Beautiful house with home from home comforts in a lovely well kept residential area. Lots to keep us entertained… hot tub, pool, arcade games, darts, swing ball and lots of board games, which brought back childhood memories… hadn’t seen some of the games in years! And also some newer games which we hadn’t seen before. Everything was in the house as we were expecting. We were very lucky with the weather, so spent lots of time exploring local areas too. Lytham and Lytham St Anne’s are lovely… not as busy as Blackpool. Son and daughter explored Blackpool and Blackpool zoo. Model village near the zoo is worth a visit too. All are about 15-20 minutes drive. The Grapes in Wrea (about 5 mins from the house) does lovely bar food and welcomes dogs… treats, bowls and water provided.

Gorgeous property in a great location, easily walkable from the train station, city centre and bus stops onto the university of Lancaster. Responsive and helpful host. comfortable beds and great facilities. Perfect for a stay with friends or a family.

Great stay , very comfortable, very clean , nicely decorated, great views ! The extra goodies were a very welcome treat!

We spent only one night at Naomi’s place, arriving very late after a family event, but it was a pleasant overnight stay with super comfortable beds and a great shower in the morning. I left a necklace behind and Naomi and Darren kindly looked for it and sent it to me by registered post, for which I am very grateful.

Lovely little spot not far from beach and town centre with local spots to eat and drink nearby and great access for walking in the lakes Lovely accommodation with lovely huge bed, rainfall shower and the hot-tub was lovely Andrew always replied quickly and was very helpful

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay at this house. Pictures don't do it justice with the house much bigger than it looks. Very accessible location with only a 5 minute walk to the front of Lytham and it's beautiful windmill. 10 minute walk from the house will also take you right into the main street in the town where there are loads of cafes, pubs and shops. Helen was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved every minute of our Easter break.

Great place to stay - some nice restaurants and pubs We used it to commute down to aintree in Liverpool, train was around 45 mins. Comfy space, easy to find and was perfect for what we needed

Excellent Airbnb with everything as described and to a high standard. Friendly hosts who provide a very cosy and comfortable place to stay. The location is peaceful and close to the waterways and beautiful views and sunsets. Good choice of eateries close by. Highly recommended.

Stayed at David's place over the Easter weekend and had a great time. David's flat is top notch, tastefully decorated, high ceilings, clean. Two large bedrooms. Settled in really well due to the homely cosy feel of the place. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Lytham centre with his bustling shops, bars and restaurants. A great stay at a great place.

Four uni students having a reunion 37 years after graduating! Totally enjoyed our stay in Lancaster. Castle tour, bars and restaurants, campus trip, seaside, our old house round the corner and all the old haunts. The city was so much better than we remembered. Fabulous weekend. We were really comfortable in Wendy’s apartment! Great private outside space. One en-suite off a double, another doubles, two singles. Lovely big lounge. We may well be back!

This was a repeat visit. The accomodation is very homely. Kitchen is well equipped and nice little touches like tea, coffee and milk were provided. Buses are reliable, for a small village the local shops etc are very good. The only thing missing was the Fleetwood ferry, not running this time of year. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to others.

I absolutely loved my stay at Gina’s place. It’s such a peaceful space with so many thoughtful touches - things like three different lotions in the bathroom with different scents, and lots of extra things like waffles, milk, butter, a bottle of wine, adaptors - every day of my stay I would find something else I hadn’t noticed the day before. Gina is an absolute delight as well, really responsive and helpful and lovely to chat to when we met on the drive outside. Even the neighbours are lovely (and their dogs!). I honestly just felt right at home. I’m starting a PhD at Lancaster University later in the year, and since I have to stay in London I’ll be visiting regularly - I will absolutely be returning to Gina’s every chance I get. 11/10!

Perfect location for exploring the seafront, directly opposite the gorgeous art deco Midland Hotel. Very spacious, clean apartment with everything you could need for a self-catering stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again next time in the area.

Nikki was a fantastic host. The place is absolutely stunning. I loved how it was so dog friendly. The hot tub was 10/10, one of the best I have used. Beach is only 2 minute walk away with lots of cafes and places to eat. The town centre isn't far only 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend. Me, my partner and our dog had a lovely weekend.

Home after a two night stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Having the hot tub in the cabin with the toilet and shower was incredible, no trips back in the house to use the loo. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. thank you Debbie.

Lovely home from home, very comfy bed and spotlessly clean home for the weekend. Easy to find in a quite safe road with off road parking and private entrance. Great find and will visit again.

Ray & Sue's place is superb, very well equipped to a high standard. We found everything to be exactly just right for our needs. Would recommend and would definitely love to return again next time.

I've stayed before, location is the best. Nice and peaceful, will back again. Plus my dogs loved the beach for running. Takes about 2 mins from the front of the house to the beach. And it is massive plenty of room for everyone.

Nestled in a wonderfully quiet area next to the Gynn Roundabout, it offers a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet it's only a 20-minute stroll to the central pier. The amenities are outstanding! With a projector for cosy movie nights, a nest controller for central heating, and a warm log burner, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and truly embrace your stay. The ensuite bathroom and additional toilet enhance the convenience, ensuring comfort for everyone in your group. One of the standout features is how spotless everything is; it’s clear that the host takes immense pride in maintaining this beautiful property. From the moment you step in, it feels inviting and fresh. I was also amazed by the tranquillity at night. I would 100% stay here again.

Our stay at the house was absolutely wonderful. Everything was incredibly well-organized, beautifully decorated, spotless, and truly impeccable. From the very beginning, Nihal welcomed us with such warmth and care, always attentive and thoughtful. She went above and beyond by surprising our children with a lovely Easter gift such a special gesture that touched our hearts. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the house had everything we could possibly need, making us feel completely at home. It was truly an exceptional experience, and staying at this house made our weekend even more special.
