Ryan was great, before we arrived he reached out to me. Confirmed when the rental would be available. I reached out to him with a couple questions and he was very responsive. Small details like some fresh flowers in the kitchen to a bottle of wine he left us and some sodas and water was an added touch and very kind. I read a lot of really nice reviews about Ryan and he delivered exactly what the reviews said.

We had a blast! Close to everything you’d want to see, so short drive times to everything we did. End unit so a little more private than the other condos in the community. Easy walk straight from condo to beach.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfortable home. It is in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk over the bridge into town. Beaches are a short drive away. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and walking through the neighborhood.

We decided to visit St. Augustine for our wedding anniversary and really wanted someplace relaxing and private but close enough to the Old City to not have to move our vehicle and pay for parking. This place was just the ticket! We walked the Lion's Bridge multiple times: to coffee, to lunch, to dinner. The hot tub was fabulous. It was nice to enjoy breakfast or dinner, then have a soak before lunch or before bed. The bedroom and bathroom was so incredibly comfortable. Our section of the property felt extremely private and I really appreciated the work the owners' made to enhance the feeling of seclusion. As work from home and homeschooling parents to two preteens, this was the relaxing escape we needed so badly! We will definitely book again for our next St. Augustine get away!

When we arrived, Robb, the property manager was finishing up servicing the hot tub and he asked if he could show us around. Robb was very friendly and was full of information, as the property was quite large. Our large family of 20 people stayed and there was plenty of rooms and bathrooms. On the exterior, we enjoyed the large, covered porch, the pool, the Bar/Spa room, the board walk to the pier on the river, and just all of the area to walk around and play. (Plenty of parking room too". As far as the interior goes, the kitchen is huge as is the Master bedroom and the living room. Bedrooms were generous in size and most all of them had private full baths. This is on our list to come back again.

What a beautiful gem this home was, tucked away in a quiet,charming neighborhood within walking distance of St. Augustine's historic district. The morning view of the sunrise over the marsh right across from the home was a breathtaking and soothing site to see from the cozy porch. The home retained its vintage appeal with a touch of modern accents such as spotlights, plasma screen tvs, and outdoor shower overlooking bamboo forestry. Beds were so comfortable and home had all amenities such as towels, cookware, iron, etc. Courtyard was so expansive and kids loved playing there. Highly Recommend :-)

Beautiful conveniently located home. We rented the home for my mom to enjoy time with her siblings and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Wonderful neighborhood and neighbors and great amenities in the home. Lots of space to get privacy away from large groups and plenty of space to gather with family and just have a great time. Definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

We had a fantastic vacation at Endless Summer Oasis!! Loved the home! It was perfect for our family group!! Great location as well. Hope to return!!

The home and host were both great. They have to charge what they do to keep the riiffraff out. It is a smart home w/ all the amenities you need. The elevator was helpful. I blew a circuit. She let us know immediately where the circuit breaker was. The alarm wouldn’t stop beeping. She had a tech out right away. She accommodated us with check in and out based on our flights. And luckily we were out of storm Debbie’s way! It was a great place to unwind and I am impressed how well we were able to unplug from work. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Andre was extremely friendly and helpful. His place is an absolute gem, super private, scenic, and great for families and the price. Although it’s tucked away, it’s still super close to the historic district - only about 8-10 min. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at Dalla’s place. The condo had everything we needed for our family vacation. There were beach chairs and even a wagon to take it to the beach across the street. Kitchen had all appliances so we could cook a few nights. We would definitely return back for another vacation in summer :) what a lovely place right across the ocean and so many things to do near by!

This place is fantastic. Very large common spaces and an awesome and large balcony to overlook the ocean. Design was ideal for our family of 6. Lots of room and laundry made everything easy to stay for the week. Master bedroom and bath were amazing and private balcony for sunrise was perfect start to days. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨
