We loved our stay in this amazing cottage in a beautiful setting. Was exactly what we were looking for. Travel cot and high chair were provided, which was very helpful. We would definitely come back.

Perfect house for our girly weekend away. Incredibly peaceful and great walks nearby. The instructions that Dina sent through by text were great and meant even finding her place in the dark was really easy which was fab as we were all tired after work and being able to find this gorgeous place without any issue was needed.Really beautifully situated and feels really private. Lovely neighbours who checked in as they were out delivering wood but were really respectful of our privacy. Hot tub was lovely, really clean and super warm.Was private enough that you didn’t feel overlooked as we sat out but still able to sit and look out over the lovely view of Perthshire.Really responsive host who was really quick to message back if there was anything I wanted to double check. Well stocked house with the basics of milk and what not in the fridge and toileries in the bathroom which was really handy and not standard at all places.Fab wee gem if you want a restful weekend away. Would go back.

From start to finish this was a great place to stay. Very cosy and welcoming. There was a well appointed kitchen and very pleasant dining area, the garden was beautiful with a 'hot tub' which we didn't use and there were plenty of towels and a couple of bathrobes which we did use. Rosemarkie itself is a lovely village which we have visited many times and this house is 2 minutes from a super sandy beach. We would definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Capo Farmhouse is a true gem to find. From the clear and accurate pictures you can really see what the house & surrounding area is going to be. What the pics do not convey is how spacious and private the house is. This is an incredible part of the world and using Capo Farmhouse (&cottages) as a base to explore from is an honour. And, if you want to stay close to 'home' the Farmhouse is absolutely the best place to do this. They have a great array of games, the hot tub, the beautiful gardens and lovely walks close by without having to drive. We would highly recommend the Farmhouse and the standout features for us are the cosy feel of the place with the fire on. The ridiculously comfortable beds. The amazing surroundings and how private & peaceful it is. Just remember to take your own coffee!

Would just like to say thank you for my stay me and my family loved it spicily the love for cars and stuff cars what was clear throw out the house as someone who’s into cars my self 10/10 for that one small thing can be tricky to get parked sometimes tho that has nothing to do with host just the street but 100% does not affect the stay just to be mindful other than that 10/10 we place really is thank you so much will be back again!!!

Had a great overnight stay. Very helpful and clear instructions given. All the little extras thought of. Wish I wasn’t needing to push on or I would’ve happily stayed another night.

We had a beautiful home from home stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was perfect and an ideal set up for our toddler too. The garden was wonderful to explore and it was ideal to have the woodland paths right on our front door step. The hot tub on the bedroom patio was a little sun trap and perfect for relaxing. The cottage had everything we could have wanted and a well set up kitchen. Lots of do in the local area and an evening spent by the open fire was the perfect was to end the day. Laura was a really attentive host, accommodating our extra requests and meeting us at the property - thanks for a lovely stay we would absolutely love to come back.

Brett was very responsive and really friendly. Her cottage was perfect and very cosy and a stones throw from the beach which our 3 hairy babies loved. We had everything we needed and the perfect weather was a bonus. Would definitely love to come back here - it’s so peaceful- thank you for our amazing stay

Fantastic stay at Boot cottage, great location to explore around the area including Dunkeld, Pitlochry and Dundee. Some lovely and thoughtful touches when we arrived too for us and our dog Lottie. Would definitely recommend!

Great place with fantastic equipment and set up, good kitchen and social spaces, overall spot in but worth noting it is quite close to the railway line, not a huge issue as it's quite a quiet line. Overall great.

After a week of driving it was lovely to step into the cottage and feel immediately at home. Beautifully furnished and so cosy with the log fire - interesting artwork and books, well equipped kitchen and super comfy bed. Really appreciated the radio too. Lauren was super helpful and friendly and it was lovely to meet her. We had a fantastic Sunday lunch in The Old Bridge Inn (make sure to book as we saw a lot of people being turned away). Our only regret is that we didn't book for longer - will definitely be back. Thank you Lauren and Cat.

We had such a wonderful time here. A stunning location. Tim and Judy were so welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We loved the animals. The home was so cosy and peaceful. Had a brilliant stay

Have stayed in cottage several times, love it. Had a great catch up with old workmates in very cosy setting.

Just had a fab long weekend staying at The Anchorage. its a lovely cottage, really well presented and very close to the sea front (literally a stone's throw!) and a nice easy walk along the front to parks and the main Carnoustie beach. in addition to the Coop, train station and other shops etc. Would recommend the Station Hotel for a drink, very dog friendly. Rhona was extremely communicative and helpful. All in all I would highly recommend!

We found the location and facilities of Lisa and Martins cottage to be superb. The cozy cottage is within walking distance to all of the local shops, pubs and restaurants but is still very quiet. We had delicious meals at the Clachan Grill and Balmoral Arms. Cottage is stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean with a beautiful garden area which the dogs loved. We found everything we needed for a great stay, Martin gave us some really useful tips on things to do and see in the area. Loved it here, the scenery in and around Ballater is breath taking ! Wonderful hosts, would recommend this cottage to anyone. Would book again !

We had a great holliday. Location and the house were both perfect! The house was spotless and everything you need is there. Lots of great walks from the cottage. We all (family with 3 kids) had a wonderfull holiday.

We had a great stay at Church Cottage. It was so central and yet so peaceful and relaxing. The cottage was beautifully laid out with a simple snug scandi feel too! We definitely would go again. Thanks Amelia

Great place for a long weekend. good base for visiting the area. Paul was very helpful with check in flexibility etc and generally with all information. even an odd random question I sent him about the wooden frames on the ceilings 🤣🤣 very quick at replying too

The Couthy Cottage was very cozy and we loved it! Super cute and had everything we needed. It was convenient to restaurants, pubs, shops, the train station, and the Blair Castle. Our host Kate was so friendly and drove us to the Highland Games so we wouldn’t have to drive/park. We highly recommend the Couthy Cottage!

Wir haben eine super Zeit hier verbracht, unsere Hunde werden den Garten vermissen. Ein super Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge und anschließend in die richtige ruhige Umgebung von Knockbain zurück kommen, traumhaft. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielleicht ist das Wetter beim nächsten Mal nicht so schottisch 😅 Danke für alles

We had a fantastic stay at the Bog Cottage! It is cosy, very warm and homely. The views are amazing. It's a real treat. The kitchen is also well equipped. There are games and books to keep children occupied. We could walk from the cottage directly, along the path and across the sheep fields to get to a little river. A great place to stay to get a break from a busy life!

Stayed for 3 nights with my dog. Holmhead exceeded my expectations and I felt instantly at home. The location is superb and perfect for exploring the Cairngorms or even just stepping outside the front door and being in the forest. The cottage is extremely well equipped for its size and I found a few things, for guests use, that I wasn't quite expecting, (hot water bottles :) ). The brand new electric heating is very effective and the log burner is 'ferocious', but definitely a must when temperatures were below freezing. Cat is a very gracious, accommodating and genial host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend thoroughly.

Was unbelievable views from the windows of this cute cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return. Great park for our grandson. Short drive to amenities. Would recommend to our family and friends. Thank you for a memorable time.
