l’attention ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours disponible et souriant, il a su nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Mention spéciale aux délicieux petits-déjeuners et dîners préparés par sa femme, une véritable découverte de la gastronomie marocaine faite maison ! Si vous cherchez un lieu alliant charme, hospitalité et saveurs locales, ne cherchez pas plus loin : ce riad est un vrai bijou. Nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs et une seule envie… revenir !

La chambre était incroyable et une belle expérience familiale!

This is a unique house created with intelligence and love. On the edge of the Fes medina it’s close to the buzz but far enough to be peaceful. We stayed 3 weeks in January with no need for a car. We had full sun and blue skies except for 1 day. We swam in the beautiful big pool everyday ( it was very cold, we are from northern Europe). It was chilly before 10am and after 6pm but the terrace and garden get plenty of sun. The bedrooms are all a generous size. Only 3 are en-suite. The dining room and communal lounge were a squeeze for our party of 9, it would be easier to enjoy the house on warmer days. This is a home not an hotel and more relaxed for it. Sanae the manager of the house is a warm, kind person we had the privilege to meet. She made us soup and prescribed cures for aches and pains. The memory of the beautiful garden, lemon trees, orange trees, olives and cacti will keep us warm for the rest of our winter.

Before we even arrived at our Riad, Mohammad was in touch with us, arranging a driver for our pickup. His sister then guided us to our Airbnb, and from the very start, everyone was incredibly welcoming. Mohammad also organized a guided tour for us, making our day perfectly planned. Nabila’s cooking was exceptional—out of our entire stay in Morocco, we couldn’t find food as delicious as hers. The Riad itself was absolutely beautiful. If I ever visit Morocco again, I would definitely choose to stay at their place!

We had high hopes about this stay, and it exceeded them. The photos don't do this place justice, it's beautiful with very tasteful art, little bunk areas to climb up, comfy seating, a beautiful view over the city. And Imane is just incredible, coming over every morning to make a fresh breakfast, extremely friendly with our kids, and offering super helpful advice. If you have kids or it's your first time in Fes, this is a must-stay.

“Best place we’ve ever stayed” - my 15 year old twins. The word magical gets thrown around too much but that’s what this is. Beautiful and authentic with all the modern touches for a 5* experience (eg heated floors in the bathrooms). And the location in the heart of the medina is perfect. Zahrae, our concierge, is simply awesome. Always available, proactive and friendly. Same goes for Hensae and Zakaria. Thank you again for an unforgettable 2 days.

We hadden een fantastische week in dit prachtige riad. Het is heel centraal gelegen in de Medina vlakbij restaurantjes, mini mini supermarktjes en heel veel winkeltjes. Echt genieten! Amina heeft vele ontbijtjes voor ons gemaakt, een echte aanrader. Ze heeft ook voor ons gekookt en dat was echt de lekkerste tajine met lam en kip die we ooit hebben gegeten. Via Rachid hebben we vele excursies gepland, naar Volubilis, naar het Atlas gebergte en quad rijden. De vaste chauffeur Abdul is heel aardig en rijdt echt goed en veilig door het drukke verkeer heen. Ook heeft hij ons vele leuke extra’s laten zien, zoals aapjes voeren in het Atlas gebergte, thee drinken in een grot bij een Berber familie en kamelenmelk proeven. De eerste avond waren we verdwaald in de 9300 straten van de Medina en dan wil elke inwoner helpen. Gelukkig reageerde Rachid direct en heeft ons via whattsapp zo naar ons huis begeleid. We hadden een mooie week, bedankt!

Ein Traum! Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet! Die Schlafzimmer erstrecken sich über drei Etagen, tolles Licht im Haus! Ganz oben: Dachterasse mit phantastischem Blick über Fès. Was man wissen sollte: es ist ein altes Haus, natürlich müffelt es etwas. Die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, es bleibt aber kühl im Haus. Das Treppenhaus ist schmal, man sollte mobil sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war typisch Marokkanisch und sehr sehr lecker! Die Kommunikation mit Zackarias war hervorragend, vor Ort trafen wir Yasin: super Typ! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!

Oussama est un hôte très accueillant, agréable, et à l'écoute. Le riad est magnique, avec une très bonne localisation à 1min de la rue principale de la médina. Petit déjeuner servi excellent. Pour cette chambre, il faut savoir que la salle de bain est privative mais séparée du reste de la chambre. Toutefois, le rapport qualité prix reste vraiment excellent pour un riad d'une telle qualité ! Merci à notre hôte

Excellent host, very flexible and accommodating. My sister wasn’t feeling well, Dounia’s mother made her delicious Harira soup which helped with her symptoms. Will return when I visit Morocco next.

Fatima and her husband were the absolute kindest and best hosts we could have asked for. They genuinely treated us like family. My friend got sick for a few days and needed to go to the hospital and Fatima and her husband drove us and stayed with us to help translate. She kept reminding us that we are her like her kids while we’re here and that she wouldn’t leave them so she won’t leave us. Genuinely can’t thank them enough for their amazing hospitality. If you’re going to stay in Fes, I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough! It’s in a great location and is very clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay! Thank you Fatima!

La maison de Youssef, Siham et leurs enfants nous manque déjà ! Le ogement est situé au troisième et dernier étage de leur Dar typique de la médina. Il est décoré avec goût et très confortable. L'accès à la terrasse est quasi privatif. Et que dire de cette famille si accueillante et attachante ! Assia a su nous faire découvrir la médina avec un large sourire, Yacine était toujours là pour nous accueillir, Youssef a toujours eu à cœur d'échanger avec nous et Siham nous a concocté de savoureux plats (petit déj compris et dîner en supplément si souhaité) : le meilleur restaurant de la médina à coup sûr ! Bref, si vous souhaitez découvrir Fès et sa région en vous plongeant dans la vie d'une famille marocaine tout en ayant ce qu'il faut d'intimité, allez-y les yeux fermés ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce fabuleux logement où nous avons été reçues telles des princesses ! Chokran Youssef, Siham, Assia et toute la famille 🙏🏼

Ons verblijf in de riad was geweldig. De kamer was erg netjes en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig. De heren in de riad waren erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ze dachten mee wat we konden doen en hebben ons een tour en hammam aangeraden, wat beide erg leuk was! Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Fez, bedankt!

Hôte extrêmement accueillant. Le Riad est magnifique, avec une piscine fraîche extrêmement appréciable quand il fait 45°C, paisible, un solarium avec vu sur la Médina (très proche). Les petits déjeuners peuvent être pris à n'importe quelle heure de la matinée et ils sont très copieux. Un vrai cadeau ! Le tout au meilleur prix. Points qui pourraient être améliorés : confort de la literie et sèche cheveux, vraiment secondaires compte tenu de tous les points positifs du riad ! Encore merci.

Our stay at Rachid’s place was great. The entire staff were very nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. Everything smelled good and the building was clean, with the rooms in neat order. The breakfast provided was tasty and left us full in to the afternoon. And finally, both inside the building and outside was always very quiet with the bed being really comfortable! I’d highly recommend staying here if choosing to stay in the Medina.

This is was our second stay here just few days after the first stay. We came back to the hotel because we were treated as royals. I highly recommend the it, PS: check out my previous comment for more datails. We will be back ;)

Beautiful Riad! Just outside of Fes. Amine arranged a driver for us to take us into Fes Medina late at night without any problem. Had the most amazing tour of the Medina. Our stay was perfect. Big room with entrance to the swimming pool. Definitely recommend to book this AirBnB.
