Lucy was a great host! The flat was spotless, she sent us super clear instructions to get to the flat. The parking spot, was a big plus!

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

We have had a lovely 5 day stay. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy with everything you needed and more for it to feel like home. The views were beautiful from every window and I spent most my time in the apartment peacefully watching the world go by. Perfect location with Fistral beach 4/5 minutes to the right and town 5-10 minutes to the left. Being dog friendly meant to the world to us and everything being so local and dog friendly made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the near future. Wir waren 8 Nächte im wunderschönen Apartment von Sue und Steve. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist atemberaubend. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer unseren Sohn beim Surfen zuschauen und dabei einen Kaffee oder Tee genießen. Die Reiseunterlagen inspirierten uns zu wunderbaren Tagestrips zu Orten, die wir bislang nicht kannten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir uns 8 Nächte wie zu Hause fühlen durften

We had a fabulous week at Goose Rock. The apartment is simply stunning with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The view out the living room, over Crantock beach, is amazing. Location is great, very peaceful with great walking and a choice of several beaches on the doorstep, and two places to eat just around the corner. I honestly couldn’t fault Valérie’s apartment, and hope to visit again later in the year.

Great apartment, we walked all around Newquay and would have to say we think this is the absolute best location. It was really close to the beach (5 mins walk) , and town ( took us about 8 mins to walk) yet still peaceful and with parking too. We went in January so didn’t use the patio/deck but this would be excellent in warmer months. Sharon managed to get the apartment ready without much prior warning and she and Nathan were very easy to communicate with. Some of the furniture and soft furnishings are showing a little bit of wear and tear but certainly not enough to drop a point , especially considering the cost of our stay which was very reasonable. Overall a great value, ideally placed apartment which we would have no hesitation in booking again.

Lovely clean and homely property. Had everything you need for a comfortable stay - including welcome bottle of milk, tea, coffee and even a bag of fudge! Friendly and approachable hosts who left clear instructions on finding the property. Beautiful little harbour. Very friendly locals. Would definitely return

Amazing views! Loved this place and would highly recommend. The hosts are very responsive and provide lots of information on the local area. The property is exactly as described and beautifully decorated. Very cosy with a homely feel.

What a great find! It was a perfect place to stay whilst away on business, being quiet, spacious and bright. Conveniently located a short walk from shops and restaurants, and a short drive to great surfing beaches this area has to offer. The owners were responsive and the instructions to access the property (which is a bit tucked away if you don’t know where you’re going) were easy to follow. I’ll definitely be back, thanks for hosting!

Great location in Hayle with all that you need close by. The apartment was clean, cosy and comfortable for our short stay. Great beach and estuary dog friendly walks just across the road!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my first day. Wish I didn’t have to, it was so relaxing, everything in the annex that you need. Shower was lovely and hot. Lovely even this time of year to sit outside for morning coffee. Perfect for my Dog and I for a few days get away.

second time staying here. absolutely beautiful place to stay with well equipt kitchen. the accommodation is a short walk to the beach and amenities. Julie made our last minute stay very easy and we look forward to coming again soon.

What a lovely place to stay, we booked 5 nights on a bit of a last minute decision and we couldn’t have hoped for a better place. The location is amazing with a lovely walk down the beach path to Fistral out the back of the apartment and a short walk straight into town out the front. The views from the balcony are stunning, looking out over the whole of Fistral bay. The place is lovely, worked really well for our family of 4 and our dog, it’s cosy, clean and comfortable! This will be our first choice whenever we come back to Newquay.

Had a great stay for a friends wedding, the accommodation was amazing, lovely area, great amenities, and perfect location, Jason was great provided great instructions, even provided some local taxi numbers that we needed, and was very flexible for check out on our day of departure, great stay and would highly recommend :)

great location. quiet flat. short walk to a great beach and to a pool and tennis court on site. the flat had everything you need. the main bedroom was particularly nice.

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Nicola was a brilliant host - super responsive and helpful, and provided a great list of stuff to do around Falmouth. You’re right on the beach and 5 minutes walk from the main drag in the town. Couldn’t ask for more. The flat was clean, well lit, everything worked perfectly and the bed was excellent. Will definitely be back!

All four of us enjoyed our stay at 17 The Crags. The apartment was lovely and the surroundings were so peaceful. All you could hear was the sound of the sea in the cove below. We appreciated the extra care taken to make sure that everything we needed for our stay was available in the apartment. We really enjoyed the leisure centre which was not overcrowded even though this is the peak summer holiday season. Thanks to Melanie and the team for providing us with a great place to stay for the week.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten and Bens flat. Loved the view and the beach themed decor. Had everything we needed, spacious and perfect location. The hosts are absolutely lovely and very responsive. Really recommend this place and will be coming back!
