Miranda’s place was very clean and was everything she said it would be. It was fairly quiet for being in an apartment complex too. It’s a good location just outside of downtown that is walkable if you’re okay with around a 20-30 min walk. Good restaurants in the immediate area too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I’m back Indianapolis!

The location was great and the accommodations were perfect for our party of four. Having a large two bedroom place with a full kitchen was so much better than staying at a hotel!!! Finding the lock box with the key was a bit tricky with all of the similar lock boxes on the wall, but other than that, the stay was perfect. Also, very generous to offer a free appetizer the the Block Bistro and Grill!!!

Great location and communication of suggestions for what to do around the city. Clean, spacious and at a great location. Would book again if I come back to the city!

It was incredible. Sean gave clear instructions and checked up on us consistently to make sure everything was to our liking. The pictures are very accurate and the location is perfect. We were there for a business trip and had enough room and space to work.

Great place to stay! Rented this Airbnb to attend an event at Lucas Oil stadium. Decided to leave the car and use nearby scooters to get there. Close enough that it was a perfect idea. Great location to be able to walk or scooter to anything we wanted to see. Super clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Slept well! Would certainly recommend this Airbnb if visiting Indianapolis!

I’ve been renting bnb’s for a while now. I’m never disappointed. I was nervous cause I wasn’t sure of the neighborhood. Once I got there I felt very secure. The furnace/water heater made noises that scared me a lot, but overall, I will rent here everytime I’m in Indy. She was very nice when it was time for me to leave and needed extra time. She responded at 1-2am. I made sure I made sure I gave her back her apt just like she gave it to me. Very clean lol. Thanks for the great experience!

The space was clean and the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. Walkable distance to downtown even in the cold. We felt safe and the building was very nice. The host was very kind and responsive. Our favorite part was the lobby/lounge area and the amazing complimentary coffee machine. We would book with Merrylee again :)

This was a great stay for a great price - The building layout was slightly confusing, but if you carefully read Chelsea’s detailed instructions you shouldn’t have any problems. Would definitely come back!

This was a very cool and unique historical place! location was great, about a 10 minute walk to Lucas out Stadium. Very clean very comfortable! Great location with lots of amenities right out of your door!

This is a perfect location and very nice accommodations - the unit itself is clean and spacious and the building amenities are hard to beat. We had a wonderful time visiting our family while staying here with our toddler and would recommend this unit for anyone visiting Indianapolis and looking for great restaurants and nice walking trail.

My friends and I had such a fun stay. Host was so responsive and helpful. One of our favorite things was the location! Everything was walkable and easy to get to! Would totally love to stay again if we are in the area :)

Tim's place has become my home away from home! Tim is so very welcoming and the space is great period the location is perfect and very safe.

Amenities are above and beyond what we normally find at our vacay houses. It is obvious these owners care about the details.

The property is such a unique little gem, walking up and in immediately felt like home and was such a comfortable experience. Everything was extremely clean and organized. The decorations truly made it feel like a lil home away from home. I only stayed a single night but could have easily spent a week or more exploring the city with this property as a homebase. Hosts were extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating, would absolutely recommend this listing to anyone exploring the area, it’s a great find!

Adie was very accommodating from the start! We had to add one extra night on in the beginning due to travel reasons and Addie was extremely understanding of it which made our experience having one more night in the city even that much better! Anytime we had a question she answered within a good response time! Her house was spacious and super nice! We were all comfortable staying there and truly enjoyed our time in Indy! Worth every penny!
