This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

we had a lovely stay at Jos’s accommodation, it had everything we needed. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy too. the linen was clean and the towels provided were soft and washed. i would highly recommend staying at Jos’s accommodation if you need a pit stop or break in manchester, very accessible and easy to park. will stay again.

This cottage is the perfect place to stay whilst exploring the peaks. You’re a 5 minute walk from pubs which serve great food, and a short drive away from some of the best sights in the peaks. The hot tub is a nice addition, and the house is immaculate. Thanks. Will definitely be staying again

The college condition and feel is a real credit to the hard work Angela and staff put in. It feels like you’re at home from the moment you walk through the door and the views a just breathtaking. The bath towels feel amazing and the cottage is very well stocked with everything you need in the way of equipment and also of a very good quality. We were lucky enough to have some very fine weather and completed some great local walks and running routes. There wasn’t one thing that I could fault with this whole experience and can’t wait to book again.

It's a good house with 4 rooms to live in. Quiet outside and near to Rochdale center, convenient enough to the stores and supermarkets. While there are some minor stains in the kitchen when arrived, but not impacts on the experience. We come through some issues during the living, but were sorted very soon. This house should be recommended.

Me & my friends had a great weekend here. The facilities were excellent (the indoor swimming pool, pool table, darts board, table tennis, cinema room and outdoor space) and enabled us to have a very fun weekend with multiple activities without having to leave the home. Additionally Gary was an excellent host, responding swiftly to any questions and queries we had. Would recommend to anybody considering.

Just like the pictures suggest, a modern well appointed house with great facilities. Comfortable bed (#1 priority) warm welcome and a brew on arrival - very welcome! Phil and Cath are very nice and very chatty and told me all about the Vicarage. After a good nights sleep, I slipped away early and didn't see them to say Thank You. Definite recommendation from me

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

Had a fantastic couple of days in Hebden over new year. Property is 10 minutes walk from the town and the canal. Loads to do in town, some fantastic pubs ! Loved the duke box in the house !

A Spacious and comfortable house, immaculately clean throughout. Friendly and responsive owner who lives right there to offer any help and suggestions. Lovely shared garden and a public park with access through garden gate. Easy, secure parking was a bonus. A great stay, thank you Jo.

A welcoming and lovely place to stay. Christina and Johnny were very accommodating and friendly, the small touches like having a play mat for our baby was lovely. The house was well stocked with baby books, toys, and the kitchen had everything we needed. A bonus to visit the animals in the back garden too!

Perfect stay in Buxton. Great communications from our hosts before our arrival. Super clean and every amenity provided that we needed to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. Especially appreciated the hamper and other things to get us going. Would love to return and will definitely recommend to others as a great place to use as a base whilst exploring the local area.

Had a lovely stay in Manchester - the house is modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. My dad's disabled so having a bathroom and bedroom on the ground floor made life a lot easier for us. The house is easy to find and Lynsey's instructions made it really simple to access. The cupboards were stocked with all the pots and pans that you could need as well as plenty of basic essentials including tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, clean towels and a hairdryer! A large taxi (for 6 of us) into Manchester cost less than £10 and took about 10 minutes. A great home and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We visited to celebrate a big birthday and the house more than accommodated the 10 of us. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was a whole cupboard of board games. The hosts were welcoming and the house was stunning.

Charlie & Rosie's house was fabulous & as the hosts they were very good at communicating! It was comfortable and peaceful, just what was needed. Perfect location, quiet & easily walkable to all the shops & restaurants! 10 out of 10! 🙂

My stay at alyan’s place was absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access of shops and transportation . The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I especially appreciated that the place had a cozy and homely atmosphere . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future!

Michelle is an exceptional host —thoughtful, accommodating, and highly responsive. She has truly gone above and beyond, equipping the property with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The accommodation was immaculate, perfectly located in the heart of the area yet offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere for a restful stay amidst beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend

As a large group of 24 people this accommodation was the perfect set-up. The surroundings are beautiful and a very convenient distance from Sheffield city centre. Debbie was an excellent host - very responsive and friendly and thoroughly helpful in helping with the logistical arrangements with a large group (for example helping with taxi’s or offering their minibus service) which was massively appreciated. It was wonderful to learn about how revenue from this accommodation is reinvested into charitable activities for getting young people involved in outdoor pursuit activities.

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

The Farmhouse (and annexe) were EXCEPTIONAL! We gather as a group of friends on an annual basis and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. We found the property to be spotlessly clean on arrival, welcoming - owing to the generous welcome hamper - and ideally located for exploring York and the surrounding areas. The proximity to nearby amenities (like M&S Food and a petrol station) was convenient, but by far the greatest advantage of the location was the ease of catching the bus into town - it leaves, pretty much, from the end of the driveway and takes 10 minutes to reach York centre. The house perfectly met our needs - it was spacious, tastefully decorated, and provided an excellent social space for our group, while also allowing for privacy when required. Julie was superb at responding to any queries before and during our stay and made us feel very welcome. Excellent in every respect!

This was a great base for a short break in York, with parking and a 10min river walk to the city walls. Gaynor provided helpful welcome info in advance & as Gaynor says, "this is my home" with lots of little extra personal touches that made this a lovely stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.
