This house is fantastic! We loved the big open kitchen and comfy living room that was so spacious! Granite countertops, lots of kitchen tools, beverage station…awesome! Every morning we woke up and had coffee on the lanai,birds singing…lush trees. So lovely! And the golf cart was perfect for quiet beach time!!

Wow. What can I say. The place was inmaculent. This place was very clean. It had everything. Towels, soap, cleaning supplies, game for everyone. The bedrooms and liens were like home. I recommend this location to everyone looking for a place that makes you feel at home. Grace provided everything, even down to trash bags and laundry detergent. Anything you need in the kitchen was already there. I was so convenient, my mom lives right next door. Our Thanksgiving was awesome. The location was so convenient, we just walked across the lawn. Words just can't do my stay any justice, you just have to experience it for yourself, then you'll say I was to live here. Grace your place is the bomb! We will come back again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Extremely satisfied, with everything in the house

Stayed here with the kids and it was a great stay! The neighborhood was peaceful for walks in the morning and surrounding areas had great food and coffee. Right over the bridge was the beach! The house was extremely clean and spacious.

The house has tons of space. Great area that is close to everything. We biked the entire area. Very safe. The backyard is such a bonus factor. We would totally book this for our June trip if it was available.

We make annual work trip to Florida every year and Palm Coast area works well for us. This particular property met pretty much all of our expectations. It was clean, organized, and was supplied well with everything you would need. The host was also very responsive. My CONS: Were that the cost to heat the pool and jacuzzi were very expensive at $200 per day, so being here in February left the pool useless to us. A few other minor inconveniences were that the fans and lights are confusing to operate with all the remotes. (Weird enough the bedroom lights and fans came on multiple times at 3am). And the wifi router would not allow more than 2 devices to connect at one time. The pros do out weigh the cons and we would definitely stay here again as long as the weather permits us to use the pool without the cost of heating it.

This place exceeded all expectations! The space was even larger than described and was an incredible bonus. Every room was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The pool, though unheated as noted in the listing, was a fantastic addition, and the overall property provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The host was exceptional—quick to respond, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. Their communication was top-notch, making the entire process seamless from booking to check-out. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a spacious property with a fantastic host. I would absolutely stay here again!

It was a great house in a nice location. The house was super clean and had everything we needed! The only thing was the landscaping did need some work but that didn’t really take away from anything else. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

This place is beautiful 😍 thirty minutes to saint Augustine. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Large kitchen, lots of parking, plenty of beds. Fast wifi and area is super spacious.

This lakeside cottage was perfect for our Palm Coast stay to be near family. The decor matched the photos! It was not hard to Open the door and lock it. We only used the master bedroom and bathroom for the two of us. The bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with various dishes and spices. As we’d been traveling for several weeks, the washer and dryer helped tremendously. We wished we had more time so we could have sit in the large backyard or take a dip in the pool but got busy with family activities. The neighborhood was quiet and we heard sweet little birds chirping in the mornings. This cottage has so many extra details thought out to make your stay feel like “home”.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Johanna was so sweet to quickly have her house cleaned for us to stay last minute (after an awful experience at another Airbnb, and canceling that one). She was kind, helpful, gave wonderful recommendations, and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. We loved the lanai and outside covered area, the house was clean and nice, we were able to park our vehicle in the garage, and even the checkout process wasn't cumbersome at all. Just a few of the things we loved about our stay! I would absolutely stay here again (I'm actually trying to find a good excuse to come back asap! Haha).

This place is beautiful. It is perfect for large group getaways. The pool wasn’t warm enough to get into but it was clean and the chairs place by the pool are a perfect place to layout and relax. The host is great at communicating and is very responsive. Most importantly, check-out is easy with minimal requirements. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The location is ideal! Restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and shopping centers are just minutes away.

The layout was very nice and has comfortable beds. There was no tanks for the grill so we could not cookout. The kitchen needs dish rags. The outlet in the main bathroom did not work. We were very appreciative that the owner sent someone to fix the kitchen sink while we were there. The pool area is nice but desperately needs some comfortable lounge chairs. Great kitchen space and living room. Overall it was a great house for 8 guests!!

The Airbnb was really nice and we enjoyed the pool. Host was very responsive but during her speech to my group she asked us to “act like people” and considering we noticed the neighborhood was not minority friendly based on the mean stares, neighbors watching us move in while playing with the all lives matter flag, it definitely threw us off. However, they offered early check in and late check out, and was very responsive which was greatly appreciated. The house was nice and my group was able to sleep comfortably.

We would absolutely stay here again. Joanna place is amazing- absolutely what I expected based on the photos. Joanna was a great host- very responsive and available to answer questions. This house is in an extra quiet neighborhood and extra private backyard with screened in pool area. When we say Joanna literally thought of everything a guest might need! The house is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. There’s a groceries store, restaurant, and shopping nearby. This is far the best airbnb we stay in Palm Coast, Florida. If you are considering this spot- book it! Thanks again Joanna, for having this amazing home away from home. We will definitely be back.

went out there for a weekend with my wife and our pet Lillie. We had a great time. everything was as advertised. The home was cleaned and the location was perfect for us to go to the beach and walk to some restaurants. We will definitely consider coming back. Thank you Andres.

The whole family enjoyed our stay. Great location, loved walking to the beach to catch the sunrise at Bay Park, and to Bings Landing for a beautiful sunset. The house was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. And our dogs loved the fenced backyard. The location was very convenient. Close to shopping and some great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently returned from another incredible stay at Double C Ranch, and I can't recommend it enough! This marks my fifth year at this wonderful Airbnb, and it has truly become a cherished tradition for me. Dalton and Britney are amazing hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The house itself is rustic with a charming outdoors hunting style, perfectly nestled in the woods on an active farm. It strikes the perfect balance of being rustic yet exceptionally well-kept and clean. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place to be! The property offers great fishing opportunities at the creek right behind the house, which is a highlight of my visits. I've also enjoyed several guided tours with Dalton, who is knowledgeable and passionate about the area. Every year I come back, I feel warmly welcomed, and I truly appreciate how they make things happen to enhance our stay! See you guys next year Matt PMF South Florida
