Excelente lugar para pasar en familia, el lugar es precioso, justo como se ve en las fotos, súper tranquilo y seguro, definitivamente volveríamos! La piscina deliciosa y topamos con la suerte de ver el volcán despejado en la mañana!

Ese lugar fue uno de los mejores lugares amén los que me he hospedado con Airbnb no uno de los mejores el mejor todo el tiempo karla estaba pendiente de nosotros nos trató con un amor por no decir amabilidad porque fue con amor hacia todos nosotros su casa fue muy linda y tuvimos la posibilidad de ver tucanes y muchos colibríes de muchos colores y mi familia está super feliz 😊 gracias karla por hacerlo tan bien y tan agradable para nosotros el nivel se ve su calidad la precede salimos muy felices de su casa y gracias por las tortillas 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Juliana and Randall have a lovely home that is exactly as described. We were comfortable and a walkable distance from the centre of La Fortuna, although we had a car. There are a couple of restaurants very close by as well. WiFi was good, jacuzzi was lovely and hot and very clean. Friendly horse in the paddock next door that loves a morning pat. I would recommend this stay.

Joli logement, situé en retrait de la ville dans un secteur tranquille et sécurisé. Installations bien entretenues. Équipement minimal pour la cuisinette, mais la cuisine commune possède tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La mezzanine convient surtout à des enfants vu la hauteur du plafond. Communication avec l’hôte irréprochable. En prime : un papayer à l’entrée de la cour dans lequel nous avons observé des toucans! Je recommande.

Our experience at this property was excellent, and much of that can be attributed to the exceptional service provided by Joshua, the concierge. From the moment we arrived, Joshua greeted us warmly and provided a brief but informative tour of the house. He was consistently responsive and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The property itself was as described, well-maintained and comfortable. The shower had reliable hot water, the air conditioning unit functioned effectively, and the location was convenient, being only about 15 minutes from the center of La Fortuna. The only minor downside was the occasional appearance of a few insects at night but it was not problematic. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

This is a very beautiful place and special experience. The home is designed for optimal indoor/outdoor living and comfort. The veranda with a variety of furniture and the pool are so inviting and comfortable. The space on the farm/estate is so tranquil that we declared our time there a retreat. Jose is a very kind and responsive host who communicates well and is very proactive in giving local recommendations tailored to your interests. The place is furnished well and there is a supermarket very nearby. There are plenty of beautiful things to check out in the area but most are at least 1/2 hour away by car. Like other reviewers, we enjoyed an evening and meal with Jerry as our chef. He is very warm and amiable and the meal was declicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this special Airbnb.

Great place to stay, spacious, responsive hosts and walking distance to everything you need in Fortuna

Of all the places we stayed in CR, this is the one place our family agreed that we need to come back to again. This place is beautiful and so comfortable. The rooms are clean and large and each have their own bathroom. Large windows flank the sides and look out to breathtaking landscapes. Juana and Oscar even left us eggs and bread 🥰 We got in late on our first day and they met us at the house to make sure we got in okay - they are super sweet. This was my favorite part of the trip and the house was a major reason for that.

We had a great stay at Rebecca’s listing. The apartment is easy to access, very spacious and right in the city centre. We were able to walk to all restaurants and had a great view of the mountains. Since you are right on the main road the apartment is very loud but Rebecca did mention that in the listing, it didn’t bother us much. We enjoyed our stay.

LaCasona is a gem, we stayed for 2 weeks. Very close proximity to main road where all stores & restaurants are, several grocery stores within 5 minute walking distance. Our host was always available & we had several interesting conversations with him. The maid service was a big “ plus” & was available on a daily basis if we wanted. The pool area was most welcomed & refreshing after a hot day out, it felt like our own back yard! Definitely recommend & we hope to be back!

Lugar muy tranquilo, privado y muy bonito

First night have trouble figuring out water temperature (this is on my side issue) Jesse responded quickly and Send Elmer right away, very impressed response time. The driving direction is very helpful. Also give me the best time window to catch the cap of volcano’s beautiful sight in the morning . We are very fortunate to stay in this location/ host literally match the name La Fortuna. Thanks you, will stay again.

The apartment felt even a bit bigger than in the pictures and had everything you might need, although it felt a bit dark. There is also a washer and a dryer what what very convenient! Lourdes was very nice and provided local recommendations. The location is peaceful and just 7 minutes walk to the city center. Recommend this place!

Nuestra estancia en este apartamento en Monteverde fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, nos sentimos muy cómodos. La ubicación es perfecta como punto de partida para explorar la zona, ya que nos permitió acceder fácilmente a todas las actividades y excursiones que queríamos hacer. El apartamento estaba limpio, íntimo, bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Jorge, nuestro anfitrión estuvo siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar, nos brindó recomendaciones valiosas sobre qué ver, dónde comer, gracias a sus consejos descubrimos cuál era la mejor opción para nosotros.

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

Nos encantó el lugar. Muy cómodo de irse a pie al centro y que el carro quede seguro. Muy limpio y ordenado. Anfitrión super dispuesto a ayudar y de forma rápida. Solo le agregaría un pizquín más de tratos como platos y sartenes...

Her får en mye for pengene. Leiligheten vi bodde i var fin. Den lå fredelig til. Ingen støy. Samtidig en kort spasertur til sentrum. En god restaurant like ved. Området hadde god trygg parkering. Jeg vil definitivt anbefale dette stedet. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake. Det beste stedet jeg har bodd på i La Fortuna. Kan anbefales. Aircondition og velutstyrt kjøkken. Sengene var gode. Sofaen og tv var upåklagelig. Vi hadde det helt supert. Tusen takk for oss.

This was a great location for exploring La Fortuna. A short walk from everything. Quiet at night.

Great centrally located place in Monteverde. You won’t have to go far to get the necessities, wonderful restaurants close by, while still being close to the many nature reserves in the area. Would recommend to anybody!

Todo excelente! muy bueno y recomendable. Fácil acceso, cerca de todo. departamento muy lindo y completo. Lo único que le sumaria como punto de mejora es una cocina más completa: cuchillos (que corten), más ollas, algunos utencillos de cocina extra y ese tipo de cosas. Es solo un detalle, el resto súper recomendable y muy amable el anfitrión! volveríamos claramente

This house was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, with stunning volcano views that exceeded all our expectations. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig - abgelegen von der Hauptstraße. Etwas Stauraum wäre schön gewesen aber war nicht störend. Genug Ausstattung zum Kochen war auch gegeben auch wenn einige Sachen schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Alles in allem kann man sich aber wirklich nicht beschweren - das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.
