J'ai choisi ce logement en premier lieu pour la qualité des photos et surtout pour son emplacement idéal, mais ce sont les nombreux commentaires positifs laissés par d'autres voyageurs qui ont vraiment influencé ma décision. Tous décrivaient un hôte exceptionnellement hospitalier, chaleureux, amical, généreux, aimable et très disponible. À mon arrivée, j'ai eu la belle surprise de rencontrer Sadiq, qui a été un hôte incroyablement charmant et accueillant, toujours à l'écoute, de bonne humeur, et attentif à mes besoins. Son hospitalité a largement dépassé mes attentes et m'a permis de me sentir intégré et à l’aise dès le début de mon séjour. Sadiq est une personne d'une grande générosité, qui a même tenu à partager avec moi plusieurs repas qu'il avait préparés lui-même, et sa cuisine est tout simplement excellente. Le logement, quant à lui, est très bien équipé, sécurisé, calme, non loin du centre ville et des parking. Je recommande vivement, vous serez reçue comme un roi.

Murielle en haar man zijn erg gastvrij. Wij zijn goed ontvangen en hebben een uitgebreide rondleiding gekregen. De ligging is goed, op loopafstand (+/- 20 min.) vanaf het centrum. In de omgeving voldoende fiets- en wandelroutes (d.m.v. knooppunten). Appartement beschikt over een eigen overdekte parkeerplaats. Wij hebben een goede week gehad in het appartement.

We had a lovely stay at Vera's place. The appartment is nice and very quiet – the location is great and close to everything.

Excellent location. The accommodation that was adequate for two travelling friends. The host was helpful and accommodating. Walvis cafe was great for coffee, as was Mok coffee across the road. I’d recommend this apartment.

I had everything I needed at Renata's place and she was very nice and helpful. I felt right at home. Her place is also a short walk from the city center and quite close to the train station as well.

I stayed with Yoko for 10 days during a research stay and conference. Yoko was very welcoming of me and was accommodating during my stay. The room was lovely for an extended stay and the location was close to restaurants and local transportation, making it very ideal to come and go to my work related and social activities. The room is very aesthetic and calming, making a nice setting at the end of the day. I recommend!

Nikolaos è stato ospitale, gentile e disponibile in ogni momento del nostro soggiorno. L’appartamento è molto bello, super accessoriato e funzionale. È stata una soluzione ottimale per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone con due bambini. Abbiamo potuto parcheggiare l’auto sotto casa, fare base a Bruxelles per raggiungere e visitare le Fiandre e godere di tutte le comodità che hanno reso la nostra vacanza in Belgio speciale! Anche la posizione è comoda, accanto al parlamento europeo, in un quartiere tranquillo ma pieno di vita e fermento, collegato facilmente alla metro per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della città. Grazie Nikolaos, speriamo di tornare presto! 🤗

Just a Perfect Stay ! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ellen’s beautiful home in Mechelen and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I booked, Ellen was incredibly communicative and helpful, providing clear instructions to ensure a smooth arrival. The location is just perfect! The house is nestled on the quiet canal and close to the heart of Mechelen and the railway station. The home itself is immaculate and tastefully renovated with every amenity you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals. Overall, my stay at Ellen’s place exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Mechelen and I look forward to returning on my next trip. Thank you, Ellen, for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay - the house is in such a nice location, right along a beautiful walking path and not too far a drive into Leuven for more excitement. The house is stunning and has one of the more expansive kitchens of any airbnb I’ve stayed at. Very easy communication with the host. The only thing to note, is the stairs are steep to both the first and second stories and there are no banisters/guard rails - we stayed with a young child and it was tough, I’d caution guests with young children or elderly family.

We booked this accommodation for 3 artists painting a mural in Mechelen. They had a great stay and the host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Lovely house in a very beautiful place. Everything was very clean and organised. Summer time there would be amazing to have a nice rest.

Een geweldig mooi en groot huis met een fantastisch mooie en grote tuin. Keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral ook leuk met (kleine) kinderen. De kinderen hadden het erg naar het zin met het speelgoed, de trampoline en vooral ook heel veel spelletjes. In de omgeving is ook genoeg te doen/te zien en te beleven. Contact met de host ook goed: reageerde snel bij enkele vragen. We zouden zo weer boeken.

Het was een mooi appartement! Alles was netjes, schoon en opgeruimd. De voorzieningen waren ook prima, alles wat je nodig kan hebben is aanwezig. Het centrum van Brussel was wel een stukje lopen, ongeveer 25 minuten. Ook was er nog alles in huis van de eigenaar omdat hij daar woont. In de koelkast lag allemaal eten en in de badkamer stonden al zijn eigen douchespullen. Dat hadden we niet verwacht. Verder wen top verblijf gehad! Vriendelijke host.

Wir haben eine Woche Belgien erkundet und haben uns daher für eine zentrale Unterkunft entschieden. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung, war sauber, geräumig, schick und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Um die Ecke ist ein sehr gutes Frühstückscafé und die Anbindung an Brüssel-Zentrum sowie an den (Bus-)Bahnhof, U-Bahn und Autobahn gelingen problemlos. Margaux war freundlich, detailliert in Anweisungen und Wünschen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!

Very spacious apartment. Possibility to park in front of the garage which was very convenient. Very nice looking apartment. We were there in the winter but we were already imagining how much of a great time you could have on the huge terrace.

We stayed at Elsy’s place as a temporary accommodation while we looked for our permanent residence in Belgium. Her place is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, with an incredible view of the lake. The neighborhood is full of nature and very quiet. Overall, it was a very positive experience for myself, my wife and our two daughters (1 and 3 years old). Elsy was an amazing host, always very helpful and kind.

Stijn was a very welcoming host. He met us personally and took the time to show us through the unit. Comfortable accommodations and great location; great response time to messages both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Schone kamer en appartement met heel vriendelijke hosts. Ze zijn uiterst behulpzaam met wat je maar nodig hebt.

Superbe appartement. On a été un peu surpris par la déco un peu bling-bling ( ou style Doubaï ) mais on en a bien rigolé... Sinon tout est impeccable en état de fonctionnement et d'un confort superbe (sauf le lit superposé qui fait trop de grincements et qui a gêner le sommeil de mes filles). Qualité des matériaux et confort du mobilier. Une très bonne expérience.
