공항 가기 전 하루 머물었던 숙소입니다. 사생활 보호가 매우 잘 되어있고, 무엇보다 해변이 가깝고 동네가 깨끗하고 조용해서 여행을 마무리하기에 완벽했습니다. 집 안은 정리정돈이 설명과 동일하게 잘 되어 있었고, 쾌적하고 안전하였습니다. 호스트도 매우 친절하였고 궁금한 것에 신속히 답해주었습니다. 그리고 공항 셔틀을 예약해주어서 무거운 짐을 해결할 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다💓

Passámos uma semana incrível em Torvaianica durante estas férias de fim de ano, e não poderia estar mais satisfeito com a experiência! Embora fora da época balnear, o local revelou-se um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no inverno. O extenso areal oferece caminhadas tranquilas e momentos de contemplação, especialmente ao pôr do sol. Simplesmente deslumbrante! Gostaríamos de destacar também o cuidado e a atenção excepcionais por parte da arrendatária. Desde o momento da chegada, senti-me-nos verdadeiramente acolhidos. A casa estava impecavelmente limpa, aquecida e preparada com todos os detalhes pensados para o nosso conforto. Havia até mimos de boas-vindas, como aperitivos, doces, compota, chá, café, etc, e sugestões locais para refeições. Não faltou nada, e todo o cuidado demonstrado tornou esta nossa experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos vivamente para quem procura tranquilidade, beleza e um toque pessoal na recepção!

Manuel’s Airbnb was awesome and we would highly recommend it. We used it for our last couple days before getting to the airport. Only 10 minutes away from the airport great location or when you’re entering, we’re leaving Rome.

Härlig utsikt från terrassen och bra förbindelser till Rom. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och vi skulle gärna stanna ett par dagar till.

Naoki's place is beautiful. Excellent communication! Super clean and you can feel the love by the care and special touches. The outdoor area has chairs and lounge chairs and you have the entire area to yourself overlooking the water. Sunset was spectacular! If you are lucky enough to find availability here, you will not be disappointed. Hoping I can stay here again! The only thing I would say that I wasn't aware of was that I had to carry my luggage up a flight is stairs and that may be a problem for some. The elevator only goes to the 2nd floor.

Luciana's place was perfect for our family trip to Rome. Ostia is a bit away from the city, but all stores are easily accessible by train and metro. The apartment was as-advertised, and Luciana was in the apartment to meet us, explain the apartment, and tell us where shops, the beach, and train stations were located. She also allowed us to check in when we arrived, which greatly helped. Great stay, highly recommended.

We have been traveling a lot lately and staying primarily at Airbnb’s. this was by far our favorite of our recent travels. Host was extremely helpful, we even locked her keys in the unit at one point and she was able to get us a back up set so we were able to get in. And she also had recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Ладисполи — это прекрасное место для отдыха, с его живописными улицами, прекрасными пляжами и уютной атмосферой. Мы наслаждались каждым моментом, будь то прогулки по городу или времяпрепровождение на пляже. Вечером можно было насладиться отличной итальянской кухней в местных ресторанах. Что особенно удобно — Ладисполи идеально расположено, если планируешь посетить Рим. Весьма легкий доступ к транспорту (поезда, автобусы), что делает его отличной базой для ежедневных поездок в столицу.Мы арендовали авто и легко добирались до Рима, наслаждаясь как городом, так и расслабляющим отдыхом! Очень рекомендуем!

Wir haben uns in Federicos Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Es bietet genug Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Federico ist sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und großzügig. Wir durften alle Annehmlichkeiten nutzen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann das Häuschen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

One of the best hosts I've ever met! Claudio was incredibly friendly and made sure we felt welcome from the start. He even surprised us with a panettone during our Christmas holiday, which was such a thoughtful touch. The home itself was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to local shops and attractions, yet wonderfully peaceful in the evenings. I would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Very modern and seem very recently renovated. New AC's, huge TV, new walkin shower. and even dimmable led mood light! Mr Lino was very nice and bought a new fill up pool for us to play. Thank you, Mr Lino

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse per 4 notti ed è stata un’esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura era estremamente pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissima alla spiaggia, alla metropolitana, ai negozi e ai ristoranti, rendendo ogni spostamento semplice e piacevole. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli che ci hanno permesso di vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno indimenticabile in un ambiente accogliente e ben organizzato. Grazie di cuore per tutto!

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! What an amazing experience at Michele’s place. The location is right on the beach and the place itself felt cozy but spacious at the same time. The neighborhood was great and we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. Hope to come back soon!

What an amazing place in a prime location near the beach! We stayed overnight since we had an early morning flight the next day and were very pleased with the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail—from the check-in process to the local snacks and cleanliness—was praiseworthy. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We zouden zes sterren geven als dat kon. Het is een nieuw appartement, heel erg schoon met een fijn bed, heerlijk beddengoed en handdoeken. In de keuken is alles wat je maar nodig hebt. We ontbeten buiten in de zon, de zee is om de hoek, net als leuke terrasjes en restaurants. Cinzia stond ons op te wachten om ons welkom te heten en alles te laten zien, snel in communicatie en superaardig. We hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad!
