We had a lovely time staying here. Great location, beautiful peaceful walks and lovely local restaurant. Lovely and clean and great sociable space. Would highly recommend.

What can I say, we found a gem and that was Matt! He is the perfect host, wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, he is passionate about where he lives and local knowledge is perfect for those who are new to the area. His accommodation is stunning, his passion for renovating the property to be as authentic as possible shines through, it was beautiful. The garden is just stunning! The accommodation is near all the amenities, beautiful park nearby, quiet and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend staying and we will definitely return!

We absolutely adored staying at 2 Melville Place. It is an enormous, perfectly proportioned ground floor apartment (with lovely outside space and own parking out front) in the centre of the village. It is about a 5 minute walk to the harbour. It is beautifully decorated ++and there was nothing the hosts had not thought of to make our stay special. This is a home away from home. We golfed at 3 nearby courses and it was a perfect base. The supermarket is around the corner so we had breakfast at home and ended up cooking and chilling for 3 of the 5 nights. The kitchen is so well stocked and the living room beyond comfortable. Nearby restaurant choices are limited enough. The Waterfront was nice. The Ships Tavern for a drink and we picked up some lovely fresh crab at the Shellfish Shack. Cellardyke tidal pool was heavenly++ for daily dip..a highlight..a 15 minute magical stroll away. The owners clearly love their home and it was our privilege to stay there. The perfect Airbandb.

Marie’s flat is a fantastic place to stay for a visit to Perth! Convenient and centrally located yet quiet with private parking it offers everything you need for a short stay, The standard of the flat is excellent and it is spotlessly clean. Thank you so very much Marie!

Lovely apartment, spacious clean and well furnished. We spent most of our time out and about but could easily have stayed in too. Was a nice walk into town to local shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Wonderful well equipped flat in lovely setting. Very convenient parking. Lovely views. Beach and harbour within short walk. Enjoyed daffodils arranged in two rooms. Would definitely consider returning. Highly recommend.

Derby was great! She was very welcoming and always quick to respond to my questions. The house was exactly what we were looking for and the location was wonderful. We were an easy walk to everything. We would definitely stay here, again.

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. Spacious house, very well equipped and immaculately presented. We didn't use the conservatory when we visited in February, but I imagine it will be nice to spill out there and into the garden when the weather is warmer. On the edge of the village - just a short walk down to the harbour. A great base for exploring the East Neuk of Fife - especially if you want a bit of space for larger families or three couples, perhaps.

Comfortable and spacious house, easy parking, lovely garden, very quiet street. Walking distance to Gullane for cafe and pubs, and also to the bus stop for the short trip to North Berwick. Would happily stay again.

What a great find. Jordan’s house was everything we hoped for, for a family weekend away (5 adults). House easy to find, spotlessly clean, comfy beds and had everything you needed to hand. Great walks East and West along the Fife costal path via Elie, Anstruther, Pittenweem, Crail and only 12 miles to St Andrews. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and made use of the garden furniture. Garden also very secure for Bonnie the dog. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to returning again soon, thank you.

Great wee place to stay and very modern. Was perfect for what we were needing. Very friendly host and clear, easy to follow check in instructions. We liked how the property had a double car driveway and the walk into centre was only 20 mins or so. Would stay here again if heading back to Perth.

Absolutely beautiful property, which has been decorated to a very high standard. The layout is perfect for a couples' weekend away and it was great to have the hot tub! Overall, we would definitely recommend this property!

Lovely modern apartment in St Andrews. Just a short walk to south and market streets. The apt is beautifully furnished and the kitchen well equipped. All made for a great stay in St Andrews.

We really enjoyed our stay in Crail - what a beautiful part of the world! The flat was comfortable and exactly what we needed. Would recommend!
