We enjoyed a lovely stay at Paul & Caroline’s house. Great location for easy access to Newquay town and beaches. Lots of space inside for a large family. We had a slight issue with one of the showers but Paul was on it straight away and has a plumber come and address the problem. Would happily stay there again.

Very easy and helpful instructions on accessing and staying at the house. Great location.

We were two families with four adults and three young adults. Louise’s home was perfect for us. It is walking distance from the high street and to the harbour. Lots of restaurants and little shops are in close proximity. The kitchen is well equipped and very well placed. Lots of natural light and air. The living room with the fireplace is warm and cozy. Had a great time playing board games and hanging out in the night. Louise is a great communicator and is very responsive. She was flexible to help us keep our luggage inside ahead of the check in time and we could go do other things. We loved our stay and would come back again!

Great place. The highlight was the balcony which overlooks the harbour itself. Everywhere was walkable. The hosts were very responsive and friendly as well.

Bowline was a great stay, super clean and comfortable!! Within feet of the main commercial area in Falmouth so there were plenty of restaurants and easily accessible shops. Not too long of a walk to trains and buses for farther travels!

Farhana was a great host and easy to communicate with. The whole family enjoyed the stay. Lovely home with a great view and lovely to have a pool! We would definitely visit again!

Great location with a very short walk to the town and beach. Great having parking round the back but hardly moved the car. Newquay is a great town with plenty of cafes, bars and places to eat. Great to have a travel cot, highchair and stair gate to help with our 2 year old. There was everything we needed.

Ideal place to relax after a days work, bedrooms warm, multiple bathrooms were a convenient bonus, lots of plates and cutlery once we found them in the dishwasher....peaceful area easy to access. Would definitely book again if we have work in the area. many thanks for your hospitality and letting us stay.

We had n absolutely amazing stay at Janice's place. Everything you could wish for was there. Absolutely stunning views of the lovely Cornish countryside leading down to the sea. The top floor living space is designed perfectly for chilling with a glass of wine and enjoying the views and the tranquility. The kitchen has all quality appliances and everything that you could need. As I keen cook I usually pack a bag of two for things that arent usually in an airbnb kitchen. There was no need to take anything out because everything you could possibly need was already there. Lovely comfy beds with spotless crisp white linen. (Never slept as well !) We will definitely be returning and for anyone considering this area I would highly recommend Janice's beautiful home.

Great location, clean and spacious, everything you need . Third bedroom as a open balcony to the living room so not 100% privacy for this room and difficult to sleep ok this room when other watch tv in the living room, but for us this was no problem

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and easy throughout, and the check-in process was straightforward. The location was convenient, and the house had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay again in the future.

A lovely, well presented and well equipped townhouse. It is ideally located (walking distance from restaurants, shops and beaches), and has everything you need for a short break or holiday. Deena is a fabulous host! She was easy to contact, provided clear instructions and was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone seeking a good base while exploring beautiful Cornwall!

A sizeable three bedroomed semi detached property on the edge of a small village a mile from Perranporth. Very quiet. All the facilities you'd need, including washing machine and dryer. comfortable beds and true to photos. Exceptional amount of off road parking. As others have said it's about a mile to the beach, but you can avoid some of the hills by using the Saints Trail to walk to the beach rather than going down Liskey Hill. The property is close to the South West Coast path and there are some lovely walks from the property (e.g. Perranporth to St Agnes) Ross and his partner were very responsive, and are local, as the cleaners forgot to leave waste bags, and do also take soap and toilet paper (for the bathroom) and washing machine tablets , as the cleaner slipped up here as well. Overall a great value Cornish property, recommended, and I'd be delighted to return next time I'm in the area.

This was our second visit to Malibu. We couldn't wait to return as the house is so comfortable and in a fantastic location, being a two minute walk from Perranporth's three mile long beach 😁 The decor is really funky and we feel right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay in Newquay and Catherine/Alistair's house which is very well located for beaches and the town centre. The house is very comfortable and well kitted out. We were mostly eating out but all the equipment was there for self catering if we had needed it. They were very responsive and helpful with any queries we had and shared plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to eat locally.

Perfect house and location, with the most helpful guest book I've ever seen! Hannah was a brilliant host and we would highly recommend staying here. We were nervous about not having private parking, but we never had a problem getting parked on the streets near the house it was easy and stress free. Literally 5 mins and you're in the centre of padstow with lots to do.

Well it was just great. We walked in and immediately felt at home . Our host had plenty of family games so the children settled in straight away. We didn't bring any soft bedtime toys, but this had been thought of too. Putting the kettle on, we were so grateful to find tea, coffee etc after a long journey.. The beds were very comfortable, I have lower back issues yet woke in the morning free of the usual problems. Although next to the road, there wasn't any noise from traffic at all, it was completely peaceful and made all the more joyous when viewing a beautiful 'jurassic like' scene of serene palms and banana leaves swaying gently in the sun from the living room window. The garden is blessed with many warmer climate trees and shrubs, a slide that my children enjoyed and a higher area for relaxing with a drink on sunbeds and a handy office building too in case you need to do some work while away. There really wasn't anymore you could ask for. A highly recommended stay. Enjoy!

Lovely accomodation in excellent location close to Falmouth centre. Cosy and seaside-y feeling decoration. Great to have off-street parking. The hosts always responded really quickly to our questions, and seem to be lovely caring people. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks :)

A beautiful home in a beautiful location, ideal for exploring Hayle, St. Ives and surrounding areas.

Super location and some really nice touches in the house. There is everything you need while you are there and details of places to eat locally if you want. We had a great time during our stay. The only thing I would add would be a throw or blanket in the living room to make the evening more cozy.

Just had a fantastic 2 week holiday staying at 22 Little Ducks on Atlantic reach resort in Cornwall The host Michael was a great guy and always on hand if needed and kept in touch with all the information needed leading up to our holiday The house was absolutely spotless and a perfect base for exploring with all the best beaches less than 20 minutes away Would highly recommend staying here and fantastic value for money in such a prime location Once again Thank you Michael

We had a lovely stay in this cottage. Everything we needed was a provided down to lovely soft towels. It's only a few minutes walk from the cottage right into the centre of town. Can't recommend this highly enough.

We had a great stay ! It was a perfect location. For us as we were attending a competition on Fistral beach. It was just a short walk to the beach so perfect when we were surfing in our down time as we didn’t have to drive and park the car elsewhere and town was just a short walk up the hill or more scenic route across the top of Fistral. Alan was always responsive and would stay again! Thank you
