We were in St Andrews for a wedding kinkell Byre, which is a half hour walk, 10 minute drive away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and elegantly decorated cottage. Warm and cosy, exceptionally clean and homely, our host was kind enough to leave a lot of essentials for us to use. To top it all, it was Excellent value for such a premium venue, cheers Michael !

We had a great time at Libby’s. We used this location as a central landing place after exploring around St Andrew’s, Stirling, Falkirk, Culross. We felt well taken care of and appropriately checked in on. It was a very cosy stay!

Absolutely superb. A family Christmas enjoyed by all, including Finn the Whippet. Maggie could not have been more helpful, pleasant and supportive. The property includes a delightful garden, ample parking, lovely views (dawn can be special), local walks and shopping and easy access to Dunfermline (10 mins), Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh. In this difficult financial time, we enjoyed first class value for our money. Thank you Maggie.

We had a great New Year 2025 in Shiel House! The treasure hunt was an added bonus and a great activity for all ages - highly recommend doing this! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

We stayed at Elizabeth & Paulina’s for three months while colleagues worked on night shift. The assistance we needed on changeover weekends was made so much easier with their help while I juggled people up and down to Scotland. All the people who stayed loved the cottage. The location for us was great also. Both have been such great hosts - thank you so much.

Kathy's place is lovely and the homemade bread, eggs from their chickens and other goodies were a fabulous welcome. It's warm, inviting and really comfortable. The pictures in the listing don't do the place justice.

We had the perfect break at Carol's yurt. It was simply beautiful. The yurt was full of little treasures to explore. We spent 2 nights there and loved every minute of it. The croissants delivered this morning was an extra little treat that was very much appreciated. Highly recommend for a quirky wee break.

Had a lovely stay. Choose as just outside St Andrews about 2 miles to the centre. It gave us easy access to St Andrews golf courses and with short drives to numerous beautiful coastal villages Crail , Pitweven and fantastic beaches along the Fife coastal road for the dog , Kingsbarns, lower Largo and Elie. The accommodation was very clean , well equipped for self catering with a really comfy bed and perfect for our trip.

excellent peaceful place for family stay. We all had a fabulous time. All the things were there as described. No disturbances at all. Mark is a great host, responsive, friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful time at the beautiful south Lodge for my dad's 60th birthday. We and our dogs loved being surrounded by nature with easy access to the estate as well as sitting in the house with the fire on. It was beautiful housing with a spotless kitchen, wonderful bed rooms and amazing toilet facilities. Our point of content was Alexander and he was very helpful with clear and direct communication. We would definitely stay again

Le logement est très bien équipé et avec des équipements / produits de de qualité et cela est valable pour toutes les pièces de la maison que ce soit la cuisine, les chambres, salles de bain et séjour. L'environnement est super calme et reposant tout en étant à proximité des commodités. Nous n'avons pas vu Philip directement, nous avons communiqués par sms mais Philip répond très rapidement et avec des réponses claires et précises aux questions posées. Je n'ai pas eu de soucis à ne communiquer que par sms avec Philip. Je ne peux que vous conseiller d'aller séjourner chez Philip, je suis certain que vous ne serez pas déçus.

Our family had a truly delightful stay over the festive period. The accommodation was clean and well designed, with a layout that balanced communal and private spaces. The inclusion of quiet areas provided a welcome retreat, giving us a sense of relaxation throughout our stay. All facilities were maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and functionality, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. A thoroughly enjoyable and memorable visit. Highly recommended.

Great accomodation, very comfortable, well equipped, cosy and spacious. We had a great stay here, really lovely location. This will now become a favourite for us on our trips home to Scotland.

This is a lovely cottage , very well equipped and lovely furniture Two bathrooms iwere reat and the log fire was perfect Good beds good storage space nice linen The crockeru is lovely and there were bits n bobs in the cupboard for cookin and also dishwasher tablets and fairy liquid The situation is also lovely with good walks to St Monans in ne direction and Elie to the other Chris also successfully ordered the sunshine so we could sit in the garden and wee sun house this cottage is a great find, we loved it

There aren’t enough words to sum up how much of a wonderful time we both had at the Shepherds Hut. David and Allison provided the warmest welcome when we arrived, and took us round to the hut and showed us how everything operated. There were so many extra little touches that we truly appreciated - these included fresh bread, butter, milk and orange juice. They had also provided vegetarian sausages for us both - thank you! It was a cold couple of days but the log burner ensured we were kept nice and toasty. David and Allison had also kindly gritted the steps up to the cabin, as well as the surrounding path as it was icy. Overall, the stay was so peaceful and really felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again and would certainly recommend to family and friends!

We absolutely ADORED the cottage — it was the perfect Cupar stay! We kept saying how we felt right at home, how much we loved the layout and the coziness of the house! Each room was lovely, the kitchen was well organized, beautiful and easy to use and the views of the surrounding land were breathtaking! Definitely would stay here again and would give 12 out of 10 stars if we could! Karen was very responsive and helpful, and allowed us to check in early once the cottage was ready!! Highly recommend this stay and space 🙌🏼

There are not enough words to accurately describe how incredibly beautiful this property is.. the owner dropped by to make sure everything was ok, this is a do not miss opportunity when going to Scotland. For larger or smaller groups he has it setup to where you can rent one of the cottages or two. Our party of 14 had plenty of room! The children loved the game room, the adults loved the mountain range and the beautiful landscapes. I think I left a little bit of my heart there.. I really am in hopes of returning to this amazing country side home. So a big thank you, to Johnny for a wonderful holiday!

We had a fantastic stay! The space was perfect for two adults and our 2 year-old, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt right at home. A special thank you for the thoughtful goodies on arrival, they were much appreciated. Lovely weekend at The Bothy! We arrived when it was dark so waking up to the amazing view in the morning was a treat. Elizabeth is very friendly and helpful - gave us perfect instructions and local recommendations. Hope to be back soon!

We spent a wonderful couple of nights at the cottage whilst visiting family in Newburgh. It was immaculately clean and we loved the interiors style which really suits the building. It was easy to walk to the hustle and bustle of Newburgh high street but the cottage’s location felt lovely and secluded with wonderful views. The foodie treats went down very well, we particularly enjoyed tasting the local cider and apple juice. We were very happy to have found this place and would love to return one day.

Our 4th visit to The Studio and it was as wonderul as ever! Pitmeadow Farm is a very special place and Fiona and Ewan are such welcoming hosts. We all love being able to help out with the animals and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Freda and Philip’s place is lovely, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were with our young kids and it’s was really well set up for them, including plastic plates and cups, plug covers and a changing mat for the baby. Philip met us in person and showed us round the house which was lovely and personal as so often it’s just a case of letting yourself in to airbnbs. Philip and Freda live just next door and are super responsive to any questions. They also gave us some great recommendations of things to do in the local area with the kids. Lovely place to stay, would highly recommended.

From the time of our booking to our stay, this property took our words away from us. It is stunning my wife kids, and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our host was super responsive and helpful. Great location outside of the city’s and very peaceful. The stars were amazing every night! Hope to be able to come back, maybe for a summer holiday in the future.
