όμορφο, καθαρό, ζεστό και εφοδιασμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι αρνητικό για το σπίτι. Δύσκολο πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή (αλλά αυτό δεν έχει να κάνει με το σπίτι). Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι και το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Loved my stay in this really comfortable, peaceful, beach-side neighborhood. I was able to walk everywhere, was relatively close to the airport, and had more than enough recommendations to occupy my time. Excellent private balcony made coffee every morning that much better.

Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Beim Checkin wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Danke für die ausführlichen Informationen. Es ist ruhig gelegen an einem Salzsee und dahinter sieht man gleich das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden. Wir können es weiter empfehlen. 🙂👍🏼

Μειναμε στο διαμερισμα της κυριας Ασπασιας για 1 εβδομαδα. Νιωσαμε σαν το σπιτι μας. Η περιγραφη του σπιτιου και οι αποστασεις απο το μετρο την παραλια κλπ ειναι οπως τα περιγραφει η κυρια Ασπασια. Το διαμερισμα ειναι σε πολυσυχναστο δρομο αλλα δεν ειχαμε ενοχληση κατα τον υπνο λογω της καλης μονωσης. Το σπιτι ειναι ζεστο και εξοπλισμενο με οτιδηποτε χρειαζεται για ολιγοημερη αλλα και μακρυτερη διαμονη. Προτεινουμε το σπιτι της κυριας Ασπασιας ανεπιφυλακτα και θα το ξαναπροτιμισουμε οταν ξαναερθουμε θεσσαλονικη.

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautifully located in a quiet pebbly beach. The neighborhood was quiet, even in mid-June. It was really fun to cook outside on the terrace, and there were lots of pleasant areas to lounge. A few kitchen amenities would be helpful if you are going to cook at the villa- dish soap, sponge, paper towels.

We were 3 families, we had a fantastic time. There wasn't a thing we missed, everything was perfect.

Everything was very nice. The view impressed us all, the kitchen and living room are spacious and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean. We will definitely come back here. 😍

Had a wonderful stay at Nelli’s place! It had everything we needed, with small but well-organized bedrooms on the second floor. The beach is within walking distance, or you can easily drive there. Aurora was incredibly friendly and kept the place spotless during our stay!

Evin kendisi ve yeri harikaydı, konakladığım en iyi evdi diyebilirim, evde elektrikli şarj istasyonunuz var ve hiçkimseye muhtaç değilsiniz, şarj istasyonu bize çok büyük kolaylık sağladı ve ev sahibi herhangi bir ücret talep etmedi, evde ps 5 dahil aklına gelebilecek herşey var ve hepsi çok yeni, ev sahibini sürekli gördük ne sorsak hemen cevap verdi

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Recomand cu mara încredere pe Yannis, care a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am inchiriat o casa potrivită pentru două familii cu copii mari. Locația arata ca in descriere, casa este dotată cu tot ce-i precizat si pe site, in plus gazda ne-a oferit numeroase informații despre plaje, magazine, locuri unde putem servi masa, atractii turistice , etc. Este o zona liniștită la 5 minute de plajă. Cu adevărat Yannis este o super gazdă! Știu că abia am plecat dar suntem nerăbdători să revenim.

Great place, felt right at home. Very quiet, spacious, beautiful decorated, had everything you need for a pleasant and lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Εξαιρετικό STUDIO, πεντακάθαρο, σύγχρονο, με πολλές ανέσεις, εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Η οικοδέσποινα φιλική και εξυπηρετική. Η γειτονιά ήσυχη, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα και πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης. Ακόμα και μια μικρή ζημιά που έγινε στο μπάνιο κατά την διαμονή μου εκεί, ανέλαβε να την επιδιορθώσει ο ίδιος. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Σαφείς οδηγίες για να το βρούμε και το σπιτι μέσα οπως το περιμέναμε. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και πάλι.

bölgenin sanırım en temiz ve güzel manzaralı yeri olabilir. hijyen ve manzara konusunda hassas olan herkes burayı çok sevecektir. içeri girince zaten temizlik kokusu geliyor. evdeki her şey çok detayli düşünülmüş, ihtiyac duyulan her şey mevcut. otopark sıkıntısı yok. doğa da ev de her açıdan müthiş.
