Pasamos un fin de semana largo hermoso en lo de Carlotta, nos hubiese encantado quedarnos más tiempo. Desde que llegamos, fuimos recibidos muy amablemente. Roberto nos dio consejos sobre qué hacer y cómo disfrutar a pleno nuestra estadía. El ambiente es familiar y acogedor. El paisaje es alucinante, realmente relajante. A una media de hora de Florencia en auto y a alguna distancia más de lugares espectaculares para visitar en Toscana. Sin dudas, volveremos

Our stay in Florence was part of a surprise 15-day trip to Italy for my husband’s 50th birthday. I can’t think of a better place to have started it than at Lorenzo’s charming, warm, and utterly unique home. It was a 25min walk from downtown Florence. As New Yorkers who are used to a walking city, we were thrilled as it required no car rental or many taxis. And each walk took us across Ponte San Niccolo with its dazzling view of the Duomo in the distance. Our eight-year-old daughter loved the house and felt immediately at home. Highly recommend it and hope to someday stay there again.

Everything about Carlotta’s home is perfect! We are a family of 5, with 3 young kids, and we found Carlotta’s space so comfortable. The location is perfect, Carlotta is so helpful and kind, and her apartment was absolutely spotless. She also included snacks, laundry soap, and all other daily housekeeping amenities which is so nice when you’re traveling. The view of the Duomo was magical as was the use of the patio. We will return!!

Schönes Haus. Prima Zimmer. Tolle Küche. Alles sauber. Was will man mehr. Komme gerne wieder. :-)

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casetta Melograno. The location is perfect for visting Florence or other Cities around. The equipment of the accommodation is more than adequate. Everything is also very clean and lovingly furnished. We felt completely at ease.

Absolutely worth the extremely generous price. Simonetta was very kind and generous, serving a delicious and nice breakfast every morning. She had tips about the train and always made sure we were being taken care of. The place is absolutely charming and comfortable. The view - it was misty while we were there but breathtaking. It was absolutely my dream location. She has a sweet and adorable dog who stays inside but I requested to meet. What a sweetheart. But she won't be a problem if you're not a dog person. As far as accessibility to the city, we took the train once into Florence and it was great once we figured it out. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby in Fiesole that we are at twice. Perseus Fiesolano. Please try the meatballs. You will not be disappointed. The place is charming and very friendly. Make a reservation - it can get busy. I just can't say enough good about Simonetta, Florence, the rental and the food. Great experience.

Spacious place for a family of 5 - each kid got their own room which they loved. Felt like a place where you can get away from it all. Nice touches. Lovely views. Good Wifi. We found the two full bathrooms great, but our experiance was that we couldn't have the two showers operating at the same time as it affected the water pressure. People who are over 6 foot tall may need to watch their head when going through one of the interior door ways as it is a bit low. Overall we loved the place.

Everything about the stay was great. The location is very nice and very close to a lot of great restaurants and main attractions. There was plenty of space and it was very easy to communicate with Rossella.

Massimo is a super friendly and helpful host. He warmly greeted us on arrival and explained to us everything about the apartment, including where to go for groceries and how to access the centre. He left us lots of little treats to eat which was a special treat after traveling. The apartment is within walking distance to the centre, but also close to a long park along the river which is great for running. Although we had some rainy weather during our stay, we didn't mind spending time in Massimo's unit if we had to. Our adult son also reported the sofa bed to be very comfortable!

Lorenzo’s apartment was well positioned for exploring all of Florence, super clean, cozy and comfortable. He was super communicative about check in, and answered all of our questions (how to keep the flame on with the stovetop!). The location is perfect for exploring Florence, with everything right at your fingertips. We loved Wanda Cafe right across the street! The weather was a bit too cool in the evenings and mornings to enjoy the patio, but it is lovely. The heat works well inside and we were very cozy! Lorenzo left us some candies and juice and biscuits which was much appreciated and other items for cooking and basic coffee/tea items. We’d return and would recommend it. Beds and linens all very clean too!

