Donald ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und man hat von der Terrasse aus einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den felsigen Strand. Nur eine kleine Straße muss überquert werden, um an den Strand zu gelangen. Es stehen auch SUP‘s zur Verfügung mit welchen man ganz unkompliziert die Küste abrudern und genießen kann. Badeschuhe sind zu empfehlen, da es natürlich steinig und auch etwas rutschig sein kann. Wir waren mit 2 Hunden und 4 Personen im Appartement A3 und es war platztechnisch super. Da uns die Hunde von der Terrasse aus sehen konnten und wir gehört hätten, wenn sie bellen, konnten wir auch alleine, ohne Hunde, zum schwimmen gehen. Hunde sind auch direkt vor dem Appartement am Strand erlaubt. Es geht lange flach abfallend ins Wasser. Restaurantempfehlung ist das Lokal „San Lorenzo“ - Pasta, Pizza und Grillgerichte. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und können Donalds Appartement absolut empfehlen :) Danke :)

ubytovanie zodpovedalo popisu, my sme mali však problém s parkovaním,nakoľko nebolo možné parkovať vo dvore ale parkovali sme na ulici .cez deň sa tam postavili autá a nebolo miesto, jeden deň sme mali konflikt so susedom lebo sme parkovali mimo čiar a nevedel vyjsť z dvora... v ubytovaní bolo dosť chladno počas celého pobytu. Horné poschodie úplne studené.. Toto bolo jedno mínus, inak ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné a blízko Benátok ale skôr na teplejšie mesiace...

Excelente estadía! nos atendió Marco que es un genio, nos fue a esperar a la llegada del ferry para que no nos perdamos a la llegada (Google maps no anda muy bien en venecia) así que nos ayudó a llegar la primera vez. También nos dio recomendaciones muy buenas de donde comer y que visitar en nuestra estadía. El alojamiento fue excelente, el ambiente muy grande y el baño impecable. Recomiendo este lugar y por sobretodo el personal que nos atendió. 100/10

Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

Ho trascorso con piacere l'intero mese di Agosto al Taula'. L'appartamento di Paola si trova al primo piano di un condominio con grande ascensore con accesso diretto al garage in cui si trova il box messo a disposizione degli ospiti. Il condominio dispone anche di un grande prato attrezzato per riposo e per stendere i panni. L'appartamento è rivestito in legno, comodo, ampio, dotato di elettrodomestici e capienti spazi per custodire le proprie cose. Il paese di Vodo è molto tranquillo, pochi negozi ma un'ottima azienda agricola dove si possono acquistare prodotti caseari (compreso il gelato), carni suine e anche pranzare (previa prenotazione). Da Vodo partono passeggiate che consentono di raggiungere Borca, San Vito e alcuni rifugi. Paola è un host attento, preciso, dispensatore di preziosi consigli. E' stata una bellissima vacanza che sarei contenta di poter ripetere.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Spela hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist super modern und ist mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt ausgestattet. Als einziges hat uns stutzig gemacht, dass wir kurz vor unserer Anreise auf einer fremden Seite 150€ Kaution hinterlassen sollten. Nachdem wir aber mit Spela besprochen haben, dass eventuelle Schäden bereits über AirBnB abgesichert wären, hat es auch ohne die Kaution geklappt. Ansonsten war alles makellos.

This is a very, very special apartment, with probably the best view in all of Cividale del Friuli. There is an enormous terrace that overlooks the river & the ponte del diavolo. Angelo was a wonderful host, with amazing local recommendations and personally sharing his passion for Cividale. The antiques and old-worm charm of this apartment are truly special. However, the bathrooms, bedrooms, and furniture are fully updated and made for a very comfortable stay. We also really enjoyed several excellent restaurants in the nearby town, as well great shopping in town. Lastly, the nearby car park was very convenient - a true luxury for an Italian AirBnB.

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, appartamentino corrispondente alle foto, pulito e ordinato. Il signor Fabio è una persona squisita, che mette subito a proprio agio i suoi ospiti partendo già dalle conversazioni telefoniche. L'appartamento è vicinissimo alle fermate del bus urbano per cui facilmente in 20/25 minuti circa si può raggiungere l'isola di Venezia. Inoltre il quartiere è fornito di servizi. Lo consiglio.

A lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice location, with a busy shopping street around the corner, and views of the Grand Canal within minutes. The apartment is in a quiet back street, but the main street is pretty busy. It can be hard to find a reasonably -priced restaurant in Venice, but there are some good options nearby, and also within 20 minutes walk in Dorsoduro, our favourite place to explore along with the Ghetto.

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso, ben attrezzato e molto pulito. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma ben servita da supermercati e locali. Il centro della città è facilmente raggiungibile con una tranquilla passeggiata in poco più di 20 minuti. L'host è stato molto cortese.

Great apartment in a handy spot, a short walk from the water bus stop so easy from the airport. Cannaregio has great restaurants away from the touristy central area. Bigger than expected, nice and quiet. Hosts were excellent. We’d stay again.

We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Excellent séjour chez Ennio ; sa femme et lui ont été d’une grande gentillesse, acceptant mon arrivée tardive. Très réactifs, ils ont su répondre à mes questions lorsque nécessaire. Je recommande vivement ce logement (propre, spacieux et chaleureux). Encore merci pour votre accueil.

L’appartamento è molto grande, spazioso, luminoso, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato. In casa c’erano anche saponi, shampoo e alcuni generi di prima necessità in cucina. Comodissimo al centro di Mel. Un po’ rumoroso perché si trova lungo la strada principale, ma gli infissi isolano bene dal rumore. Consigliato!

Excellent apartment with a beautiful view and morning church bells. Nice walking trail right there. A short drive to skiing at Cortina. Very nice attention to detail in the apartment and the hot tub and sauna were very nice after the day’s activities. I would come back and recommend it to friends and family.

The apartment is close to the airport water shuttle. Christine met us at the water shuttle and walked us (5 minute walk) to the apartment. She made sure we where comfotable with everything before leaving us. The apartment is about a 12 minute walk to the main St. Mark's square and the Grand Canal. The apartment was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Christine recommended a few restaurants and things to do while in Venice; this was very much appreciated. Overall we had a very positive experience with the apartment and Venice itself. We recomment this apartment to others.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio. Tutto come descritto e raccontato nelle altre recensioni: zona calma, appartamento ben attrezzato, comunicazione chiara seppur essenziale (non abbiamo incontrato l'host). Il bus 24 24H è vicino e comodo per andare a Venezia, ma i giorni festivi ce ne sono pochi. Guardate bene gli orari.

Appartement extrêmement bien placé, et pourtant au calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse, l’appartement est spacieux et fidèle aux photos et à la description.

Tres bel appartement. Parfait pour deux couples avec deux salles de bainset sanitaires séparés. Appartement central équidistant du pont rialto et du pont de l'académie. Idéal pour bien profiter de Venise. Environnement très calme. Merci à Marco qui est très réactif.
