The apartment is located on the 4th floor. The house is older, but the apartment is modern and spacious. The location is quite good for visiting Ortigia and visiting the excavations. The only problem was the smell from the sewage in the bathrooms, especially in the smaller one. Dario answered our every question very quickly and gave us a lot of information.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liegt an einem idyllischen Ort. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, l'host ci ha accolto con familiarità e si è messo a disposizione per tutte le nostre richieste. i bambini hanno subito familiarizzato e lo loro disposizione nelle stanze è stata agevole ed organizzata. in pieno spirito airbnb, l'alloggio è ricavato all'interno della casa dell'host, pienamente indipendente, ma non isolato :-) L'host ha predisposto anche la colazione con tante possibilità di scelta. il luogo si trova a pochi km dall'etna per le escursioni e dalla casa delle farfalle dove si svolgono attività per i bambini. Consigliatissimo alloggio per le famiglie.

Posizione ottima, vicinissimi al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. La zona può essere un po’ rumorosa perchè si trova sopra al mercato, noi non abbiamo però avuto problemi a dormire. Host gentilissimo, flessibile con gli orari sia di check in che di check out, per di più ci ha fatto trovato alcune cose in frigo e in dispensa per la prima mattina. Consiglio vivamente, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Pobyt u Pani Eleonory był niesamowity. Wszystko co jest w opisie i na zdjęciach znajduję się w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste i przyjemnie spędza się w nim czas. Kontakt z Panią Eleonorą oceniam na 10/10 na wszystkie pytania odpowiada szybko i jest bardzo pomocny. Największym plusem tego mieszkania było właśnie to, że mogłem poznać tak świetną osobę. Jest to najlepszy gospodarz u jakiego byłem. Zdecydowanie polecam jeśli ktoś szuka wspaniałego mieszkania w dobrej cenie, ciekawym miejscu i ze wspaniałymi sąsiadami. Квартира дуже світла,простора,має чудове розташування. У квартирі є все необхідне для приготування їжі,прибирання та прання речей. Недалеко знаходиться великий супермаркет(5 хвилин ходьби), пляж (7- 10 хвилин пішки),також поряд багато закладів де можна поїсти. Vinciguerra дуже привітна,швидко відповідає на повідомлення, а також швидко реагує на побажання🥰

Appartement très spacieux pour 4 personnes. Très bien situé, à deux pas du magnifique centre historique de Catane. Hôte très réactif et toujours prêt à répondre pour nous aider. Merci !

Unsere Aufenthalte hat uns gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war jedoch sehr einfach und das dritte Schlafzimmer mit dem Schlafsofa war schwierig zu bewohnen. Demgegenüber war die Dachterasse und die Aussicht von dort der Wahnsinn. Die Altstadt von Taormina war Fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Stadt und das Umland haben sehr viel zu bieten. Ganz toll.

Dom jest wspaniały! Cisza, spokój, przepiękna okolica i niesamowite widoki. Spędziliśmy tam cudowny tydzień z dziećmi, które mogły się bawić swobodnie w ogrodzie. Grazia przygotowała idealnie dom na nasz przyjazd. Zapewniła przekąski śniadaniowe, przepyszne kiwi i wiele innych rzeczy które ułatwiają pobyt dla przylatujących samolotem na wakacje (kawa, przyprawy, tabletki do zmywarki, produkty chemiczne, kosmetyki i wiele innych). Dziękujemy za rekomendację restauracji i atrakcji do zobaczenia w okolicy. Napewno chcielibyśmy tu wrócić i będziemy polecać każdemu to zakwaterowanie!

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man benötig. Wir haben uns sehr schnell wie zuhause gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Das Kinderzimmer mit den vielen Spielsachen hat besonders unserer Tochter gut gefallen. Der Garten ist schön groß und gepflegt und das Highlight war der Blick auf den Ätna.

Christina is a fantastic host. She met us at the bus stop with a friend who spoke English even though we were a little later than our original time estimate. She walked us back to her place and explained all the features as well as a lot of the local things to do. Because she knew we were going to be a bit late getting there she also texted me lots of information about the place as well as interesting things to do. Very responsive to my messages as well. She also was there when we checked out and offered to go for a coffee but unfortunately we needed to catch our bus. Her place is right across the street from the beach either free or paid, a great location to take advantage of the beach weather. We would definitely recommend her place for anyone looking for accommodations on the beach and can’t wait to go back someday.

Ein sehr schönes Häuschen umgeben von einem wunderschönen riesigen Garten. Zudem hat man einen schöne Sicht auf den Ätna. Das Zentrum ist in 5 Min erreichbar. Zudem ist man in 30 Min. oben beim Ätna. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Alles sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten was man braucht ausgestattet.

This is a beautiful apartment and the location couldn't be better. Next to the wonderful castle, the monastry which had a Caravaggio exhibition on show and in close distance to good restaurants and salumerias.

Roberto est un hôte très présent. Par exemple, Nous avons eu de forts orages une nuit et il s’est inquiété de notre bien être le lendemain et nous a fait qq recommandations de lui même Communication très facile à l’écrit. Trilingue. Jardin absolument somptueux… un vrai havre de paix.

Fantastic across the board! The home and host were spectacular and made our stay in Catania an even more memorable one. The home is very comfortable, modern and easy to use. We were in awe at the level of thought, creativity and design skill that went into creating this home. Fun and modern colors, tiles, furniture and decor. And very central to many of the main attractions in Catania. And now for the real star of the show...Stefy! She was very communicative and was in touch with us well in advance of our arrival. She is very passionate about making sure her guests have a great stay and experience in Catania. She was there to greet us and show us the home. She provided great restaurant recommendations and even where we could purchase Sicilian specialties to take home. She advised on parking, how to ride the metro, where to purchase detergent and more. After meeting her, we felt as if we saw a good friend after many years of being apart. She's awesome!

Ruben ci ha accolti con grande entusiasmo, è stato un opsite premuroso. Lo spazio era pulito ed in ordine. La posizione è ottima per visitare l'Etna da sud!

Una casa davvero carina e confortevole per un soggiorno molto piacevole. Ottima posizione, vicino al centro ma in una zona tranquilla. Giulia è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Grazie di cuore!

Die Kommunikation mit Marika war sehr gut, sie war hilfsbereit und sehr flexibel. Die Wohnung ist schön und extrem zentral gelegen. Man muss nur beachten, dass der Fischmarkt Früh startet. Sonst waren die Zimmer alle toll und in der Küche hatte man alles was man gebraucht hat. Das Wlan könnte verbessert werden. Sonst alles gut!

If you are coming to Catania, this is the place to stay! Great location and Ricardo goes above and beyond. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The bathroom is on the small side and a washing machine is always nice to have, but those are the only negatives.
