The property was fantastic. There was plenty of space for everyone and had a very welcoming vibe. The photos dont do it justice. The property is located in peaceful surroundings with wildlife right at the door step. Gail was very friendly and responded to messages very quickly. She also left us a wonderful welcome basket, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely go back in the future.

We loved our stay at the house. Fantastic sense of luxury and home all in one. We were in and out of the hot tub and sauna all weekend. We were staying for a big birthday so Susan had also really kindly left us some gifts which we were just delighted about. The location within Aviemore is fantastic, only a short distance away from the main town but right beside local woodland walks. Great views. Size of house was also just ideal for our family gathering. Ahead of check in, Susan was a great help, particularly in providing us with an earlier than advertised check in time and lots of really clear directions. She also left lots of really clear notices and instructions around the house. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Aviemore.

From the moment we arrived we knew we’d booked the right house for our family get together, it was perfect with a lovely enclosed garden making it safe for dogs and our granddaughter. It was in our very favourite part of Aviemore and we loved everything about our stay. Sarah was super helpful and always responded to any questions I had. We’d totally recommend The Squirrels and would love to stay again.

Kirsty was a fantastic host. We booked with only 1 hour notice due to last minute changes to our trip. The cabin exceeded all our expectations and felt like a home from home. Great addition with the hot tub and cosy nature of the extra little details. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay, the cabin was very cozy and the outdoor space was amazing. The hot tub was very easy to set up and we could see so many stars from it at night. I loved having the chickens come visit in the morning, I wish we had a longer stay!

A wonderful cottage in an excellent location! The cottage has a great selection of kitchen equipment and utensils, a relaxing lounge with games galore, if you wish, all you need for your stay. The bed was so comfortable which makes such a difference as you get older 🫣 My husband, myself and our two labs had a superb break! We loved the welcome from those that stayed in Seatown too. Stayed for 3 nights with my dog. Holmhead exceeded my expectations and I felt instantly at home. The location is superb and perfect for exploring the Cairngorms or even just stepping outside the front door and being in the forest. The cottage is extremely well equipped for its size and I found a few things, for guests use, that I wasn't quite expecting, (hot water bottles :) ). The brand new electric heating is very effective and the log burner is 'ferocious', but definitely a must when temperatures were below freezing. Cat is a very gracious, accommodating and genial host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend thoroughly.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this bright, spacious cottage. Fantastic setting and amazing views! Such a gorgeous village too, with great walks from the door and a really friendly, welcoming pub.

We had a great stay at Inverness at Rodjana & Ann’s place! The flat looks exactly as the pictures and was clean and well-stocked. I initially had some trouble finding the key box but Rodjana & Ann were super responsive and helped me out immediately. When I discovered a broken handle on the washer and lightbulb in one of the lamps, they sent a staff to look into the problem and fixed it the next day. The beds are super comfortable and we had a fun time cooking at the kitchen. The location was also great - we could easily walk to downtown and access train station, shops and restaurants.

Had a lovely stay at the house, it provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location was great and within walking distance of all amenities. we needed. We would definitely return.

Ideally located in Central Forres with all local amenities easily accessed. House is clean, well equipped and great for a couple or lone traveller and is in a quiet pedestrian area just off the High Street.

I couldn’t recommend this lovely AirBnB highly enough in a lovely tranquil location with a balcony overlooking a gardens and a river/stream. It has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay and Paul was a great host who attended to every request. I will definitely be back at some point 👌
