Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

This condo was amazing! It had amazing views and was just like the pictures! The beds were very comfy and neat. We loved the easy access to the pool and were only steps from the beach! Parking was easy and only a short walk right to the condo! Golod was a great host and responds quickly!

THIS APARTMENT IS UNREAL! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!! I lived in the area for 13 years, and wanted to bring my daughter back to my favorite part of the beach. Dharma's place was absolutely perfect! The location is the best on the beach...not too crowded and wider beach (some parts of Miami Beach can be very narrow). Beach chairs and umbrella being included is a huge plus in Miami. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with everything that you need to stay there for a week. Super comfy/huge bed and very quiet. The balcony was massive! I was in total shock...it wrapped around the entire unit and even though it wasn't water view, we had an amazing sunset view every evening. I didn't rent a car on purpose, since I already knew that that location has great walkable restaurants, the perfect beach spot and 2 awesome pools/jacuzzi. Plus the most incredible park next door for kids. Also, Dharma responded within minutes! I am already planning to book our next return!!

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

We had a wonderful stay at Adlene’s place! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

The location was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and transportation. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt from the moment I walked in. The only downside was the elevator—it could be quite slow, especially during peak hours, which made it difficult to stick to a tight schedule. On some days, I had to wait 5–10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to head out on time. That said, everything else about my stay was top-notch, and I would absolutely return. Thank you again, Yenny, for your wonderful hospitality!

Had a wonderful stay. The location is prime; all restaurants and nightclubs are nearby. The room was clean, and the host was very responsive.

We would definitely stay at Ana’s place again! The location is perfect, very walkable to restaurants, groceries, etc… Great unit with lovely views! Nice amenities in the building. Ana was very helpful when we reached out! Highly recommend staying with Ana!

Alles war super, gute und einfache Kommunikation, die Hosts waren immer erreichbar. Wunderschöne Unterkunft, toller Whirlpool und großartige, ruhige Lage. Trotzdem hat man die berühmte Lincoln Road direkt nebenan. Große Empfehlung!

We had an amazing stay at this cute little home in Little Havana! Daniel was fantastic—super accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and always answered right away with any questions I had. Our dogs loved the spacious yard, and we enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub after exploring downtown Miami. The location was perfect, with great food and culture just around the corner. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay! 🌟🏡✨
