Beautiful almost 2 weeks of a solo business retreat! The space was exactly as described and yes the views are spectacular. I needed a spot to get away from the cold and hunker down to get work done. The WIFI, weather, and location was fantastic for what I needed. I chose to not rent a car, opting for using an UBER and it was a good choice. I did take a couple side trips to the SanSe festival and a snorkel/dive excursion to Culebra Island. Quick tip if you choose to Uber in and out- I Highly reccomend placing a pick-up grocery order at the closest Pueblo market. There is an easy website to do this and I set the pick-up time to align with my Uber trip from the airport. It worked pefectly for me. There was a tiny charge for the additional stop. It was wonderful to arrive with all the provisions I needed!

This spot was amazing. We were first going to stay near Flamenco Beach but realized there was not much for restaurants or bars in the area. So our search closer to town brought us to this great listing. It is so close to everything but also just up on a hill almost by itself so it was very secluded. We absolutely loved it. Didn’t even need to use the A/C as having the windows open and patio door open slightly was a perfect breeze. Beautiful view. Golf cart was great. Glad we didn’t bother with a jeep or Bronco.

We had an amazing stay at Elia's place. It was such a joy to wake up and look out over the bay from the balcony every morning. You could tell that a lot of thought was put into providing amenaties; everything that you could need was provided. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and chilly. Overall, a very pleasant spot to stay on a wonderful little island. 10/10

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

The best Airbnb I have ever been to. Great view, great host, great everything! She even helped me with the transportation when I had difficulty in securing a rental car.

Beautifully decorated and two separate units worked out great for us. Owner was responsive and gave detailed instructions for entry. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Was worries about there being no air conditioning but wasn't an issue at all; great breeze with open doors and high powered fan were enough to keep the unit cool.

Marie went above and beyond as a host, making sure we were comfortable in Vieques and gave lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. She was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The place looked exactly like the photos, and we enjoyed having every meal on the balcony, which had new furniture. The kitchen was very well set up with all the pots, pans, etc we needed. The location was great—in the less touristy part of the island, very walking distance from the ferry and grocery store. The air conditioning worked great. Would highly recommend!

Overall easy check in and out. Place was cozy and clean. Unfortunately there was an island wide power outage that happened while we were away at a beach but the host reached out very quickly to let us know what was going on. They have a backup solar panel as well. Everything as described! The location was conveinant. I'll be booking again when we return to the island. Check the house to see what you need before going out to buy things for your stay because it may be there, like seasonings for cooking LOL! We didn't and bought to much so the next guests will have items we had to leave behind. Overall 10 out of 10.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Larry’s place in Luquillo! The location is absolutely perfect—just a one-minute walk to a stunning beach with both fun waves for surfing and a more relaxed spot for lounging and swimming. It was such a peaceful and beautiful area, and we loved being able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted. The home itself is a great base for exploring the island. We did several day trips and found it super convenient to get around from Luquillo. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the abundance of fresh fruit around the property. We were hoping the guanábana would ripen while we were there, but it kept us guessing! My daughter especially loved checking for fresh eggs each morning—such a fun and unique touch to the experience. Overall, Larry is a fantastic host, and this place has a wonderful, laid-back vibe that made our trip to Puerto Rico really special. Highly recommend!

Our Vacation to Vieques was A++ Villa Tessa Rose is the perfect island getaway for a week long couples retreat. High atop the hillside you get both north and south ocean views and tropical breezes across the veranda which opens out into a lush yard with coconut and banana trees and the Refuge beyond. The veranda has a table for 2 where we enjoyed our morning coffee, the hammock, grill and the fantastic outdoor shower. The property is situated 10 minutes from Isabel, 15 from Esperanza and even closer to the best beaches in the Wildlife Refuge. The living spaces are very thoughtfully decorated and the mattress and bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with all your cooking needs. Charlotte provides new beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella for your beach days and is attentive to any questions you might have. If you’re a couple looking for a quiet, romantic getaway- Don’t look any further! Book Villa Tessa Rose, Rent a jeep, Take the Airlink, have an awesome vacation!

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave! Our host even met us and walked us through the home. We were extremely happy with our choice of stay and will stay there again.

The views from this house is unreal. You can see pretty much everything. As most said, the driveway is steep but well worth it when you get to the house. Gabriel is great to work with and very responsive. You can sit back and just enjoy the views from morning coffee to cooking on the grill and enjoying dinner. Our group enjoyed sitting on the porch playing games and just relaxing.

Privilegiada ubicación. Teníamos una emergencia por motivos de trabajo nos teníamos que quedar en área de Ceiba y conseguimos respuesta rápida de parte del Sr. Robert. logramos llegar a las 10pm y pudimos descansar en lugar amplio, seguro,limpio y muy comodo. Altamente recomendado.

Great place for a lot of R&R. Kellie was responsive to any questions asked and was even proactive in notifying me and keeping me updated when there was an island wide power outage on 12/31. The area is beautiful. The only thing the apartment overlooked was the ocean and pool.

Wanda was a great host, she even checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. The place was clean, comfortable and felt safe for my daughter and I. We absolutely loved the view from our private balcony. Perfect location if you are going to the Fajardo bio bay or taking a water taxi. Great food near by within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if in Fajardo in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy's place! The condo is comfortable and nicer than the photos show. We loved the rooftop terrace and the quiet location. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was wonderful! Having a grocery store right down the road was really nice and Nancy was very responsive to all of our questions! A couple things that would be helpful to know for your stay here: it is on the top floor (super nice!!) so you do have to walk up a few flights of stairs. We loved Seven Seas Beach and La Pared Beach in Luquillo! They are about 15-20 minutes away via car so renting/having a car is a must! The condo is located in Luis M Cintron, not in downtown Fajardo which means that it's quiet and calm but not walkable to a beach. Having beach chairs provided was amazing. We did not end up using the pools but they looked really nice and didn't seem busy or crowded. So, if you're looking for an affordable Puerto Rico vacation we definitely recommend Nancy's place!

Excelente alojamiento! Súper cómodo y equipado! Vista insuperable! Aire súper frío! Apartamento limpio y amplio! El anfitrión es un 10+. Muy accesible y comunicativo! En fin, una estancia perfecta!

Enjoyed our stay at Carmen place. 1st floor apartment in a high rise. The balcony has as beautiful view of a marina. I looked watching the Pelicans dive for fish. A comfortable bed, if you want sheets for the pull out ask Carmen for them. There is no oven, only a microwave for removing the leftovers. There are many good restaurants close by but not walkable. I definitely suggest renting a car. My favorite excursions were a guide tour at El Yunque at Las Tinjas Falls. And Horseback riding at Carabali. We took the beach tour. I just loved it. Enjoy Puerto Rico

We enjoyed our stayed at Pemela’s place, the view was amazing, the room was just what we needed it, nothing fancy just a bed, chairs, dinner table, etc everything you need to survive a week or more. The location has a lot of things to do and of course the beach is just a few steps away (more than a few to be honest), be ready to climb stairs, we didn’t mind it because the view was more than I can describe, sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the ocean was worth every step we took, plus we got a little bit activity after eating all the good food. Overall we had a great week and were sad to leave, but we’re already planning to go back soon. Luquillo is a nice place to stay, a lot of stuff to do, Luquillo food kiosks are the best. We can honestly say we didn’t have one bad/rude interaction the whole week we were in PR .. SIDE NOTE: don’t forget to stop at the little bar before you get to the gate, not sure if they sell food all day but the beers are only $2..

the place was very clean and beautiful and the host was excellent to contact ….the whole ferry ride especially for the kids made the trip a lot more worth it….
