Caroline var en hyggelig vert, vennlig og imøtekommende. Hun gav gode tips og råd for oppholdet. Vi hadde noen strålende dager i rolige omgivelser. Godt sted å være. Fint å kunne trekke seg tilbake til kysten etter mer hektiske dager i Roma sentrum. Leiligheten var luftig, ren og fin, et godt sted å komme tilbake til etter lange dager ute. Anbefaler absolutt denne løsningen - boved kysten og ta toget inn til Roma eller leie bil for å kjøre langs kysten. Alt i alt et strålende fint opphold.

Ines' place was spacious, clean and calm! It is very close to the airport, so perfect for people flying in or out of Rome.

We needed a place to crash on the evening before we flew home, out of Fiumicino airport. This was a perfect location - only 15 minutes to the airport. We checked in right before dinner, headed down to the Trattoria Della Tore (which was *excellent*) for dinner, and then had easy check out before heading to the airport at 2am. The apartment was so cute and clean and had the best hot water & water pressure of all our Italian accommodations. The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

It was perfectly located for our stay and met and exceeded our expectations. Parking was also very easy. Lovely view of the beachfront as well as close proximity to station and therefor allowed good access to Rome. With Thanks!

Lorenzo sent clear instructions for self check in and the place was very clean when we arrived. We only stayed for one night but were able to walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants.

Cleverly decorated apartment had a view of the Mediterranean from the spacious rooftop deck! Private and quiet. It was great for two and our brief stay which needed to be near the airport. Host is responsive and provides detailed instructions.

Luciana's place was perfect for our family trip to Rome. Ostia is a bit away from the city, but all stores are easily accessible by train and metro. The apartment was as-advertised, and Luciana was in the apartment to meet us, explain the apartment, and tell us where shops, the beach, and train stations were located. She also allowed us to check in when we arrived, which greatly helped. Great stay, highly recommended.

Stayed here on a long layover in Rome, and it was a 10 minute drive (15-20 with traffic) from the airport. Fairly easy to take public transport into the city for the night. Claudio picked us up from the airport for 20 euro! Overall great place to stay close to the FCO airport! The bed was soooo comfortable!

emplacement idéal, plage, on traverse la rue, restau, magasins accessibles à pied. rome prendre bus 1 ou 5 jusque Gare, ensuite train(environ 1h au total, 1€5 a 3€ selon timing). Andrea fait au mieux pour que tout se passe bien. tres appréciable etpratique le prêt de parasol et de drap de plage. attention aux moustiques mais cela Andrea n'y peut rien. très bonne semaine

We had a wonderful time at Casa Mira! The space was equipped with everything we needed, including a washer, which was a great convenience. Federica went above and beyond to ensure our last night in Italy was relaxed and memorable, making our honeymoon even more special. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

This is hands down one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The location is perfect. right on the beach and directly across from a fantastic restaurant. a local grocery store is only a Km walk down the road and they have everything you could need. The Airbnb is actually set up for travelers. it's not just someone renting out a place to make money. they take the time to make sure you are set up to have a fantastic experience. my children walked in hungry from our 8 hour flight, to several snacks with bread, butter and jam. I cannot recommend this enough. We plan on staying here every time we fly into Rome and it is available.

Das Apartment ist sehr liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet bezüglich Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation klappte schnell und einfach.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! 5 stars+!! On top of Daniela's fantastic hospitality, the apartment can be reached after a very short drive from the airport. Located right on the beach it offers amazing views. Additionally, it is very well suited for both families and couples looking for some rest from the hectic everyday life; the village offers basic amenities and at a mere 7 minutes drive you'll find yourself in Fiumicino, a gastronomy hotspot full of shops and exiting restaurants. To conclude, very well worth.

La casa era come descritta, luminosa e pulita. Manuel e'stato veramente un host fantastico, nonostante fosse la sera del 31 dicembre si e' adoperato per risolvere un problema con la caldaia andata improvvisamente in blocco all'accensione del riscaldamento. Grazie

Wir hatten einen tollen einwöchigen Urlaub in Fabios Apartment in Lido di Ostia. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und sauber mit traumhafter Terrasse. Sie liegt sehr nah an der Metromare-Station Lido Nord, die uns regelmäßig innerhalb von ca. 35 Minuten ins Zentrum von Rom gebracht hat. An dieser Station kann man problemlos die Tickets am Automaten kaufen. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen Fiumicino und zu anderen Zielen liegt nur ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft von Fabio, der uns per Messenger über den gesamten Zeitraum immer wieder wertvolle Tipps zur An- und Abreise, Tickets für den Nahverkehr, empfehlenswerten Geschäften und Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Tagen mit vergünstigten Eintrittspreisen etc. gegeben hat. Es liegt Fabio sehr viel daran, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Besser geht es nicht. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter! Danke! ☺

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! After a 3-week vacation around Italy, we wanted a quiet place to unwind for the last three days before our flight, and this apartment was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable, and, best of all, free from any unpleasant odors – it was refreshing to step into such a well-maintained and welcoming environment. It truly felt like home! The location is great, with the seashore right in front of the house and the port and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Despite its proximity to everything, the area is quiet and private, with a bakery and supermarkets conveniently nearby. Free parking is also available near the house. Communication with Stefano was excellent! He was very accommodating! Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Stefano la dernière journée avant notre départ de Rome, c’était un endroit parfait. Le lit était très confortable, l’appartement très propre et les petites attentions de l’hôte était apprécié (collations, eau, thé). De plus, Stefano communiquait très rapidement et nous a grandement aidé à trouver un chauffeur pour nous conduire. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons l’appartement. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu visiter le quartier comme on manquait de temps, ce sera pour une prochaine visite!

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Fabio is an amazing and helful host. The location is perfect if you want peace and chill-out time but the centre of Rome an easy 40 minutes away. The apartment is spacious, stylish and well appointed. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the lovely, large terrace. Everything you need is within a 15 minute stroll. This is great for a relaxed holiday with a chilled out vibe but with lots of options if you are feelung energetic.

What can I say besides a wonderful stay with a wonderful host. Stefano was extremely kind and helpful before we got to the apartment, at our meeting with him at check in, during our stay and at check out. We wanted for nothing during our stay as we he apartment has everything we needed. The supermarket was walking distance and a nice bakery was nearby as well. Even in late October, the sea was awesome to jump into and the balcony and sunset were a plus. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Stefano!
