Stephen was a pleasure to work with, very responsive and flexible as possible. He was proactive in letting us know that the check-in time was available sooner than listed. His keyless entry made it very easy to access his house and made it easy for all in my party to come and go as they pleased. His house was very clean and you could tell that as soon as you walked in the door. Everything worked well, his AC system provided arctic level cooling, his pool and hot tube was ready for use, his screened in game room was fun and actually stayed cool throughout the day, his outside gathering areas had plenty of seating, and his dock provided plenty of room to fish. This location on the canal was beautiful and easily accessible to St John's River. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a cool place to stay, relax and have fun. Thank you, Stephen, for your allowing us to stay at your house it was well worth the cost.

We can’t wait to come back! The golf cart was so helpful for trips to the beach. You could pretty much come with the clothes on your back and not want for much at all! Lynne has everything set up for you and is so, so kind and helpful. The golf cart, shed full of supplies, and hot tub are worth the money alone! Very clean place. This is your sign to stay!

It’s was our 25th anniversary and one of the best times we’ve ever had! Great pool,Hot tub and a block from the beach,we built a fire every night…perfect weather! Not sure it could’ve been any better!

The family and I enjoyed our stay at The Poolside Cottage. There were plenty of amenities for the entire family to indulge in. Andrew and Melody made their home feel like “home away from home”. I definitely recommend 10/10.

Honestly, this is going to be hard to beat tor a first Airbnb stay with my wife, a short weekend getaway. Marissa went out of her way to accommodate my requests, which would’ve been easy to say no to, but instead she did so enthusiastically. The mostly private deck, complete with hot tub, fire pit, and decor indoors give an overall intimate setting while literally having wildlife around you and even directly overhead. The bird life here is spectacular. The bonus plant side room is cool too. It’s quite literally everything Florida can offer in this hidden gem, coupled with an awesome host, I don’t think it’s possible to go wrong staying here and a high chance my wife and I will be back.

My husband and I had a great time staying at Stephen’s place. He was so nice and considerate making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. His place is clean, cozy, and super cute! We arrived to a surprise Christmas tree and Christmas card, a nice touch for home away from home during the Holidays. The location is great with easy beach access, walkable restaurant locations, nearby grocery stores, and everyone we met was so nice. We will definitely check on the availability of this place again for our return trips to St. Augustine!

Beautifully setup place, had all the amenities one would need. Clear instructions and very reasonable requests for checkout/ cleaning. LarryKaren were proactive and checked in if we needed anything. They accommodated our request to readjust the dates as we had change of plans. The patio setup was amazing, unfortunately was too cold at the time for us. Hoping to stay here again on our next visit.

Blue Heaven is an absolute dream! We can say enough good things. The house was beautiful, cozy, smelt amazing, and inviting. The hosts were top tier! Their attention to detail made our getaway even better and you could feel the love they have poured into Blue! That back porch… amazing! Our favorite part of our stay. Thank you, Valerie and Lenny! Super cute Airbnb with a great location. It is just a short walk over the bridge to the downtown area. Dog friendly is a huge plus! Only thing of note is that the wall between the neighboring Airbnb is pretty thin. If you have neighbors, you will hear them. Overall, good stay!

We spent 2 days driving from RI.. the cottage was clean, spacious.. easy to get to.. very peaceful.. after a great meal from Jeff’s recommendation.. we settled in.. slept like babies and were on our way

Visiting St. Augustine for the first time and the cottage was the perfect place for my birthday weekend. Regina's cottage had all the amenities and was close to the historical district. Very quiet neighborhood and home was decorated beautifully in addition to having excellent communication with Regina. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful and unique! Great location too. We stayed 4 days and hated to leave. Well thought out with great instructions. Close walk to the beach but also secluded and private amongst other houses. We enjoyed sitting on the porch during a storm the night before we left. Will definitely recommend to others.

Booked an air bnb for my cousins wedding due to the hotel prices being extremely high for this weekend. Great value for the home. Perfect for two people. The beds were both comfortable, as was the couch. Perfect walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The Mermaid House was fabulous, perfect for a long weekend stay on St Augustine Beach. Deb's place has everything you could possibly need from toasters to televisions, hell she even has tortoises roaming around the neighborhood. The upper sun deck w/ views of the ocean above the garage is a bonus. Deb's green thumb is on display in the backyard and her artistic side shines through her stained glass pieces that are hung throughout the house. Deb couldnt have been any nicer & very prompt with replying to messages &/or returning calls. Overall the place was great, and we would totally recommend booking it, we wish we could've stayed longer. WSP

Yupon Cottage was so perfect for us that we stayed a month! It’s in a safe, walkable, and quiet neighborhood. The hosts are super friendly and right next door if you need anything. We definitely hope to go back.

This was a beautiful stay! Living just a few hours south, we like to get away every few months with the dogs for a weekend and Andres place was PERFECT for that. The house was adorable and perfectly located to all the best restaurants & bars, and so walkable! We cooked at home most nights, and the kitchen was perfectly accommodating for us. You are so close to the beach you can practically hear the waves from the driveway 🙂 Would stay here again and again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Anna was very proactive and let us know everything ahead of time. We also LOVED the donkey she followed us everywhere and was very friendly good place to bring a dog as well lots of space !

This is a special cottage walkable to almost anything in St Augustine. The place is super cute and everything we could have hoped for during our staying. The place is clean, backyard is adorable and lots of options nearby. Will definitely come back!
