First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

Penny is the best host on AirBNB. She writes handwritten welcome cards! She makes you cookies and puts them in the cutest cookie jar! There are Andes mints in a lovely glass bowl with a lid on the counter! It’s like a cool aunt gave you keys to her house while she’s away. She made she we had everything we needed — and then some. And she has tons of board games! (We hid them from our two year old in the closet so I can promise the pieces are all still there) It’s a lovely home, a great location close to the main town, and so many gathered resources about fun things to do and eat etc. truly a wonderful stay.

This is the greatest spot in Florida and Paul is such an understanding and great host. We will be back every year...BT

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in! Super clean! Great amenities - including a stocked coffee bar. Perfect if traveling with pets or kids. Plus it’s in a great location! Will be booking again

Beautiful house and the friendliest hosts! We booked this home in desperation after our original Airbnb cancelled on us right before our wedding weekend. We needed a dog-friendly place and this one was perfect. Everything exceeded our expectations. Overall, an amazing experience!!

We have stayed at Val’s place several times in the past. As always, it was awesome!! Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful pool to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Don’t miss this gem. Can’t wait to return.

This was my first private vacation! Just me and my dogs. And honestly, I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else! This was phenomenal! The pool was so clean and amazing, and the fire pit? Amazing. I’m convinced I need to buy one asap xD It was BEAUTIFUL there. I was able to relax and truly have a wonderful vacation. Host is SUPER friendly and responsive!! I definitely recommend this place. I hope to come back!

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Adrea and Justin has been great hosts. We initially booked the place in October of last year but with hurricane coming and for safety of our family, Adrea and Justin contacted us right away to ensure our safety. We cancelled our October trip and was able to reserve for Springbreak and it was great! My family had a great time and my daughters loved the pool. Loved the access to the trail right behind the house to go to the dog park. My fur baby loved being able to to go Minneola dog park and the dog park was really nice. The neighborhood was quiet and with all the trees, it was such a private home for us to enjoy as a family. Adrea and Justin were great hosts and they quickly responded to any questions we had. Definitely would recommend staying here as the house had everything we needed and more.

The place was amazing!!! We love the fact that the horses roamed around and were friendly. Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Peace and quiet and so relaxing. Plus, it's not that bad of a drive to get to Tampa. David was awesome and made sure that everything was perfect. Would not recommend lol that way we can get this place again lol. Seriously the place is awesome would highly recommend.

This house was better than I had hoped. It is spacious with very comfortable furniture, including the master bedroom and bathroom. The carport allowed my 2500 Chev p/u to easily park under it. Screened in porch and pool are a wonderful bonus, although I did not have time to use them due to work hours. Wi-Fi was super fast and the Roku options allowed me to watch my normal preferred apps. Area was very quite at night with no noticeable traffic through the neighborhood. Water pressure in the master bath shower was great. I will stay again, if available on my next trip to the Leesburg area. Fred was quick to reply to messages. A/C worked good and all the rooms had ceiling fans to help circulate the air like I do at home. The house is supplied with just about anything you would need just like being at your own house.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Vanessa’s place was amazing as always. Location is very convenient and close to historic downtown. The house is cozy and has a large backyard. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great, private location in Homosassa. Easily walkable to McRae's, the Monkey Bar and a few other spots. The house is as described on AirBnB. It is spacious and comfortable. Susan is a great and quick responding host!

We stayed with our dogs for 3 nights and have no complaints. Its a nice area out in the country off the main road so its really quiet and peaceful. The property is well maintained, clean and bug free. The bathrooms are nice, roomy and shower has great pressure.

We had a wonderful stay! We were there for almost two months. The house was cute, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It even had thoughtful touches like nightlights, which were appreciated. The location was perfect – centrally located and easy to get everywhere we needed to go. Having the golf cart was a huge plus and made exploring even easier. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and had great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay was very comfortable, just like we were in our own homes. The Lodge was so unique!! Hope to stay there again.
