We just finished our stay at 1200 West 75th Street in Marathon, Florida. Wow! This was a PERFECT experience! GREAT value and everything was as advertised. What more can you ask for? Nothing. The house is RIGHT on the water (Atlantic Ocean). The view is gorgeous. There were 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards which were perfect for our family of 6. All were sturdy. Easy access to incredible ocean environment with amazing marine life and scenery. There was also a hot tub with a full ocean view. This was a super-relaxing amenity that made a huge difference for us after fun days of kayaking or paddleboarding. The management team was very courteous and responsive. Simple and straightforward texting and messaging with lightning-quick and helpful responses. The house was immaculate and in a private corner of a nice neighborhood, comfortable bedrooms, nice bathrooms, modern kitchen, inviting couch, new TVs, BIG indoor porch, and pet-friendly which was terrific for our 2 dogs. My rating: 10/10.

This home was honestly better than we even expected! It was tough to leave! The hosts were super responsive and flexible as well. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was exactly like the pictures. The floors and dishes were dirty and we had to go to the store to get mops. There weren’t enough big blankets but other than that the house was exactly what we needed. It’s 30min from Miami and 1hr from Fort Lauderdale. Neighborhood is very safe and beautiful for walks and late night arrivals. We didn’t even check in until around 11pm because of our flight and there was no problem. 100% recommended for large groups looking for a nice and budget friendly place to stay!

Perfect for me and my girl friends to get away! Close to everything we wanted to do, and the home was clean and cute!

We wanted a homebase to explore the keys. Perfect little home and Pamela thought of everything for our stay. We typically cook but didn’t have time but I felt like the kitchen was better stocked than ours at home! Bottled water, Keurig coffee and wine were a perfect extra bonus. Funny thing is that we locked ourselves out of the property and Pamela responded right away and was resolved immediately.

Patricia is the best host in the game! Her house and amenities are top notch! You guys will know what I mean when you come visit and try everything out for yourselves. My buddies and I had the time of our lives and it was due to our host Patricia who gave us her wonderful home. Everything is within 15-20 minutes from everything which isn’t bad at all. Michael’s place is beautiful and super clean, as well as private!!! The decor is lovely and the bed amazing! Relaxing in the hot tub with the magical atmosphere and lighting is so luxurious. I did not want to leave! I am looking forward to staying again for a special weekend!!! Thank you for being a wonderful host Michael 🙏

We had a great stay. It was lovely, clean and comfortable. The amenities were as described. The cafe by the pool was very appreciated the staff in the whole complex were friendly. Easy drive to beach, shops and restaurants.

Very nice building complex and a cozy apartment that’s very clean. Made good use of the gym and pool during my stay. Very friendly and helpful host.

My friends and I were in Ft Lauderdale for a few days and this was the perfect place for our visit. Quiet neighborhood and very clean house. Will recommend and stay there again.

Marilyn was a gracious host and a wonderful friend. She was very attentive to us and shared her home and her dog, Mocha, with us. We missed our dogs so she would bring Mocha out and allow us to visit with her. She offered insight into the area and suggested area attractions and restaurants to visit. The home is located at the end of a very quiet street. The pool and hot tub were nice though we didn’t have much time to use them. The size of the rooms were quite adequate and the back porch was wonderful for early morning dining or a late nite snack or game of cards. I don’t know whether we will ever be down this way again, but if we do, we will definitely stay with Marilyn!

Amazing hospitality, readily available for any of our needs but not within your personal space . The bedding, towels and all things offered were very comfortable and we had an amazing stay!

Absolutely loved my stay from check in to check out. Dayana was a great host always available and easy to communicate. With. I can say during my month stay I have gained a respectful friendship. Along with the cozy home feeling in the cottage it’s very relaxing to step outside the door and have the goats right there to pet and feed along with the cows and bull!!. I highly recommend anyone to here.

We spent a week here and loved it, it was the perfect size for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary. It was clean and spotless. We loved to sit out by the water and watch the wildlife, jet skis and wind surfers. It's so peaceful around there. There are also lots of great restaurants near by. We hope to come back again sometime.

We arrived at the location and we had a little confusion so, we called Brigida and she answered right away. The place is clean and had the things you need to cook a meal and all the toiletries needed for the bathroom etc. The outside areas were abundant, clean and pleasant for relaxation. Also very private. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was clean and hot. We spent a good amount of time iguana watching in the tree tops. Don’t worry they’re completely harmless to people. The spot is close to everything you may want to do in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. No more than a 30/45 minute drive. There were stores and places to eat close by, for convenience. Overall, Brigida was a great host and very helpful and easy to deal with. Hopefully, we can head back to the area soon and have her as a host, again.

Fantastic stay for the price. Very peaceful place and the staff on property were very kind. The house itself was great. Robin gave us some great recommendations for things to try around the area.

Our first stay in an Airbnb and we enjoyed it so much we will do it again. Robin made the experience so easy and we hope to return to Big Pine Key. Thank you!

Perfect home base for my Everglades adventures. Clean & comfy, enjoyed the patio & super sweet cat (and I’m not usually a cat person🤣). Arrived late, a little tricky to find in the dark, but don’t think twice, great little place!
