The house and outside area was perfect for a stay of large group. Lots of space for everyone, and a very lovely pool area that was much appreciated in the warm Italian summer. Francesca was a very kind and responsive host, patiently taking caring of all the many questions by a large family, and she even arranged catering for birthday celebration we had in the house.

Genteel Home Italy was awesome, it was a great experience, so happy that me and my family chose this home. The location was very peaceful and quiet. The host was great, very attentive to our needs, always accessible. Thank you Genteel Home Italy for making our stay in Italy that much more better. A 10 out of 10.

Alloggi stupendi, puliti e dotati di ogni comfort! Tre appartamenti con entrate indipendenti in un luogo spettacolare con vista mozzafiato immersi in un giardino molto bello. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Piscina appena rifatta, non grandissima ma molto bella e raccolta da condividere con le persone con cui vai in vacanza. Adatto soprattuto a gruppi grandi di amici/familiari per goderti un relax da sogno.

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Had a lovely week at the villa. Amazing place and beautiful views! Florence a short drive away, but we also enjoyed walking about 35 minutes to Fiesole for restaurants and views.

From booking to arrival Daniela was responsive and helpfull. We were met by Gianmarco who was helpfull and explained the apartment and area very well also offered to be at the end of a text if we needed anything. The apartment was immaculate with outstanding view's of the Duomo and Bargello which were both 5 mins away. Excellent location for the exploration of Florence's, resturants and museums.The apartment does justice to Florence.

Absolutely beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. The most stunning view of the Duomo. We couldn’t ask for a better location. The decor was fabulous with so many amenities. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’ll need. The complementary sparkling wine was a nice treat and indicative to what an amazing host Dani is. We will definitely come back again during our next trip to Florence.

Great place! Beautiful and spacious. Angela meet us for check in helped us find the house. We got the lasagna dinner that was offered. It was delicious! it was so nice having groceries and not having to find a grocery store. Definitely worth doing. They were accommodating with our checkin and check out. The location of the house was good but a little far from main city’s. We had to drive pretty far to get places but the drive was beautiful. We would recommend this house for sure. Beds were comfortable. The downstairs shower was the only one that got the hottest water but it was ok because there was just three of us. Having a washer was great as well! The upstairs bedroom had the most beautiful view! Thank your for letting us use your home for our vacation!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Beatrices Haus ist sehr großzügig und hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Wirklich atemberaubend ist der Ausblick über Weinberge und Hügel bis nach San Gimignano. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool und genossen ihn, obwohl es in unserer Zeit sehr viel geregnet hat. Beatrices Sohn Alessio war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und half uns bei Fragen sofort, wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, eines Tages wieder Gäste in dieser tollen Villa sein zu dürfen.

We had a delightful stay! Very beautiful setting. Would highly recommend. The two units provided separation but also togetherness. Worked great for our party of 8. Four adults and four children. Conveniently located between Florence and Sienna.

Incredible stay at Beatrice’s place. From booking to exit she had helped my group and I plan our stay in Tuscany finding wineries and vineyards to explore. She was so kind and pleasant to work with I would suggest her place to anyone! The kitchen was cozy and perfect for our group to spend time in while at the bnb. Every room was exactly as described. Perfect stay!

The property was spectacular. We were a group of 15. Finding a 10 bedroom home with all en-suite was not easy. Silvia's home is a rarity. We just happened to arrive when they were harvesting some grapes and making wine. Being able to witnes the process was amazing! Silvia cooked one night, for our group. Sitting down all together at a beautifully decorated table, with such a memorable atmosphere, was highly appreciated, by all of us. (We wished this room would of been available to us for our entire stay, as it accommodated all of us). The huge farmhouse is divided up into 3 separate apartments, which works well for privacy. Outside is spacious, with an incredible Tuscan backdrop. We would have enjoyed more seating outside to take in the incredible views, as a large group.

Abbiamo passato una bella settimana nell'agriturismo di Martina. Con tutto l'agriturismo a disposizione, gli ampi spazi esterni, piscina compresa, e le belle passeggiate che si possono fare nei dintorni, il tempo è volato. Anche il nostro cane ha molto apprezzato. Ineceppibile l'accoglienza e disponibilità sia all'arrivo che durante il soggiorno ogni volta che abbiamo avuto bisogno. Gli appartamenti a disposizione sono essenziali ma non mancano di nulla e sono immersi nel silenzio della natura.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, super gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist gross, der Außenbereich richtig schön und gemütlich. Ist alles da, was man braucht. Gastgeber Marco ist sehr zuverlässig, super freundlich und der Pizzaabend mit ihm war ein besonderes Highlight. Seine Tipps für Ausflüge waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Wir haben eine wunderbare und äusderdt erholsame Woche verbracht.

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Villa war unglaublich, der Ausblick, die Möbel, die Zimmer und der Pool. Wir waren so glücklich, dort zu sein. Die Zimmer waren neu und sauber. Auf jedes Detail wurde geachtet. Christina war unglaublich hilfreiche und immer erreichbar. Ohne sie wären wir aufgeschmissen. Wir hatten leider öfter private Probleme und jedes Mal hat sie uns geholfen und uns Lösungen gebracht. Wir mich und meine Freunde war dieser Aufenthalt unvergesslich!

Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

The villa has an Old World vibe, but with modern amenities. It was a great place to stay and cook and dine. This was a nice location to base our Tuscany exploration from. The hosts helped facilitate a wonderful home cooked meal by Vilma upon our arrival. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. You will love this villa!

Villa Angiolina is truly beautiful!!! The view is incredible and everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host was lovely and gracious and responded very quickly to all communications. She even arranged for an amazing pizza party with a private chef that was just one or the memorable moments from our time at the Villa. If this Villa is available…just book it!!! You will be glad that you did!!!!

Beautiful tranquil villa set in picturesque grounds full of homegrown produce; a true taste of Tuscany. Pool is a perfect size and depth for a workout or just to relax and keep cool. Really useful to have the outside bbq area which we used a lot. Conveniently situated just outside the small town of Reggello with plenty of restaurants to choose from and a good size supermarket that has everything you need. Hosts really friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Felt like a home from home. Highly recommend.

Impressive place and view. The property is clean, well maintained and the friendly host available at anytime. We have spent 5 days enjoying the property which is located at the mid point of Pisa/Livorno and Florence. We took the opportunity to visit the three cities.

Such an amazing place! I would recommend EVERYONE to go there! Violante and her husband are such nice hosts. We had a wonderful time there and will not hesitate to come back next year. Thanks a lot.

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James
