This house was so perfect for our family and our stay. We had our 3 adult children and 1 of their spouses and our baby granddaughter with us too. Since we were there for a hard, emotional time (funeral of my father-in-law), it was sooo much better to be in a house than at a hotel in separate rooms. So great to have a kitchen and plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms! When we return to St. Louis to visit again, I'd love to stay here again.

It was so nice to get away and relax for the night at the cottage! It was so peaceful! Water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

Host was responsive and attentive to all questions. House was clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with incredible appliances! The above-garage rec room was a great place to hang out. Highly recommend this host and stay!

I travel to St. Louis a few times a year to visit family with my significant other. We love “The Hill” and all the restaurants in the area. Amazing food, great area, and great people!

Dwayne and Darlene are awesome people made us feel like part of the family of all the Airbnb hosts I’ve met they are top of the list sad we didn’t get the contract we were bidding on was looking to spend a year there whenever I’m in Missouri I’ll stay with them or if I’m passing through we will say hello thank you both for everything 😀😀👍👍👍👍

Tucked back in the middle of the woods of Jefferson County, this quaint home is nestled on several screws of private property that are perfect for the quiet, peaceful country getaway you’re looking for. Plenty of outdoor dating with campfire that overlook the pristine creek just fifty feet away made for a nice evening outside, and walking creek bed along the running water was a relaxing and serene way to wake up the next morning. Owners were very proactive with information that made the stay even better, and the home was clean and comfortable. This is the place you’re looking for.

The Breeze is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! We loved the 50's style decor and learning about the history of the place. Carrie thought of everything her guests may need to make us feel at home. We loved relaxing on the hammock swings by the fire, the assortment of family games, and the vintage style milkshake maker. There is some traffic noise but that didn't bother us. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. My only regret was that our trip wasn't longer! We will definitely be back for our next overnight trip to Ste. Genevieve.
