The small house on the hill is a custom built wooden cottage. Internally it is immaculate, all the fittings are new and fit for purpose. The bed is very comfortable and the shower room adjacent is great. Best thing about the property has to be the views across the golf course and on to the Bass Rock.

Just came back from a fabulous two night stay at the old dairy. Ainslie made sure the heating and lights were on for us arriving back at the property on our first night whilst we attended a wedding which was made us feel so very welcome. There was some breakfast bits for the following day in the fridge, plenty of towels, coffee pods, hot chocolate sachets etc kitchen was well equipped. Log burner was a lovely extra as well! absolutely nothing was too much trouble. I even forgot a phone charger & ainslie was straight round to let me borrow one! 10/10 host so friendly and accommodating and would recommend this place to anyone! A very kind woman runs this place & anyone booking will not be disappointed - highly recommend!!! A very cute & quirky stay! Thanks you again for such a lovely stay.

The house was very homely and had all required amenities plus some extras such as cleaning products, toilet paper and some kitchen essentials. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful and we all felt right at home. The hot tub was a great addition. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

What an amazing little place! Dawn is extremely informative about the local area, gave us very handy tips about Scotland! She is very friendly and a great host. The cottage itself was extremely cosy, thank you for your hospitality, I will absolutely be back in the future ✨

Had an amazing stay, would 100% rebook for another stay. Cottage was absolutely spotless, hot tub was also immaculate and one of the best we have been to. Was surprised there was no TV but it didn't bother us at all as we were there for a good catch up and spent most of our time in the hot tub.

Super logement , cocooning comme nous le souhaitions! Accès à Édimbourg relativement rapide. Attention aux instructions d’entrée, car le tri sélectif en Écosse n’est pas le même que le nôtre en France .. beaucoup plus poussé ce qui est un bon point pour l’environnement . J’ai fais par réflexe comme en France ce qui m’a value à juste titre un message D’Ali . Si je devais repartir en Écosse sans hésitation je reprendrais le même logement .. le SPA avec vue c’est un bonheur!

Very much enjoyed our stay in rural Fife. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor bath every evening we were there. The cabin was cosy and the bed extremely comfortable. Lovely quiet spot and the house was everything we wanted.

This was our first time staying here and we absolutely loved it! The cottage is so cosy and clean. We were able to enjoy the outdoor sitting area and it just totally perfect. The cottage has everything you need and more, including some lovely little touches like Caramel Wafers! We enjoyed walking around the town of Lower Largo and had a lovely dinner at the nearby restaurant that was recommended to us. Caron communicated so well with us and she even accommodated early check in at no extra charge. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Libby’s. We used this location as a central landing place after exploring around St Andrew’s, Stirling, Falkirk, Culross. We felt well taken care of and appropriately checked in on. It was a very cosy stay!

We had a lovely stay at Natalie’s apartment. The location was ideal - a short walk from the harbour, Fife coastal path and the chippy. Very stylish decor. Beautiful garden. Natalie was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Another wonderful stay at this cottage.

Just returned from my second stay at Val's place in less than a year. It is an exceptional place, warm and welcoming, well equipped and in a great location. Both of my visits have been in the winter so not many local facilities were open. Even the lovely coffee shop was closed this January but had been open last February. However there is a lovely coastal path to walk and other picturesque harbours to visit, the perfect place for landscape photography. St Andrews is only a short drive away too. On both visits I have found very friendly locals to chat to and some great dogs too.

Great place and lovely hosts. Our team stayed at this property second time and we would book it again if in the area. Highly recommended.

Charming cottage with large bedrooms and well-appointed kitchen just a few minutes’ walk away from the busiest streets of St Andrews. Lovely garden too. Wifi worked well. Very well heated. Spotless house. Lots of parking on the street. Also more spaces in the parking lot half a minute’s walk away. Arlene is very friendly and so helpful, and she definitely went the extra mile in helping us. 🥹

We stayed in multiple locations during our trip around Scotland and this was by far our favorite. Clean, welcoming, and picturesque are only a few words to describe this fairytale location. It is rural which is a wonderful way to be apart of the Scottish country side. We would live there if allowed. Gorgeous!!! Thank you again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Nick’s listings and both times it has been amazing. Not only is Nick really friendly and helpful, the space is beautiful too. We feel right at home and the farm itself is in a beautiful location. Our 1 year old loved meeting the chickens and sheep! Each little touch makes this a really gorgeous place to stay.

Loved our stay here. Shona was the perfect host, very responsive and thoughtful. The cottage is so warm and cosy, it had everything we needed. The view onto the beach is wonderful and it’s just a stones throw from the brilliant Ship Inn. Elie itself is very pretty and with all the little fishing villages nearby to visit too, it makes for a fabulous base. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful cottage - even better than the pictures. Took my parents to stay at Tracy’s cottage as a post-Christmas treat - it was wonderful. Incredible setting and views and all rooms super comfy and really thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Lots of lovely walks nearby and Tracy was super helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying again! 😊

Michael has a lovely space in this house and I very much enjoyed staying there for a few nights. Everything was very clean and Michael was super easy to communicate with. If not travelling by car it is still absolutely fine to reach via public transport. Would definitely consider booking again should I be looking for a place in the area
