Nadine's house is clean, cozy, open, light, and beautiful! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely re-book if we are back in the area again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

This home was the perfect place for my family and I. We are happy that we decided to stay here rather than a hotel. The house was clean and the location was perfection. This will be our first choice whenever we return! Felt like home.

The only front entrance is through the garage which confused me at first, but it's by far one of the cleanest AirBNBs I've stayed at and Joshua is an amazing and accommodating host. The kitchen space in large and easy to maneuver in which made it a great place for our staycation. I do suggest bringing your own mirror if you need to do your make-up though. There isn't much sink space in the bathroom but there's a beautiful and spacious desk in the bedroom. Would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

Quiet home, easy for us to get to and near the highway. We were able to get groceries delivered through Shipt without issue, and the kitchen was stocked well enough with pots, pans, and dishes to cook some meals. A basket of snacks was provided. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed, except we had to buy more dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher daily as only two were provided. With fall some beetles found a way into the house, but that is not too remarkable considering it was an old historic home. Our group of 6 had enough space. Communication was proactive and helpful. We had a wonderful visit and would stay again.

My family enjoyed a few nights at the blue house and our stay was overall a great experience. The house was clean and we could tell Daniel and his wife pay close attention to detail. The decor was just right for the house and each room felt cozy. Our kids enjoyed the basement games and they loved the option of watching a few shows on Netflix. Our dog seemed to like the backyard as well. We appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms, as they made sleeping more enjoyable. I loved that the kitchen had a variety of utensils, pans, appliances and a good size refrigerator. Thank you for a great experience!

The decorations were memorable in each room. The proximity to mt Brighton is unparalleled. Very communicative.

The property was convenient, clean, tidy, comfortable, and well-furnished. Janice was an excellent host, providing clear information, responding to our messages promptly, and being very helpful and courteous. It was a great value and we recommend the property and Janice with enthusiasm.

Krista was very accommodating with a short notice check in, and she was very responsive during the process. The house was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the private deck with a view of the lake. Kitchen had all the items we needed to cook meals. and the grill was an added bonus. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

Excellent host and house. Lot’s of nice touches like bedroom ceiling lights with built in fans, end tables with chargers, and wall mounted magnetic tic tac toe. Pool table and hot tub make it a fun stay. We did a bunch of activities in and around Detroit and Ferndale and this Airbnb is right in the middle of it. 10 min to so many things. The area is very rundown which can be jarring if you’re not familiar with Detroit. I brought 4 Idahoans with me and they didn’t want to get out of the car. But once we got inside everyone felt safe and comfortable and we had an excellent, problem-free 3 day stay here.

Don and Kristy have a gem! The house character by itself is amazing - a ton of history just looking at the house. The next layer of amazing is in the form of furnishings! The mid century breakfast table, end tables, living room clock, couches, and chairs are completely amazing! Super flexible on scheduling also - very responsive. I can't say how wonderful our stay was! The neighborhood was quiet and all well kept! Truly a gem!

The house had everything a guest needs, plenty spaces to sleep, several rooms, lots of extra chairs, pillow, blankets and bathroom amenities in addition to several TV channel subscriptions. Art was always responsive, friendly and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this place and host and I will definitely contact him back when I go back to area.
