This place was perfect for some R&R. It has a well-stocked kitchen for meals in, great views whether it's sunny or rainy, books/games/puzzles, and binoculars for bird watching. The big soaking tub is incredible if you use all hot water until it runs cold, then let it come to a desirable temperature with cooler water. The place is in an amazing location close to town and is spacious and homey. Everyone in the community shops/restaurants were so nice! I hope we can visit again soon!

For the price, this place was nearly perfect. We loved how many things were within walking distance and beach access was about as close as you can get. The gated parking lot was a nice addition which made us feel a little more secluded. The corner unit with the wrap around windows made for a fantastic view. The only cons were low quality toilet paper and you could hear the upstairs neighbors thumping around which made sleeping in difficult. We would stay here again, 9/10!

Place was absolutely wonderful and stunning. I’m so glad to have stayed there. The view was spectacular, and the access to the deck and beach were just phenomenal. I would truly stay here again.

Great views and loved being able to walk to dinner and shopping each day! Comfortable bed and lots of cooking supplies. We extended our stay and wish we could have stayed another night!

Great location, very convenient. Note that there is NO coffee and only a drip machine. I expected to have some k-cups like most AirBnB's The in wall heater in the bedroom does not work but there is a space heater in the closet that you can plug in. Overall, great stay and would stay again.

We had a great time staying at this spot with my girlfriend and her mom. Very close to the action near Newport for crabbing/fishing/hiking/etc. Reasonably priced. I’d recommend this spot to others, exactly as advertised

I’ve stayed here a few times and is always one of the first places I check when coming to Florence. Within walking distance of Old Town and all the fun there. Clean, well kept, full kitchen, friendly hosts.

Great condo at the end of the historic Bayfront. It had a great view of the fishing vessels in the marina. I also loved hearing the sea lions from my place. The Embarcadero's swimming pool and hot tub were clean. Plus there is a crabbing dock and crab pot rentals available! The Embarcadero is an easy 20 minute walk to the Bayfront shops and a quick drive to Nye beach. The bed was very comfy, though the pillows were a bit soft. Overall a great location with a well-appointed rental.

Great little house for two couples. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more. House is extremely clean. Beach is a trek to get to, but location is within short driving to many restaurants and shops.

This was my first actual vacation rental. I booked last minute, it was super easy. The rental was honestly much better looking in person, and it’s so quiet and hidden away. The view from the balcony at night was breathtaking. Their pool is good sized, and well maintained.

As advertised -- a great location being the main draw. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, easy access to Hwy 101 for longer drives, stairs right down to the beach and a great balcony view of the beach. Unit was clean and functional. Great communication -- we could not find the bedding for the sofabed, but the local host responded to our text in less than 10 minutes even though it was after 8 pm. Appreciated that they left binoculars for guest use. Only word of caution is that there is not an elevator. If you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor, struggling with mobility or have a ton of small kids and their attendant stuff or other necessary baggage, you might find the repeated trips up and down the stairs tedious. Also, using a code they text you over and over is a bit tedious; would rather have keys, but I guess they probably lose too many.

We had a great time visiting Newport and staying in Richard condo. The ocean view was amazing, and the studio save was just right for the two of us. The street is full of fun shops and casual restaurants. Even though my spouse’s fishing trip was cancelled due to weather, I did get a bike ride in, and we had lots of fun. Thank you!

This condo was wonderful! The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE right on the ocean! To get down to the beach it is just a short walk down the stairs. There was a good amount of space for my boyfriend and I to stay here for a week. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware to do cooking and baking while we were there. They also had a binder full of nearby restaurant menus which was helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Had everything we needed! Well stocked kitchen (with Keurig coffee), more than enough linens + pillows, great bath products and a few games for the kids and Netflix queued up on the TV. Our hosts were super responsive too. The only watch out is that the floors are thin and we heard a lot of foot noise upstairs. Was a fantastic experience and stay overall!