Caterina’s place checked all our boxes. She was quickly responsive when we reached out. We loved the neighborhood and being close to the river. Everything was walkable. The bed was very comfortable and that’s important for us. We love Florence and would stay here. Thank you for being apart of our wonderful memories!

The apartment was beautifully appointed and had a lot of charm! It’s extremely spacious and and comfortable. The washer dryer combo was a life saver! The private parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

We really liked it. The place was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. It was well supplied. We were very comfortable there for our 1 week stay. Location is within the historic city center and a short walk to all of Florence’s sites and great restaurants. Highly recommended!

Siamo stati in questo fantastico appartamento per capodanno e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Benedetta è stata una super host, ci ha sempre risposto. Il check in è stato facile con le istruzioni che ci ha dato lei. Appartamento molto bello e curato nei minimi dettagli, ci siamo sentiti a casa e sicuramente se dovessimo ritornare a Firenze, torneremo ad alloggiare qui. Grazie per la esperienza!

Perfect place for a short stay in Firenze. Near train station and close to all that the city has to offer. Cute interior that worked well for my remote working. Love it all.

Claudio ist ein super Gastgeber!! Sein Frühstück hat bisher alles übertroffen, es gibt sowohl süße, als auch herzhafte Tapas, die er selbst liebevoll in der Küche zubereitet und die ausgezeichnet schmecken. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt geeignet für einen Tripp nach Florenz und um abends etwas zur Ruhe zu kommen abseits von der überfüllten Stadt. Das dorfeigene Restaurant ist sehr gut und die Gegend eignet sich auch für einen schönen Abendspaziergang. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig.

Teresa and Agostino couldn’t have been more gracious guests. Their home is so picturesque and is even better than the pictures. We opted to do a cooking lesson with Teresa which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The food was the best we had on our entire 2 week trip in Italy and we have stories to share for years to come. We highly recommend staying with Teresa and Agostino and look forward to returning someday!

Our stay here was just what we needed. This is an incredibly special place. It was beautiful beyond what the photos show peaceful and private. We felt cared for by all the staff. The family who owns this are wonderful people. We were also grateful to have George to drive us where we needed to go. Highly recommend staying here. You will be so glad you did!

Nos encantó alojarnos aquí, excelente atención de Francesco, la habitación está bonita y limpia, accesible con la llegada que fue antes de la hora de acceso establecida todo nos quedaba caminando, nos dio un pase para desayuno gratis delicioso, sin duda recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento

Where do we begin, our stay at Daniel and Daniella’s was absolutely magical. They were the most gracious hosts, from providing clear and responsive directions to make sure we got to the house safe, to preparing incredible homemade meals, to sharing their story of their lovely home and lessons of learning the way of the land. Not to mention the breathtaking views, beautifully renovated suites, and expansive walking grounds. This truly was an experience we will never forget. We would absolutely recommend D+D to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and home-like stay in the heart of the Chianti region. Thank you Daniel and Daniella (and their cute pup Xena!) - we are so grateful to you!

wonderful place. very interesting decor. Sofie was so friendly and welcoming. Just like visiting an old friend. Her house is beautiful. Bed was so comfortable. A nice place to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Tuscan hills. I would come back anytime. thanks for a great visit.

Mein Wunsch einen sympathischen Ort zu finden um die Toskana per Fahrrad und Auto zu erkunden hat sich bestätigt - ruhig, abseits vom Trubel (eine empfehlenswerte Trattoria ist aber zu Fuß erreichbar!), mit viel Grün, vor allem aber eine sympathische und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die immer Tipps zur Umgebung parat hat. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen!

Could not have ended a 9 day vacation in Italy at a better place. We were the last guests of the season and we felt right at home thanks to the hospitality of Matteo and Serena! They cooked dinner for us both nights and WOW it was the best we had in all of Italy! The place was secluded while still being able to walk to the town nearby & if you rented a car you wouldn’t have a problem getting around as it is not like driving in the cities in Italy. If you get a chance to stay here definitely purchase some fresh olive oil to take home too!!!! 10/10 would recommend this B&B and the family that comes with it!!
