Really a great choice for a stay in Florence! The place is clean and the location is very convenient!

This apartment was perfect for my friend and I for our stay in Florence. It is located away from all the busyness of downtown and surrounded by great places to eat and shop. Most of all, Antonio is an incredibly gracious host who was super helpful and made us feel right at home. He even gave us a ton of recommendations and they were some of our favorite spots of the entire trip! Would recommend for solo or small group travel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week, and this place was amazing. Small, private, and surrounded by beautiful views of Florence - just sitting outside with a coffee at the table was a great way to spend time. The bus stop right outside was very convenient for us to make our way into the city. The interior is cozy and secure and easy to get comfortable in. Marco left us lots of helpful information and was easy to reach out to if we needed. I’d love to come back again one day!

this is what all air b n b places should be like... host's parents met us there and explained everything clearly. Fridge and cupboards stocked with the essentials, in case you don't feel like shopping, with a very reasonable price list for anything you choose to use without replacing. really comfy bed , good coffee machine, and hot powerful shower are three things important to me, and this place ticked all those boxes. just a ten minute walk to the city centre. Francesco, if ever you want to sell this place, I would live here!

Our stay at Riccarda’s was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We were greeted by her assistant (I wish I could remember her name!) who was truly the best. Despite not speaking English, she used an audio translator seamlessly, making communication easy. She gave us a detailed tour of the apartment, ensuring we knew where everything was and how it all worked—all while being incredibly sweet and fun! The space was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed, the washer was super useful, and the shower had great water pressure. The location was perfect—walkable to so much with buses just minutes away. Even with construction around, it wasn’t bothersome, and workers were always courteous. One of the standout touches was the informational book/binder—it was the most organized and easy-to-use guide we’ve ever seen. So helpful One of our best Airbnb stays ever—we’ll definitely book again when we return to Florence!

It was fabulous to be in the heart of Firenze. Tiziana shared recommendations before we arrived and up to our check-in that helped us to understand all that there is to do in Florence and to have a fabulous stay. The apartment was as described and its layout made it enjoyable to relax and plan the next days adventure. It was amazing to be in a city that was simultaneously peaceful and vibrant. Our family enjoyed our stay and loved this location!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! La description était conforme à l’information donnée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et avec flexibilité. Tout était très propre et bien organisé ! Appartement sombre (tel qu’indiqué par les hôtes) mais joli et cosy. Le divan est cependant un peu petit. Le logement est tellement bien situé ! À distance de marche du centre historique, tout en étant très tranquille. Nous avons eu des conseils des hôtes pour les restos, les beaux points de vue sur Florence et le taxi pour l’aéroport, et pour regarder un match de foot avec les gens du coin. Merci beaucoup, Silvia et Giacomo !

superbe séjour dans le loft de Daniela. appartement impeccable, avec une qualité de prestation excellente. la literie est de qualité, la cuisine parfaitement équipée et le feu de cheminée un vrai plus. Le tout dans un environnement calme. je reviendrai avec plaisir, avec ma petite famille, car le loft peut acceuillir plusieurs personnes sans problème. Merci encore.

Amazing stay at Irene's Airbnb. The location is stunning, 5 minutes from Plaza del Duomo. The airbnb is so beautiful. It feels like a florentine dream! Irene was very nice, she even booked a taxi for us to go back to the airport. There is indeed a disco club not far away from the airbnb but we were able to sleep without problems. This did not bother us. You should totally stay in this airbnb.

Great Location! We were able to walk everywhere including restaurants for dinner at night. Excellent for families. Pharmacy, excellent coffee/pastry shop, and amazing food on the same street as the apartment. This is a prime location. The apartment is very comfortable. Fabrizio is a wonderful host. Washer and dryer is very convenient for families. We were very happy here.

La prima cosa che contraddistingue la location è la flessibilità e la cordialità degli host! La posizione del loft è ottima, proprio dietro il Duomo, quindi è stato facile spostarci a piedi! Riccardo è venuto a prenderci al parcheggio gratuito e custodito messoci a disposizione dove abbiamo potuto lasciare la nostra auto per tutto il soggiorno! Appena arrivati all’appartamento ci ha illustrato ogni cosa fornendoci anche qualche suggerimento relativamente a bar e ristoranti. Abbiamo viaggiato con nostra figlia di 10 mesi e nel loft abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario (piatti e posate per piccini, seggiolone e culla) e una bottiglia di Prosecco con due calici per darci il BENVENUTO! Consigliatissimo sia per il rapporto qualità/prezzo che (e soprattutto per la gentilezza e l’onestà …. Cosa rara di questi tempi!!).

We highly recommend staying here for your stay in Florence! The hosts were kind and extremely proactive and detailed with checkin. They met us upon arrival to explain everything to us and the apartment was spotless and had everything we needed and then some! There was laundry available on premises and they even left some local treats upon our arrival. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful in a stunning historic building. It is centrally located and just a short walk to Florence SMN train station and most sites. Thank you Sara and Mariangela!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. It has nice furniture, a very clean and modern bathroom and a large kitchen with everything you need. If you're older and not in great shape, it is up a few flights of stairs. Otherwise, we viewed this as a good workout to justify all the food we ate. The location is great - quiet street off the busy main pathways, but close to everything. There is an amazing "bar" across the street with food and coffees where only locals hang out. There is another apartment the owner rents out just next door. If available, this would be a good set up if travelling with another couple or family.

Great unit. Neat and clean. Washer/dryer was great to have access to. Ned was comfortable. Enjoyed location.
