We stayed for two nights while attending an athletic event at Ithaca college. Place is exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable enough for three of us and two dogs. It is very peaceful and private although it is on the same property as the owner's house. View is beautiful and there is a wide open area in front of the house that is very convenient for dog walks. Ray was very friendly and accomodating and responded to our messages promptly. We will definitely try to stay there on our next visit to Ithaca.

This is my 3rd stay, and I have never been disappointed. The scenery is beautiful and it's private & quiet. My husband and I hope to continue our annual stay - such a lovely, relaxing place to hide away for a long weekend. It's a quick drive to diners, parks, wineries - anything you'd like to do. We simply love it.

This was our 2nd time back, it was truly fantastic. It was perfect for a Valentine’s Day getaway where we could unplug without having to completely “unplug”. It was so peaceful and beautiful, even with the cold weather outside.

Beautiful fall getaway. I could not ask for better lakefront views. The cottage is just like the pictures and has all the amenities. Robert had great local recommendations and brought us homemade cookies. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

Great little house. Very comfortable for our group of 4. The beds were comfy and the house was as described. Location was perfect for us to visit Ithaca for the wine trail and Ithaca College.

Great little cabin in the woods! Property is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor kitchen is a huge plus. The stove kept us nice and warm when it dropped to the 30s over the weekend. Will definitely be back!

A great outdoorsy and rustic place to stay. Clean with good vibes and relaxing views. Very friendly cats. Outdoor shower was clean with its own heater and had decent water pressure. At night small lights were blinking like fireflies so you could find your way with beautiful ambiance. I would certainly go again here.

We had an incredible stay at the cabin. We were in desperate need of some R&R and this was just the spot for it. The cabin is super cozy and private, you'll take a guided drive up to the cabin by the host to get you situated. The cabin was warm and the views were breathtaking. We used the cabin as home base to visit Letchworth State Park and all kinds of local waterfalls. We spent one day just huddled up in the cabin relaxing and reading. We saw birds, chipmunks, squirrels and deer from and near our cabin. We were able to send basic texts from the cabin but no data which was exactly what we needed. You can get Verizon cell signal at the bottom of the hill no problem for photo texts and data searches. If you are looking for your next place to relax and recharge, this is the place for you! We got to meet Dave who was just the kindest human you'll ever meet.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in! We felt right at home and it was such a cozy stay. Perfect distant from town and the wineries. Loved everything about the place. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Had an extremely peaceful, early spring weekend in the cabin with our pup. It was exactly what we were looking for - spending time stoking the fire and watching it as we relaxed on the couch with beautiful woods surrounding us. Enjoyed cooking dinner on the grill. Very cozy and clean. Had everything we needed. Loved it.

Tallies little cottage is a wonderful place for a quite private getaway trip. Many nearby activities such as beautiful hikes to the nearby finger lakes. There are also many local restaurants that provided excellent service and dinning experience. (If you enjoy historical sites I highly recommend visiting The American Hotel located only 12 minuets away! Not to mention the daily soup rotation which were made fresh and the wonderful hospitality of the owners) I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place that is quiet but still close enough to endless options of adventures and/or local restaurants. The property was exactly as listed and Tallie did a wonderful job of filling the property with anything you may have forgotten plus more. Welcoming and comforting home surrounded by beauty and fun.

One of the best airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The pictures really don’t do it justice. Everything was incredible!! Super easy check in, carts for luggage, cute lights over pathway, the cabin was super cute, cozy and safe. And so so clean!! Everything included within the cabin was very thoughtful. We loved it! Highly highly highly recommend. We came all the way from Michigan, but hope to make our way back eventually!

Beautiful place! We thought the layout was weird at first with the bedroom in the middle of the kitchen and living room but it made a lot of sense when we heard the trucks outside the living room window. It was quiet otherwise and in a very walkable part of downtown. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very peaceful. Having 2 dogs that are used to country life staying here was stress free for them compared to Corning. would highly recomend.

The location of the house was perfect for everything! The house itself was beautiful and the view as well! Felt right back at home!

Amazing airbnb! So glad we were able to enjoy fall colors at this place. The nearby trail was an unexpected and amazing experience. We walked the two miles to enjoy a beer in Montour Falls. Highly recommend. Also walking to the view at Seneca Lake. Really felt like we got to experience a lot in Watkins Glen. Look out for the local eagles on the Barge Canal. We saw several National Geographic moments! I hope that we’ll have the chance to come again

We loved the cabin. It was about as comfortable and cozy as it gets while still feeling like you’re out in nature. Beautiful space and wonderful views, and Erica and Craig were excellent hosts!

The tiny home is very clean and well built. The pond and surroundings nature was great. Very quiet and peaceful place to be.

The tiny house is a true gem. I currently live in the northwoods of Wisconsin and was vacationing in NY. I was struggling with in town accommodations and my sleep. This place felt exactly like home for me. The area is beautiful and private, with plenty of wildlife to see. There is very little light pollution for those who like the night sky. This location while secluded, still has food and things to do reasonably close. Keuka Lake is roughly 20 minutes away. Naples is roughly 15 minutes away. The amenities that were included was enough to make the stay very comfortable. Will definitely rent here again when I'm in the area. My flight was changed, and she was very responsive when I requested an extra night stay. 🫶🏻 FYI the composting toilet may seem daunting to some people, but it really isn't bad at all. There are very clear instructions and it is simple to use. I actually liked it so much that I want to get one for my own property.

Kari was an excellent host who provided so many warm touches (like homemade biscotti). She was very responsive. The Bungalow was great - clean, cute, and had everything you would need. It was actually a little bigger than it looks in pics. Loved having my morning coffee on the back porch. Highly recommend for 2.
